  2. When Saving File Shows -Signed When Signature Is Added As In Previous Releases

In previous Acrobat users save the pdf and -signed suffix would be in the save file. Please add option to DC. The Accounting Firm just switched to DC, and does not have this automatic option now.

    Hi,

Thanks for reporting the issue. We have shared the feedback with the engineering team and will get back to you once we have an update.

    Regards,

  3. Allow spell check for all content within Acrobat

I think adding a feature to spell check all content within a PDF would be greatly beneficial for everyone. Our company uses spell check within Word all the time to ensure no egregious errors are present, but when documents are pulled into artwork, we then lose that ability to do a spell check. Many companies work strictly out of Acrobat for most of their process, but the only thing spell check is able to review on the artwork is comments. If it could review all content, it would help save errors in printing which would save companies money. If you…

  4. Undo Redo when adding, deleting, replacing, and moving thumbnails

I move, add, delete thumbnails in the preview on left. Often I must undo or redo a change but no edit undo exists for this. I have to hope I haven't hit "save" or else I have no chance of recovering a deleted page. Or if I've moved a page, I have to remember where and manually move it back, as no "undo" and "redo" exists for this purpose. If you could "undo" and "redo" for editing thumbnails (and not just the content of the document), it would be fantastic.

  5. Update W4 and I9 to 2020 forms

In Adobe Sign under library documents > Adobe Sign Templates, there are a number of IRS tax forms. The W4 and I9 documents that are provided are now out of date. Would it be possible to update to the 2020 forms?

    Thank you!

  6. Fix settings for page displays on the side bar..

Each time I open a new doc, I have to click on the left side bar, then click on the pages to show them. My old version saved these settings and any new doc opened the pages would show.

Why did the UI designers complicate things- aesthetically things Look good, but functionality is awful! Please consult with actual users before implementing these ridiculous changes.

  7. ability to remove the home screen. It's an extra click to close out of it and it's annoying.

Why add an extra task to close a file? Whoever thought of this "brilliant" idea needs to actually work in this software in real life.. this is an annoying extra step.

  8. non FRL Acrobat DC is pulling an FRL Acrobat license (even though FRL was uninstalled)

Does anyone know how to fix this? I uninstalled all Acrobat, ran CC cleaner tool and Acrobat cleaner tool. Re-installed the non-FRL Acrobat, but it still reads the FRL Acrobat license (which was a test license and has expired). Real users no longer have any Acrobat available for production work.

  9. Don't automatically download updates through metered Internet connections

Adobe products, like Acrobat DC and Acrobat Reader DC, should NOT download updates when Internet access is established through a metered connection.

When Adobe products download updates in the background through a metered connection, the data limit is reached in a snap and it's not possible to continue working for the rest of the month (depending on contract with the Internet provider) unless new, very expensive Internet allotment is bought.

  10. save different pencils to menu bar so can rapidly change from one to another

Have ability to save different pencils to menu bar (with different properties) so you can rapidly change from one to the other. Now you can only save one pencil and you need to manually adjust the properties each time you want to change it. (In Customize Comments Tools)

  11. Remove Social Connectors from the log on screens for corporate deployments

For corporate deployments of Adobe Products, using a Federated ID, there is no reason to have social connectors for the log-in. I would like to have a way to remove these social connectors from the log-in screen, so that a user's only option is to put in their corporate email address to access their license.

  12. Bug Report: Compare Files tool is not working in Acrobat Pro DC

    1. Steps to reproduce this issue
      2A) Two files are selected
2B) "Compare Text only" is checked
2C) In settings, either "Autodetect" or "Presentation Decks" is selected. The result is incorrect with either choice.
2D) In settings, only "Text" is chosen under "Show Report"
2E) Choose "Compare" and view result

    2. Environment

Adobe Acrobat Pro DC Continuous Release Version 2019.021.20061

    3. Expected Result
"Compare Files" would highlight differences between the files and would not highlight things that are the same in the two files.

    4. Observed Result
When "Compare Files" is used on two files that have small differences but are…

  15. How should I fix the neat gear readyshare is not working problem

Recently, I encountered an issue with the Netgear ready share. Whenever I tried to copy all music files from my ready share USB drive, all the time, I was getting the slow internet speed. I did not expect such a poor internet speed from my Netgear router. Can anyone tell me which router is best for the ready share working?

  16. keyboard shortcut crop

Need a keyboard shortcut for IMAGE tools - i.e, once I select one or more images in "PDF EDIT" mode, I don't want to use the mouse to always go select the tool I need (for me, it's "Crop Image" that I am constantly clicking).

    Thank you for listening.

  18. Please provide one-click document backup

I've asked support rep and realized that I have to download file one by one if I want to backup documents from cloud to local harddisk. Please consider to provide one-click document backup function. For example, Google Drive provide the ability to select files and then pack and download as single zip file which contains all selected files.

  19. PDF Maker (PowerPoint) crashes with long path to file

PDF Maker seems to crash for PowerPoint when the path name is long. I tested converting with a PPTX file in OneDrive, and it crashed when the path and filename length were 250.

  20. Remove buttons on (left) Navigation Pane

It is very easy to add buttons to left Navigation pane. However, you cannot remove individual buttons.

The only option is to Reset the pane returning the three original buttons (thumbnails, bookmarks, attachments).

It seems there should be a way to remove individual buttons at will (not just reset).

    Thank you
