For a new feature request:

  1. Brief title
  2. Description of desired feature
  3. Why the feature is needed

For a new bug:

  1. Brief title
  2. Steps to reproduce the issue
  3. Environment (OS, other related application versions, etc.)
  4. Expected result
  5. Observed result

  1. FEATURE REQUEST: Allow users to create folders to organize files.

    FEATURE REQUEST: Allow users to delete files.

    PROBLEM: I cannot organize my files in any way, nor can I delete files that are irrelevant. This has rendered the experience almost unusable, as I cannot distinguish useful files from ones I don't need.

    Thank you for your feedback. Can you tell us more about what you’re trying to do? If you click on the Files tab, you’ll find that you can delete files that you’ve uploaded and create folders to organize them. Is it that those capabilities are not easy to find?

    You’ll also find files that you’ve shared for Viewing, for Review or for Signature in lists under “Shared”. Are you trying to organize those files?

  2. The new Adobe Sign interface is very difficult to use--especially the For Signature list where you are supposed to view/manage all of your signatures/status.

    The old Adobe Sign Manage section was WONDERFUL--easily could view what was happening with the different sections:
    Waiting for Me to Sign
    Out for Signature
    Signed
    Canceled
    Archived
    Library Templates

    The new format is hard to view, I can't delete excessive drafts to clean things up and it doesn't even show the name of the other party in the list--you have to click on it and read through the info at the right.

  3. Hello!

    How can I connect Document Cloud to Creative cloud? And why are they separated in the first place..Or alternatively, Adobe Scan app should have an option to save the pdf in the creative cloud instead.

  5. The new manage for Sign is terrible. Before you had access to everything on one screen so that you didn't have to click back and forth to get an overview of what was going on. The old view was also much clearer with everything in its own section, now everything is lumped together and much more confusing.

  7. Why would you move the ability to mark off that a change was made from a top level tick box to a hidden submenu. Are you trying to slow us down while we are on tight deadlines? Before we could mark our changes quickly as we made them. Now I have to wade down to the bottom of buried submenu.

    This shows an incredible lack of understanding of how users were using Adobe Acrobat to maintain a production process.

    Please go back to the old way as it was faster and more intuitive.

  8. Dear Adobe, you suck!

    Seriously there is no way to send reminders and I have to click 3 times to see what is still to be signed. Way less information available at a glance.

    We will seriously consider changing provider and we cannot be alone in this. This designed is UTTER ****.

  10. I met with a customer today who asked for an option when sharing a file for Viewing or Review to restrict access to only those users who are invited. They understood that that also requires each invited recipient to have a free Adobe ID and to sign in, but wanted to make sure that the document URL can not be shared with anyone who is not invited.

  11. Hi, your merge pdf option in web browser does not load. It is a black screen with no selectable on it. Please fix this otherwise there's no point in me or my colleagues paying for this service.

  12. I have spent days of my life trying to combine multiple photographic jpgs into 1 PDF for high quality printing. It appears to be impossible because even your help page does not match reality. Adobe Help Forum has not been able to solve this mystery accurately in years, including the Condescending Know-it-alls.
    This is what I see when I click "All Tools" as instructed. Nowhere does it mention "Print Production" "Preflight" "PDF Standards" "Libraries" or "Profiles". Those tabs don't exist anywhere within Acrobat Pro that I can find.

  20. Bug report:
    Entering Hebrew language text is supported and works well, but once you download, all the Hebrew text is removed.
    Tried with multiple OS / Computers. It also worked in the past, I used to work with it using Hebrew.
