Set default directory column width
Default column width when browsing directory files are too narrow. Width must be adjusted wider every time I pull up the file directory. A wider default should be able to be set under Preferences.

Key Board Shortcut to Promote/Demote Bookmark Level
This feature request proposes the addition of a keyboard shortcut in Acrobat to promote/demote bookmark levels. Currently, demoting a bookmark can be done easily by dragging it to a lower level, but promoting it requires a two-step process. With this new shortcut, users could efficiently reorganize their bookmarks by quickly moving them up or down the hierarchy. I'm trying to report a bug in that Adobe will not type the letter f while editing a document. When I fill in the problem the option is to post it to this forum, which is NOT what I want to do. But, while I am here, does anyone know how to fix this?

Can you create a process that is free for the disabled?
I am legally blind with tunnel vision and have to enlarge everything to project it onto a TV screen to read. I am using Adobe Acrobat 8 which is reliable in its OCR and I use Photoshop to improve the contrast of documents in order to run OCR on Acrobat extracting the pages of very large pdf files. Adobe has discontinued the licenses on this, so if I ever get a new computer and that is highly unlikely as i am on disability, i am screwed. My computer is…

"fit to width scrolling"
The user's choice for "fit to width scrolling", "fit one page", "read mode" should remain consistent for ALL documents and sessions. It's extremely aggravating that i have to choose my preference for every document.
Further, based on internet searches, setting the page display preference to "single page continuous" and "fit width" in preferences does not actually change the default behavior to what i want nor stick across future docs that are opened.
Every f*ing doc i open i have to click on the "fit to width scrolling" to be able to read the doc.

The state of Texas now requires students to be assessed using multi-select. I am an instructional coach and work with the teachers. I use Adobe for almost everything. I can create a multi-select dropdown in Excel, but not in Acrobat. Sign in not working
the signin option via PC applications is a loop that never ends
no browsers ever work, and no alternate options are offered to sign in. For a paid product this is quite frustrating.
Furthermore, when the pop up window is closed - the entire program is shut down, making reading PDFs in "free mode" not a feasible options either.
Please assist.

Combine Files - Doesn't render correctly when launched form Expolorer Context Menu

A weird issue only when you try to combine PDFs from the right-click menu in Windows.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Find 2 or more PDFs in Explorer, highlight them, right-click, Combine Files in Acrobat...
2. Acrobat launches with a white screen. To fix, simply resize the window in any way and the screen for combining files renders correctly. Click Home and going tack to Tools also fixes it.Windows 10 22H2 (Also occurs in Windows 11 21H2). Occurs on many workstations in our environment.

Scenario: Administrators can access and run Content reports that shows the name of a file (in this case PDF). The Global Administrator can not see the contents of that file, just the file name. This is a potential violation of China GDPR laws.

Hello,
Would it be possible to have a license checkup system? Most users need Acrobat to generate PDF files directly from it or from third party software, using the PDF Maker functionality. However, not all users run Acrobat every 30 days and they get a License not registered message. Would it be possible to have a system that checks if the license is valid and keep it activated on the workstations, regardless if the users run Acrobat Pro or not?

Hi I have 800 pages which I am dividing into separate pages. At the top left of each sheet is an article number. I want Acrobat to be able to read the number and name the file with the unique item number.

Adobe Sign Drawing Field Type
The major name in Electronic Signatures has the ability to place a field that you can draw in. I would Adobe Sign to add this field type to their platform.
We would like to use this feature as a solution for when multiple people are collaborating on a document in person and allow for people in the room to initial their approval on each line item rather than have to email the document to each user to review separately.

I want to append a word document to an existing PDF
Do you offer a way to combine a word document when going to print to pdf from the print driver to combine to a PDF file already saved instead of it overwriting the file but it combines it with the PDF from within that interface?
When attempting to do this it just prompts me to overwrite the PDF instead of combining it.We have this option in the docuPrinter printer, not with Adobe PDF printer.

Adobe PDF Pro, to allow Course to change color to white in Contrast Mode
Current Options are:
Green Text on Black
Yellow Text on Black
White Text on Black
Black Text on WhiteWhite background defeats the purpose of accessibility through contrast and backgrounds and the black mouse hinders visibility.
If we can code this so that the mouse turns white, green, and yellow when the different accessibility is selected that would be great to make out the black mouse from the black background.
This is only true if the mouse mode in Windows mouse pointer style Black is selected
