  6. I thought we were supposed to be able to feedback on the app, not just post feature requests or bug reports? Is this just to restrict us from complaining?

    My feedback is that the current Acrobat is still as terrible as it was when it was first introduced. None of the team appear to listen to a word of criticism and carry on forcing this horrendous bag of spanners down our CC throats. It's a blot on Adobe's vision and should be rethought completely.   7. When converting a PDF it would be nice if 400dpi was an available dpi in the drop down for resolution. We need to convert PDF's to Tiff at 400dpi a lot and we have to manually type it in each time. We are doing this 800+ times per week.

  8. Bug Report - In JavaScript, it's common practice to format the code to make it more readable by using the TAB key to indent text. This has worked fine in all previous versions of Adobe Acrobat that I've used. However, in Adobe Acrobat Pro DC, pressing the TAB key moves the text to the right once, as it should, but then the focus moves to the OK button to close the Editor.   9. When I try to save a document after editing the form; I get a document cannot save, try saving under a different file name. Then it automatically deletes my document and goes right into my trash. When I try to retore and open the document it then gives me an error "There was an error opening this document. Access denied." but I could open the document on the drive online.   10. When exporting from PDF to word, I lose all the white text on a white background which we use as anchors for our docusign process. Is there a way to keep the white text on export?

It would be an amazing time-saver if we were able to change all default settings for field properties, i.e. type and size of font for each field or all fields, type and size of radio buttons and checkboxes, etc. This would make me -- and many other users -- much less irritable when I have to create forms.

  12. I can no longer save copies of completed/cancelled agreements. It acts like it saves it, but when you go to where you saved it, nothing. It even opens a new copy of the agreement, adding a bunch of symbols and characters to the original file name, but I can't find where it is located. I try a 'save as' on that version and it tells me it can't because the file is already open. This is a huge issue if I can't get final versions out of Adobe and into our company archival system. Please fix asap!

  13. When will Acrobat be able to perform translations in particular from Spanish to English and vice versa?
    With Mexico being America's adjacent neighbor one would expect this to have already been implemented.
    Many paying and non paying corporations and individuals would benefit from this addition.
    There are many requests and upvotes already asking for this feature and it would appear that those who are reading and responding from Adobe to these requests are either not seeing the benefits or don't care or don't deem this as a critical addition which should have already been implemented by now.

  14. When you create a PDF Portfolio, you're basically bringing in multiple files into one location, correct?

    It would be great if the portfolio automatically updated when one of its' linked files was updated.

    For instance, let's say I made a Portfolio of 12 different PDFs. I make an edit to one of those individual PDFs. The next time I open the portfolio, Acrobat automatically updates the portfolio with the updated PDF.

  15. I was reviewing an extensive legal document over several days, and making notes as I went. Today as I was typing, the program simply closed. When I opened it up, all my notes were gone. Not just the unsaved ones. ALL of them. Days of work are gone. Definitely looking for alternatives since this one is a waste of my time and resources. Also, this bug entry is obnoxious.

  16. Stop adding the Adobe shortcut on desktop that users are unable to deleted unless admin privileges are entered. Every update its another email to IT to ask them to delete it.

  17. Why is it so difficult to report a bug for Adobe? Your product is a joke. Half the time it works, and the other half of the time, you can't do anything. When I can't do anything, it's either because not a single document will even open up, or if you are able to open it up, the loading bar just goes around and around and around and you can't edit anything.   18. The existing OCR function can create really strange interpretations on letters that otherwise look pretty clear to the human eye. Would propose that the OCR use AI language functionality support to encourage higher accuracy in translating the images to text.

    If it isn't, you must edit it: If you have an Android smartphone, you can check whether the YouTube app needs to be updated by going to the Google Play Store app > hamburger button > My apps & games.

  20. Using Adobe Sign today, I also found that the field automation didn't work. The message would show that fields are available, but then when you click the icon to apply the fields, the message would come back that it couldn't find any locations to place a field, totally not recognizing the Signature or date lines requiring manual field placements.

    In the date line options, please add: yyyy-mm-dd - HH:MM:ss
    (required by the Canada Revenue Agency on their T183 Authorization to E-file signature forms). I have to always enter this text manually.
