For a new feature request:

  1. Brief title
  2. Description of desired feature
  3. Why the feature is needed

For a new bug:

  1. Brief title
  2. Steps to reproduce the issue
  3. Environment (OS, other related application versions, etc.)
  4. Expected result
  5. Observed result

  1. when highlighting text for a comment, in the comment page, can it write out at least the first line of the highlighted text instead of just saying "highlighted text"?

  2. Your product is BROKEN. I want a refund. None of the "Remove background" functionalities work at all. The app freezes every time I even look at it. I sneeze, it freezes, I blink, FROZEN. What's going on over there, Adobe? Ya'll ok? Do I need to just use Figma for now on? They definitely have it together, and I'm confused why you don't?

  7. Have a human available. I've been trying to see if an email i rec'd was a scam or not and your virtual assistant didn't have a clue how to help answer this. a human would not have cost me 15 minutes in my day. awful service. SO if you intend to charge me $325 today, don't. I didn't authorize it and I think it's a scam (this came via email) but I can't confirm since you don't offer a human.

  10. I’ve been looking for good-quality deli paper for wrapping sandwiches and snacks, especially something grease-resistant and food-safe.   14. You could improve your product experience by making help available. I am unable to open an e-sign document shared with me, and my only option for help under "Contact us" is an automated text/reply engine that has only a few canned responses, none of which pertain to my issue.

  17. I am really deeply frustrated with your product.

    1) Despite purchasing access to Adobe I am forced to close pop-ups regularly.
    2) There is nothing intuitive about using the product. I have to search and ponder for how to do something with a file or upload a file and the help button is of no use. For instance type upload file into the help and you get a thousand possible answers all for the problems I don't have.

  19. I saw a bug where I added text fields to a page in a multi-page PDF (call it page 5 of 10). Then I added a new page to the PDF (call it a new page 4, which then made pages 5-10 become pages 6-11) and the result was that all my text fields remained on page 5 when the actual relevant page was now page 6.

    The issue was resolved when I deleted an extra page but this was a very counter intuitive outcome as I expect the Acrobat added text fields to remain associated with the page that…

  20. I started a subscription to split PDF(ebook). Adobe advertised like it's free to split PDFs, that was the only reason I spent my time on it. So after the subscription I uploaded my PDF to choose some pages to split the document. It went all well until then. When I finish up all the process, suddenly it says my file is too big! It's only 329MB. This is not worthy for subscription. So I ended up just wasting my time.
