1. recipients needed in Shared documents

   Include the recipient of shared dcocuments.
   In the process of gutting Adobe Sign, the list of documents in the "For Signature" 'tab' no longer includes the recipient of the document. This makes reviewing / identifying documents much harder.

2. hate new format

   I don't like the new format. I used to be able to see how many were out pending signature. Is there a way to do that now? If so, it needs to be easier to find. Also, previously I could replace a signer. I can't locate how to do that with the updates.

3. Bring Back Sign Dashboard - Cloud is Terrible

   Bring back the Adobe Sign Dashboard. That was a great dedicated contract tracking and managing tool. Tracking and managing contracts is essential to businesses and doing it well can significantly impact profits.

   The "all-in-one" Adobe Cloud tool is vastly inferior to Dashboard for tracking and managing agreements. Cloud eliminates or buries functionality Dashboard offered. Instead of Dashboard’s clean, organized categorization of agreements by status (signed, out-for-signature, etc.), Cloud intermingles critical agreements with insignificant documents. Cloud attempts organizing this cacophony of documents through preset groupings and filters you can manually apply. The huge short-comings of these features are exacerbated by the Cloud interface unbelievably failing to state the name or email address of who an agreement was sent to. This means that to locate a specific agreement, you have two obvious choices. First, manually group and filter all documents to locate a category of agreements that you then must open one-by-one (you need to reapply the filter every time you exit an agreement). Second, perform a search for a name or email address (you better remember the correct spelling or exact email address). You can no longer just look at who you sent agreements to, who signed, which are canceled, etc. Not very useful when you send the same agreement to multiple groups for their signatures.

   Adobe Cloud is simply inefficient and ineffective for tracking client agreements, and it is unsuited for fast-past businesses requiring quick, reliable information to establish and manage client relationships. Replacing Dashboard with Cloud was either just a very poor choice, or a cost saving move at the expense of Adobe’s users.

4. 表示用で共有された正確な件数の表示を希望

   この度、Send&Trackが、Document Cloudの一部機能に組み込まれましたが、表示用に共有を行った際、今までは同じファイルであってもダウンロード数に応じてしっかりと数値が増えて、5件ダウンロードされた。などが確認できてよかったのですが、新しい仕様では、
   ・見ていない「0/1」
   ・見た「1/1」
   という2種類の表示だけとなってしまったのがとても不便となりました。

   同じファイルであっても、閲覧数やダウンロード数が確認できることが役になっていたので、以前あった機能を是非とも復活していただきたく思います。

5. TERRIBLE!!

   Ésta nueva actualización está terrible, antes nos dejaba filtrar los documentos y se mantenía el filtro, también dejaba buscar por nombre y correo (Nos es mucho más útil y práctico) ahora hay que revisar documento por documento para encontrar a una sola persona o matrícula!

6. Names of receivers not viewable

   How can I view to whom I sent my request for signature? The names of my files are always the same, just the person receiving it changes.

   This setup is time consuming to try and figure out which one is the one I am looking for.

7. the upgrade is not working for us. (yet)

   Hi,
   Adobe seems to have upgraded and a lot has changed. Kindly take us through the changes.
   We are unable to:
   *To see whom the contract belongs to
   *Delete contracts
   *Set reminders
   *To see the status of the contract
   *To see who sent the contract.

   Please send us more information on the version of this programme. I was unable to search for tutorials on Youtube.

10. Send Signature - Reminders

    How are we able to remind signers if the agreement has already been sent? Please advise. I prefer an all encompassing viewpoint and this new layout doesn't accommodate. Thanks.

    How do I see a list of my documents out for signature that are pending? This new re-design is horrible - I can't find anything anymore! BRING BACK THE OLD DESIGN!!!

14. READY TO CANCEL - PLEASE CONTACT ME

    Interested in how to cancel service due to new layout. Want billing to be pro-rated and want credit for remainder of time left on plan. Do not want to pay for this service anymore, the new layout has ruined it for me. I have been using this since 2012 when it was still EchoSign. You have lost a once-loyal customer over this terrible terrible layout change. I do not feel like you will listen to customers and offer an option to revert to the old style. You ask for suggestions but Adobe will never undo what they already did. You have your ways and I have mine. Mine is to part ways with Adobe Sign. Please contact me regarding a pro-rated bill and whatever credits may be due to us.

    I don't like this new look. Please go back to the old management page so I can easily find all my files in one place like I used to.

16. Combine Files in Browser - Order of Documents is not Alphabetical

    Using Adobe Acrobat DC and Adobe PDF Services online.

    I'm combining files with the same name with a number on the end, to indicate the order to combine the files.

    When I drop them into the desktop app, no problem - they order in the same way that they would when I sort the files by name (alphabetically) and they put the files in order 1,2,3,4 - duh!

    Drop them into the Combine PDF tool in Adobe PDF services in my internet browser (chrome), and it goes like this 2,3,4,1. Sometimes it's completely out of order like 3,2,4,1.

    Would be good to have a setting that allows sorting by different characteristics (numerically, alphabetically, last modified, etc) while using the combine function, whether that be in the cloud or desktop app. This would save a lot of time for those with the cloud who have to manually rearrange those pdfs each time.

17. Compression settings are false / in reverse

    Hey guys, you have a huge error in this PDF compression platform.
    As far as I can tell, the option LOW actually provides the SMALLEST file size, despite saying the exact opposite right beneath it.
    And vice versa.
    “High compression” gives me a 4 MB file, whereas “Low compression” gives me a 1 MB file.
    Mind blown!! Please fix.

18. AI? Slow or not working

    I attempted to get AI assistant to pricess a pdf , which had less than 200 pages and less than 5MB in side. An hour later It still sems to be running.
