The "x" for deleting "fill and sign yourself" signatures and initials does not work
This is a bug.
The X needs to be clicked over and over again before it clears the previous signature. Some time the previous signature comes back even after changing it.

In my older version of Adobe Acrobat Pro, I have an "Import Data" function under Tools\Manage Form. I don't see that in my current version under Prepare form.

Best Practices for Exporting CSV Contact Data to VCF Format
There are some best practices you should follow when moving contact data from a CSV file to a VCF (Virtual Contact File) format. This will make sure the process goes smoothly and the data is proper. Here are the steps and advice you should follow-
Why Convert CSV to VCF?
People often store contact information in CSV files, which are just plain text files with rows and columns for each contact's information. VCF, on the other hand, is a more specialized file that is used in many contact management systems, such as email clients and smartphones. If you convert your…

BUG: Ctrl+Backspace Does Not Function Properly
BUG:
In Windows, Ctrl+Backspace erases the word to the LEFT of the caret/text cursor, while Ctrl+Delete erases the word to the RIGHT of the caret.
In Acrobat, if editing a form text field, both shortcuts behave identically, erasing the word to the RIGHT of the caret.Additionally, in the "Find Text or Tools" box, Ctrl+Backspace does neither action, instead entering an unknown character glyph.
Adobe Acrobat Version 25.1, Windows 10
This isn't an "idea" or a "feature request" it is a BUG REPORT. A cursory web search indicates that cmd+Backspace does the same thing on MacOS, and also is bugged…

Tab vs New Window Option
Hello Adobe Team,
I use Adobe Acrobat extensively throughout my workday and appreciate the tabbed interface. However, I would love the flexibility to open certain PDFs in new windows while keeping others in tabs within the same window.
Currently, the setting to open PDFs in tabs or new windows is global and requires a restart to change. It would greatly improve the workflow if there were a way to:
Right-click and choose "Open in New Window"
Or, more preferably:
Use a modifier key (e.g., Shift + Click) to open a file in a new window
Adding this level of control…

Deleting even/odd pages does not work
In a recent update, acrobat has an issue with selecting and deleting even or odd pages. When even or odd pages are selected and I try to delete them, it will reset the selection to the first page. If I continue to delete, it will only delete the first page and not the even/odd selection from before. In addition to that, if you deselect the first page before you select even/odd pages in page select, I'm given a prompt that says 'Please choose a valid page range'. If the even/odd page option in the dropdown is selected again, Acrobat now…

How do I Convert MSG to CSV?
You can convert MSG to CSV either by manual method or professional method. With the manual method, you would open up each MSG file in Outlook, then copy the email information, which includes subject, sender, date and body, and paste them into an Excel file. Then, save the Excel file as CSV. You would repeat this process for each MSG file separately.
Manual conversion is a very tedious process, and is not practical if you have bulk files. Manual conversion can also lead to data inconsistency, and the manual method is not a guaranteed way to maintain email attachments or…

Suing the credit bureaus
Suing the credit bureaus can feel like trying to take down an entire system, but trust me, it’s possible. The key is knowing your rights under the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA). If you’ve disputed errors on your credit report and they haven’t been fixed or investigated properly, you can absolutely take legal action. The process usually involves documenting all the mistakes, proving the harm caused, and showing that the credit bureaus failed to correct the issues in a reasonable amount of time. For anyone who’s been stuck in this mess, here’s a great resource to get you started on…

Why Do I Need to Backup Office 365?
Microsoft is not responsible for your backup. Even though Office 365 is cloud-based, data loss can happen due to Accidental deletion, cyberattacks, and retention policy gaps, which can lead to permanent data loss. Let me recommend the Migrate Cloud Data Office 365 Migration Tool. It has reliable and user-friendly tools that simplify data migration and backup processes. Open link in new tab/window
It would be incredibly helpful if Acrobat offered the ability to open weblinks in a new browser tab, similar to standard browser behavior. Specifically, when a link within a PDF points to another section of the same document or to a different PDF, right-clicking should include a “Open Link in New Tab” option.
This functionality is something users are familiar with in web browsers, and bringing it into Acrobat would make navigation smoother, especially when switching between pages or documents. It would enhance productivity and provide a more intuitive, user-friendly experience.

Installing and using the KMS Tool – Step-by-step Guide
Installing and using the https://kms-tool.com/install is extremely simple. After downloading the program from the official website, it is recommended to temporarily disable the antivirus (as some security systems may mistakenly block activators), then run the tool as an administrator. The KMS Tool interface is intuitive – the user just needs to select the desired product (Windows or Office) and press the activation button. The program will automatically detect the installed software versions and apply the optimal activation method. The whole process takes no more than 2-3 minutes. After successful activation, the system will receive a fully licensed status with all…
