  1. I would like to comment on your latest update 20 Jan 2024) on the apps. First, the signature field size cannot be adjusted to the user needs. Second, the signature field is sometimes misplaced upon being received by the recipient. Third, the signature field has name and initial in its box that confuses the user when using it for the first time, suspecting whether once signed later on, recipient signature is going to appear with their name and initial or only the signature itself.   3. Following up on my last feedback - I could not even apply "inputted text" the correct date format to be complaint to my work, nor can my colleagues :(

    I tried with and with out spaces - I know why this occurred - I am requesting that my proposed date formats be added to E-signatures normal selections (auto) and manual text inputted options.

  4. Also related to the new e-sign interface, I don't see an option to cc a non-signatory administrative assistant who helps with tracking the progress and final filing of the signed documents. This has a significant negative impact on our business process and workflow.

  5. The new Request E-Signatures interface is un-intuitive and restrictive:
    - I was not previously restricted to a maximum file size of 8mb. I often work with large files that need signatures and this is very prohibitive for me.
    - I used to select an e-sign template initially before adding my other documents to be signed, and I had to google how to add other documents.
    - When adding multiple documents to sign initially (after discovering that I needed to do that), the only way to change the order is to use the arrows on the side, which is very clunky…

With Modernized experience, you now get simplified document authoring experience, leverage AI-assisted form field detection and ability to revise, organize & save document edits in-progress, add/ remove recipients during agreement creation step. Here’s more information.

    If you still prefer to use the earlier version you can revert back by following these steps:
    1.    Click on your profile icon.
    2.    Select "Settings".
    3.    In "E-signing settings", uncheck the box next to "Use the latest version of Request e-signatures".

  6. I am writing to express my deep frustration with the recent overhaul of your e-signature tool. As a user of this product, I am shocked at the decline in efficiency and usability following the update. What used to be a straightforward task of entering and sending a lease, taking no more than five to six minutes, now inexplicably consumes over 20 minutes of valuable time. This significant increase in time, with no discernible improvements in functionality, is unacceptable and counterproductive.

  8. The updates made to the "Request E-Signatures" in Adobe Acrobat have made things a lot more difficult to use.

    I use a template form to send multiple documents for sign-off by up to 4 people at a time. Each person has their section to complete and sign.

    I used to be able to open one document, select "Request E-Signatures" and the "more options" would allow me to add more documents and add the template form I created online.

    I am no longer able to do this through the Adobe Acrobat desktop application but have to do a long-winded roundabout way…

    Thanks for asking, I'm glad to help, the following steps might help you to use Prefill role:

    • Open a file with Request Signature
    • On Recipient modal: Allow sequential signing by checking the box,
    • On Recipient modal: The very first recipient shouldn't be yourself, or the "account user", please enter a different recipient than yourself.
    • Prepare document as usual.
    • Prefill role should be enabled through Context Menu (Click the desired field on page > Change recipient > Prefill)
    • Review & Send

  10. Hvordan får jeg avsluttet denne kontoen? Og bare bruke Acrobat Reader. Det virker som om min begrensede bruk av kontoen sperrer for printerutskrifter. Og jeg har IKKE behov for noen av tilbudene. Merkelig at dette er så vanskelig å forstå for dere da JEG ikke har brukt dem på er enn ett år.

  11. Your Chat feature is awful. The AI is useless and the person who ultimately joined was less helpful and then left the confirmation before there was a resolution.

    I've paid for a subscription that isn't working and cannot get any help. Shameful.

    Thanks for asking, hope this instructions help you:

    1. Open a file with Request Signature.
    2. Fill the recipient modal.
    3. Click on Prepare Document.
    4. On left hand panel, scroll until you found "Checkbox" field.
    5. Drag the desired field (Checkbox field) to the page. Another way to add fields is by clicking the field on left hand panel, and then clicking on the document page.
    6. Double click on the checkbox field. Properties panel to customize the desired field would open.
    7. In Properties panel, the checkbox can be changed or edited.

  14. The new product update is sometimes glitchy but the real problem is trying to access my account so I can get the latest invoice to give to our accounting manager. It used to be simple and now it's a bit of a mess. Disappointing.

  16. I spent 30 minutes painstakingly creating template for Adobe e-sign out of a 50 page document. This included numerous signatures lines, check boxes, etc. I was right near the end when I suddenly, without warning, get a notice that my session has expired. It then kicked me out and deleted all of my work. Why the **** would I have a time limit for my session? Why would I not get any warning? Why would it not automatically save my progress? Are you ******* kidding me?

  18. The Adobe Acrobat e-sign desktop service does does not sign in and has a buggy and difficult to use user interface.

    There are three major issues I've had with it:

    1. Editing a document prior to sending is nearly impossible. Most documents probably follow this process: Get Template -> Adjust Template Fields to Specific Requirements -> Adjust name of file -> Add Signees -> Collect Signatures. For some reason adjusting templates prior to sending seems to be absent from this process. A template cannot be renamed, and specific fields are required to be filled by signees.     • Create a template using Acrobat Web
    • Add fields and assign to Signer or Prefill
    • Save template
    • Select Use template
    • Some of the fields assigned for Prefill are no longer assigned
    • Some fields assigned to Signer are no longer assigned
