For a new feature request:

  1. Brief title
  2. Description of desired feature
  3. Why the feature is needed

For a new bug:

  1. Brief title
  2. Steps to reproduce the issue
  3. Environment (OS, other related application versions, etc.)
  4. Expected result
  5. Observed result

  1. This new version is highly unintuitive and I can't find anything!!! Change it back!!! To find my templates for example, I need to go to the "For signature" section and then go to a drop down box to find my templates. And where are all the documents which have already been signed by all parties? there is a list of agreements but no column to tell me who the main parties are to the document, I have to click through every one to find the one I am after (since they are all the same document and have the same…

  2. This new interface is absolutely awful. I have had nothing but trouble and I can't even figure out when something has uploaded with another item. Boy, have you ever taken a gem of a program and made it difficult to use. I'm afraid that I am going to have to find another cloud share program as I am not going to be able to waste any more time.

    We’ve added a Share Files and Send for Review quick start buttons in DC Home to make it easier to upload and send files.

  3. Hello,
    I'm incredibly disappointed with the document cloud service. Consistently get Adobe Sign Is Not available at this time. And also its very difficult to find the signed document you want. I should be able to look documents up by email address it was sent to. please improve this.

  4. I HATE THE NEW INTERFACE. It never loads. I've cleared the cache, I've reset the browser, I've tried everything short of standing on my head. This whole "Adobe Sign is not available at this time" **** is unacceptable.

  5. I really liked the compact way I could view all of my files in the old format. Right now, despite trying two different web browsers, its even hard to find a way to scroll through the files I have. Every time I log in I have to resort the files so I can see what is waiting to go out. Also-I can't figure out how to cancel an agreement that I got half way through and realized there were issues. This is such a surprise for such an established company like Adobe. If you had focus groups they sure weren't…

  11. Hello!

    How can I connect Document Cloud to Creative cloud? And why are they separated in the first place..Or alternatively, Adobe Scan app should have an option to save the pdf in the creative cloud instead.

  12. I don't want to download a file in order to print it. It would be good to have an option to select a signed file and directly print it in a good format. If you print a file in view mode, it prints off the page.

  13. Since the new interface came online I am constantly having issues with "Adobe Sign is not available at this time" when trying to view sent files as well as trying to send new agreements for people to sign. This is very frustrating.

  15. I do not like this newer version of Adobe Pdf Send!! The previous version was so much better and easier to use. The Send & Track Button has disappeared, you can no longer put a Company logo on the delivery email to recipient and it seems you have to attach multiple files a longer winded way, rather than just drag and drop files, add a title, email address and then Send. Files also when uploading seem to error so it takes several attempts to actually send. Please sort it out!!!

  17. If there's no prefill, why do you make us go through a screen to "Send" the document after we've already tried to send it?

    Where's the MegaSend function?

    This new interface is terrible. Absolutely terrible. Bring the old interface back, please!

  18. Wow. This is pathetic. I figured out how to at least be able to send more than one stupid contract. YOU HAVE TO CLOSE YOUR BROWSER ENTIRELY and come back in. That is utterly ridiculous and unacceptable.

  19. While I appreciate the more streamlined and universal experience of the the new Document Cloud interface I am extremely disappointed in the loss of the Signature Management page. I can not find the documents I sent out for signature before July 8 and it seems as though I've lost some of the sharing and reminding tools I previously had access too. I am paying for this specifically for adobe sign capabilities and I hope you bring back some version of a signature management dashboard like you had before.

  20. this new site is complete garbage. Every document I click on sends me to the logon page when I click the review and sign button. Did this go through anything that resembles QA?
