  3. BUG: I navigated to the the the Edit menu > Preferences > Page Display > Zoom wanted to change my default document zoom level from "Automatic" to "100%". The user is presented with a dropdown menu. When I chose "100 %" and clicked the OK button, I received an error message about entered an out of range value and was not able to save my change. Through trial and error, I discovered that I could manually type something in to the zoom level text box that would override the values available in the dropdown. When I manually entered "100%" (no…

  4. The website is not accepting my vote on another idea (although I am logged in), so I'm adding more ideas.
    Multiple issues:
    1. The new icon-based styles for editing or commenting are completely nonintuitive; other than printing/saving/zooming/scrolling from the other toolbars, I don't know what any of the buttons mean.
    2. Please move some buttons from editing to commenting or vice versa, or combine their toolbars, or rename their bars. It is ridiculously hard to figure out how to add a rectangular shape in the new Acrobat Pro. It was easy in my last version of Acrobat Pro

  6. PDF files cannot be protected from converting to other document types.Even after using Pro version,encrypting with password, others could convert our documents to word file using 3rd party sites.If using encrypting with certificate,conversion is not possible but others cannot view our document.What is the solution to secure our pdf files allowing others to view but not to print,edit or convert?

  8. 1) Please allow settings so that a sender can go into their console and re-use a previous transaction without having to start the workflow all over again for a very similar document. For e.g. if I sent out Purchase Req. (PR) form #1, there should be an option for a user to clone the transaction and send PR Form #2 using all the same settings, without having to start the PR workflow. Sort of like the option to resend an email in Outlook – its really a new email but you can use the wording etc. in the previous email.

  9. I know that is not a big issue for the creator who's worked on this update, but it is a very big one for the user. We tried to keep using Acrobat XI the longer as possible, but we had to go in DC, the visual is discutable, but the issue with Output Preview (page rendering, flickering, slow appearance) this is unacceptable!! For a person who's verify many thousand pages per day, it's very frustrating. As an important company as Adobe, this is a lack of respect for the customer, I'm very disapointed.

  10. Like so many before, I want to have control over my own computer. If I ever had any reason to want a desktop shortcut for Adobe, I could create one. Or I could request one on install. I have NEVER wanted one. So one should not appear on my desktop every few days, no matter how many times I delete it or hide it.

  11. If Koshika LLC is a U.S. business entity that does not have a Social Security Number (SSN), and it has to file tax returns with the Internal Revenue Service (IRS), then it may need to apply for an Individual Taxpayer Identification Number (ITIN).

  12. It is enough for the user to find their data in a single Outlook PST file, which is also a waste of time, so I would suggest you use Split PST Tool. This application is the most secure and easy to use, both non-technical and technical people can easily use it, it has easy steps to Split PST Software:-

  13. Legal agreements often have defined terms in quotation marks.

    when searching and including the quotation marks in the search box, acrobat won't find the terms. See attached screenshot.

  14. Currently, embedded links which use the ot URL schema are blocked by Adobe Acrobat even when adjusting security settings. Adobe Acrobat doesn't need to support reading these links as they're simply opened in a registered Windows application, but we need Acrobat to stop blocking these links.

  15. Our API expects a signature made of first name & last name.

    ADOBE signature caption mentions "Enter your name" only. This causes a confusion for some of our esteemed customers in whether or not the full name (comprising first name and last/family name) is to be provided.

    We need the caption presented by Adobe to clearly mention "Enter Your First and Last Name", instead of "Enter Your Name".

  17. It would be really awesome if Adobe PDF Maker was able to generate a single PDF Document containing the message and any attachments automatically. For example, if I receive an email and that email has one or more attached documents (e.g. PDF, Word, etc.), when I create a PDF document, a PDF document is created containing the email message and all attachments in the subsequent pages.

  18. Allow scanned images to have a background changed to transparent.
    This feature will allow the creation of electronic stamp with a transparent
    background such that a user can sign a date a document then place a
    Adobe stamp with option to be able not to be changed without a password or a 4-digits PIN. The uploaded file is an example with a transparent background performed using Photoshop.

  20. After using the measure tool, I would like to be able to sum all the measurement comments. Currently, the only solution I can find is manually add with a calculator or export to excel and use the sum function. It would be nice to keep all this data in one place.
