We are evaluating the PDF feature for our customer needs, the PDF document should be displayed only a few pages and rest will be hidden, there will be two buttons at the end of the document in displayed pages, 1) Accept 2) Reverse, if user click on Accept button, hidden pages will be displayed, when he choose Reverse, then an email notification will be sent to the document author. I found that Adobe acrobat supports Javascripts but we have difficulty to find the perfect solution for the above problem.

  2. Organize Pages, Extract, currently: no ability to type in desired multiple page range.
    Currently you have to select the Picture Pages to get a Range selected.
    Why can't you all make it available to type in our Multiple Page Range, too, in the Page # box?
    This was a feature for a long time on the older version. It was much quicker & less errors to be able to type in my Page Range to Extract.

  3. Dear Adobe Team,

    it would be a great feature if a sender is receiving Out of Office messages if he has send out an aggrement via Adobe Sign. If the user replys to a Adobe Sign mail this is being send to the sender. But Out of Office messages are not being forwared. This would be a highly needed feature. If you need anything from me concerning this feature request please let me know.

  4. The "save as" dialog menu in Acrobat Pro (Windows edition) looks counterintuitive, especially the location of "Choose a different folder" button. I've never seen such a menu structure ever. Normally Windows Explorer has a similar thing on the top of the menu. It's a good idea to have a list of recent folders on a screen, but actually I need easy access to other folders on my computer.   5. Acrobat DC is better than 11.x in many ways, but one lost feature is the ability to default opening documents viewed for the first time with 2-up continuous view (or other choices). Downloading pdfs from many sources, pdfs may be single page, single page scroll, etc, with bookmarks or menus open or closed. Acro11 actually worked when setting this default to 2-up. In DC preferences/page display/default layout & zoom, setting to 2-up has ZERO effect on documents opened for the first time. They open in the default of the provider. Please make this function WORK, as it did in v11.…

  6. When I want to edit an object in an external editor, the tool ”Edit using…” only shows ”Open with…”.
    Illustrator/Photoshop is not shown in the list as it used to. It makes no difference if I set them (or any other compatible app) as default editors in preferences.

  7. I made a PDF with InDesign 15.0 and the bookmarks are missing in full Acrobat DC 2019.021.20056. However, the bookmarks do display ok in my wife's computer's copy of Acrobat Reader.

  9. Stop right-bottom clickable rectangle area within a window.
    Frequently resizing accidentally causes a browser to start and open the CC page.

  10. When adding a Barcode Field:
    Barcode Field Properties > Options > Symbology: QR Code >
    Decode Condition > Custom > X-Dimension:

    the size is unable to go beyond 0.04in ... my client wants a larger Barcode in the file. But with this limitation, I cannot meet their needs.

    My suggestion is to allow any value.

  12. The new named user licensing (NUL) is not ideal for remote desktop/Citrix environments when using more than two session hosts.

    The cloud limitation of two logons is fine for personal computers but when operating a large number of session hosts users have to logon to Acrobat DC when roaming across multiple servers. Each server is considered a new installation.

    Please bring back serialized deployments for enterprise customers or another solution that works with remote desktop/Citrix.

  14. I want to be able to do form that, when someone fills it, they dont need to log in to their email account to send it to me. I want it that, when pressing the send button, it automatically sends it to my email account.

  15. I regularly print pdf files in booklet format. A lot of files stop the with error code 900. While on an older MacBook with Adobe Reader 9.5.5 all documents print flawless! I will not activate this version until I have a solution for this problem!

  16. Back to the usability idea ... One should be able to have a UNIQUE reference number for each and every post. If users/moderators take the time to review posts, then they should be able to reference them BY NUMBER in their own personal notes and to others.

    Right now I cannot possibly suggest that you refer to comment xxxx from date xxxx under topic xxxx .....

    How about a simple SQL database to track things ??? These pop-up subcategories by keyword search are helpful, but they are not nearly complete !

    PS Number = xxxxxxxx + Section + 2 keywords…

  17. The Acrobat XI version before Acrobat XI Pro 2017 let the user export the current settings to a standard *.aaui file. That way, one could alter between preferences or GO BACK if a change was not working as needed/expected. It also allowed for exchange of settings between users if User B preferred concept used by User A ....

  18. Duh is this Nov 2019? Why can't I search both titles only and entire text for all requests? Does Adobe seriously want/expect users and moderators to scan FORTY-FIVE (45) pages of a forum to weed out duplicate requests ?? .... I certianly do NOT want to put in a NEW request for something that's already in the count. WORSE YET, if the same concept is entered 4 times as 5 + 3 + 2 + 10 votes, then Adobe will surely not value that as 20 VOTES and will probably NOT fix it !!!   19. The Acrobat XI version before Acrobat XI Pro 2017 let the user drag the corner of the QAT (Quick Access Toolbar) so that it would expand to 2 or more lines. That way, the most-used icons would all be on the main screen without the insessant need to click on the 3 buttons to expand the options and see the icons .... Worse yet, if there are many icons, you have to press the down-arrow to get there. Yes, I understand that the icons can be 'moved up'.

  20. When I allow Acrobat to auto generate fields Acrobat named each field by the closest text, which is not always, most of the time, the best way to approach things.

    I suggest to allow renaming a group of selected items, if they are the same type. Now, when I select multiple fields, even if they are the same type, the field name and tool tip property fields are disabled.
