Recovery of all Open PDF documents after a crash or shutdown on the computer
Every time Windows crashes all the Adobe files that were open get lost. Please tell me how to recover all open files when after restart
2 votesHi,
You can always check the recent files you opened, but as designed after system restart Acrobat will not open those files for you by itself.
Thanks

Combining files
As a new user of Acrobat DC, I combine 2 files and save the portfolio. When I open up my new combined file there is a column panel on the left that shows the 2 documents that I combined. I cannot scroll through my new combined document from page 1 to the end. Rather, I must use arrows to toggle between my 2 documents. What am I missing to see it as one new combined document? Thanks.

Bug: When I go to edit PDF and add web links to a full paged image, the image tilts.
Bug: When I go to edit PDF and add web links to a full paged image, the image tilts and causes a white line to appear in the bottom right of the page where the image is no longer covering due to the tilt. Also the entire image will look crooked at this point too. I have to go to Edit > Undo to make it go back. This is weird and very annoying and happens every time I use Edit.

Read Out Loud
Currently Acrobat Pro DC can not read slower than 150 words per minute (wpm). I chatted with support (January 30, 2018) and they confirmed that currently it can not be reduced. Therefore, I request that this be modified to any number that a subscriber wants. 150 WPM is ridiculously fast. The range is 150 to 650 wpm. I would hope that Adobe does not discriminate against persons with disabilities anywhere especially in the United States of America.
2 votesHello Sir,
Since we haven’t received from your end, we hope that the issue has been resolved. Please feel free to reach us if you have any concerns in future. Thanks

For Vip / Teams it would be helpful to have a Standard DC installer
Instead of having to install pro and having it downgrade when you login with your Standard license. It would make the process much smoother for Corporate end users.

Bug: Can not select a color patch to change text color.
While editing text in a .pdf I try to change the texts color by bringing up the color picker. When I try to change the color by clicking on a color patch nothing happens. I end up using the eye dropper to select a new color.
This problem started after I upgraded my computer to the new iMac Pro.
See the attached .png & .jpeg files showing my configuration and the color picker window that I was using.1 voteThanks for reporting the issue.
As a workaround, after clicking on the color patch, you can press enter/return or spacebar to select the color.

shrink or resize the print dialog box, and make it scrollwheel responsive
Needless to say, I print a lot from Acrobat. It bugs me constantly that when the print dialog comes up, it's too big to fit entirely on the screen. The actual "print" button is off screen on the bottom, and requires scrolling down to be able to click it. That should not be the case. Even more annoying is the fact that the dialog itself, although it has a scroll bar, is not responsive to my scrollwheel mouse. It absolutely should be.

Thanks for your valuable feedback. We have recorded it as bug in our database.

Error saving when destination folder name is changed
Changes are not able to be saved when source or destination folder name of document is changed while editing. Changing folder names is common on Mac OSX and applications typically do not have issues tracking folder name changes while the application and document is open.
- To reproduce on OSX, open a PDF document and make edits. Change the name of the folder the PDF resides in. Attempt to save changes. Acrobat shows this error "The document could not be saved. The file may be read-only, or another user may have it open. Please save the document with a different name…
2 votesThe error is expected since you are changing the source folder name while the file-inside is in Write-mode.
You can try Save As to not lose any changes.
Just for information, on windows – you cannot change the source folder name while a file, is in write-mode.

Network License Management Tool
Hello Adobe Company,
We've been your customer for 10 years. We have about 400 users that have a lot PDF requirement of use but not frequently. So, we worked with Adobe supporter to deploy Acrobat to our server for user working with PDF in order.
However, Adobe suppoter confirmed that Adobe company hasn't had any solution for license management which control users using license at a point time or kick someone who forget exiting Acrobat after using.
So i hope Adobe company can develop this solution it's very very important with a company has >400 users like us that the…1 vote -

4 votesDid you mean flip or rotate?
To rotate:
Go to Organize Pages. Select the required pages. Click on one of the rotate icons on the above toolbar.
OR
Right click on the Left bar. Select Page Thumbnails. Now Right click on any page thumbnail and select Rotate Pages. To flip:
Go to Edit PDF. Right click on the image that you want to flip and select Flip Horizontal or Flip Vertical.
Note: You would need to uncheck the Recognize text checkbox (present in the right hand pane) when you open Edit PDF for the first time.Let us know if that helps.
