5. Cyrillic text entered via Fill & Sign is not saved or displayed after saving PDF (MacBook M1)

   Steps to reproduce the issue

   1. Open any PDF form document in Adobe Acrobat (web version or desktop app).
   2. Select Fill & Sign tool.
   3. Add text in Cyrillic Serbian (e.g., „Петар Петровић“, „Београд“, etc.).
   4. Save the document.
   5. Reopen the saved PDF.

   Environment (OS, versions, etc.)

   Device: MacBook (Apple Silicon M1)
   Operating System: macOS, latest available on M1
   Adobe Product: Adobe Acrobat Web (browser-based Fill & Sign), Adobe Acrobat Desktop Application (installed version)
   Issue does not appear when editing on non-Mac environments (tried on Windows 11 PC).
   Problem occurs consistently in both browser and installed Acrobat app on MacBook M1.

   Expected result

   Text entered in Cyrillic using Fill & Sign should be properly saved and visible when the PDF is reopened.
   All characters, including Serbian Cyrillic letters, should remain intact.

   Observed result

   After saving and reopening the document, all Cyrillic text entered via Fill & Sign disappears or is not displayed.
   Only non-Cyrillic elements remain visible, such as:
   - Numbers
   - Checked boxes
   - Other non-Cyrillic characters

   This makes the saved form incomplete and unusable for Serbian-language documents.

   Steps to reproduce the issue

6. Advanced Location Blocking for Signing in Adobe Sign

   We would like to request an enhancement to the location-based security controls in Adobe Sign.

   At present, Adobe Sign only allows blocking signing activity from China. We request the ability to block additional countries or regions, particularly third countries with a high financial or fraud risk, from which documents cannot be signed. Specifically, we propose:

   • The ability to block multiple countries (not only China)
   • The option to configure a custom allowlist or blocklist of countries
   • Support for risk-based country groups (e.g. high-risk, medium-risk)
   • Application of these rules to all signing methods (web, mobile, integrations)

   Why the Feature Is Needed
   Many organizations operate under strict compliance, fraud prevention, and risk management policies. Allowing documents to be signed from high-risk jurisdictions can expose organizations to:
   • Financial fraud
   • Identity misuse
   • Regulatory non-compliance
   • Increased audit findings

   Modern security standards require granular, configurable controls instead of a single hardcoded country block. By allowing organizations to restrict signing to approved regions, Adobe Sign would better support enterprise security requirements, especially for financial, governmental, and regulated sectors.
   This feature would significantly strengthen Adobe Sign’s security posture and make it more suitable for organizations with advanced compliance and risk requirements.

7. Functional Parity and Full Dutch Language Support for Adobe Sign Plugin in Microsoft Teams

   We would like to request the following improvements specifically for the Adobe Sign plugin in Microsoft Teams:

   A. Add “Start from Library” functionality to the MS Teams plugin
   In the Adobe Sign web application, users can start workflows and templates using the “Start from Library” option. This functionality is currently not available in the Adobe Sign plugin for Microsoft Teams.
   We request that the Teams plugin provides the same capability, allowing users to start workflows and templates directly from the library without leaving Teams.

   B. Full Dutch language support in the Adobe Sign plugin for Microsoft Teams
   We request complete and consistent Dutch (Nederlands) language support within the Adobe Sign plugin in Microsoft Teams. Currently, parts of the interface remain in English, which results in an inconsistent and confusing user experience for Dutch-speaking users.

   Why the Feature Is Needed:

   A. Efficient and consistent workflows inside Microsoft Teams
   Many organizations use Microsoft Teams as their primary workspace. Missing core functionality forces users to switch to the web application, which breaks workflow continuity, reduces productivity, and increases the chance of mistakes. Functional parity would enable users to complete the entire signing process within Teams.

   B. Better adoption and usability in Dutch organizations
   Full localization is essential for smooth adoption, especially in larger organizations where not all users are comfortable with English interfaces. Complete Dutch language support will reduce training effort, support requests, and user errors.

   These improvements would significantly increase the value of the Adobe Sign integration in Microsoft Teams and encourage broader adoption across organizations.

8. Combining word files doesn't show markups or highlighted changes

   When I convert word files into one pdf (right click after selecting documents, option "combine files to pdf") it no longer shows the markup column or highlighted changes from the word documents in the finished pdf file.
   I now have to print every single word document as a pdf, then it shows the markup and changes. It takes a lot of time, which honestly nobody has.
   It worked 1,5 months ago, please look into this, I need this option daily!

9. Improve "Save As" to allow "Recent Folders" in Windows

   The Save As experience in Acrobat on Windows 11 is extremely frustrating for real‑world workflows. When I create a PDF from an Office document (e.g., PowerPoint), I want the PDF to save in the same folder as the source file or at least be easily reachable via Windows Recent Folders. Instead, Acrobat shows its own “Home”/Recent UI that ignores Windows’ Recent Folders shell and often doesn’t default to the source document’s folder. This forces extra navigation steps every time. Please add options to (1) always default Save As to the source document’s folder and/or (2) surface Windows Recent Folders directly in the Save As locations so it’s consistent with Explorer and other apps.

10. Acrobat changes the standard application th browser when uplading a file in the browser

    When I upload an PDF to an online system in de browser (Edge of Chrome), the standard application for viewing/editing is changed by Acrobat to the browser.

    This problem is extensively tested. The problem does not occur when Reader is installed, only when Acrobat is installed.

    It's disrupting my workflow a lot, and I have to set the standard application several times a day back to my preferred settting.

12. Acrobat 25.x forces Edge for PDF links (dislike)

    Product: Adobe Acrobat (Creative Cloud)
    Version: 25.001.21111 (64-bit)
    OS: Windows 11

    Adobe Acrobat 2025.x forces all web hyperlinks in PDF files to open in Microsoft Edge, ignoring the Windows default browser.

    Prior versions allowed users and enterprises to control this behavior via preferences or registry settings. Those controls have been removed or no longer function.

    This is a regression that breaks expected OS behavior for users and organizations standardized on Chrome or Firefox.

    Please restore a user-visible preference or honor the system default browser.

14. "New Acrobat" is causing a graphical glitch suppressing font

    I'm running into an issue where I open certain files (invoice forms) all made from the same template and the fields are blank and an error shows up regarding ArialMT font being missing. Found that if we disable "New Acrobat" the file opens normally, but this disables the page organization sidebar I like to use. Once we re-enable "New Acrobat" it works normally again until the next restart. Then the issue recurs. I believe there is some kind of bug causing this graphical malfunction.

15. How to stop the "Double sided print" option from automatically turning on?

    I have wasted so much paper because of this ****** bug. Printing double sided should never ever be automatic or the default setting. I turn it off all of the time, and even went into settings to disable double sided book printing, yet it still randomly turns it back on. This has to stop.

16. Too many feature requests. How do you actually prioritize?

    I’m getting requests from all directions, users, early customers, my own team, even friends Bro Games. I feel like if I build everything I’ll destroy the product, but if I ignore too much I’ll lose users.

    I’ve never done formal product roadmapping and really wish I had a mentor who’s been a PM or founder and can help me think clearly about what to build next. What prioritization methods actually work in the real world?

17. Edits on one page appearing across other pages of a document

    When I edit a document, whether it be striking out a word or adding a new paragraph it will past the same actions across multiple pages within my document. Its a bug I cant seem to get rid off. I just want the one area edited not pasting what I am editing across every page of my document. Makes the program unusable.

18. Get rid of buggy AI so the program is useful again

    You can't perform simple tasks in the program anymore. You try to flip multiple pages so they appear in the correct direction and the program closes. You try to save a file and the information needed is blanked out with another bug. You try to use the stupid AI and it takes several minutes with each page.

    I'm working for a large company with brand new computers. There is no issues with the internet connection. This is the only program that continuously crashes trying to do the bare minimum of features.

    This is precisely why no one wants AI. It's the stupid Microsoft Paperclip fiasco once again. No one wants pop ups all the time. No one wants or uses any of these features. All they do is create more issues for the features you want to use. I've been converting documents to Microsoft Word to be able to use basic features. I've been opening documents in Edge just to search for terms. The search feature no longer works at all.

19. AutoSave is horrible on macOS — edits persist for days, then are permanently lost

    I edited a PDF in Adobe Acrobat on macOS over 10 days.
    My changes consistently persisted when I closed and reopened the file, including across app restarts. Because of this, I reasonably assumed the file was being auto-saved or at least checkpointed.

    However, when I eventually closed the document and selected “Don’t Save”, all edits from the entire period were permanently lost. There was no recovery option, no AutoSave file, and no previous version available.

    What’s confusing is that the app does retain edits for days, which strongly suggests they are saved somewhere. There is no indication that these changes only exist temporarily in the RAM or that they can all be discarded at once.

    This behavior feels misleading and inconsistent with modern AutoSave expectations on macOS. If had a windows I would have been able to recover the file somehow .

    Steps to Reproduce:
    1. Open an existing PDF in Acrobat on macOS
    2. Make edits (annotations, text, comments)
    3. Close and reopen the file over several days (changes persist)
    4. Close the file and choose “Don’t Save”
    5. Reopen the PDF

    Expected
    1. Either: Changes can be recovered via AutoSave or versions
    or 2. The user is clearly warned that all changes will be permanently lost

    Actual
    1.All edits are lost with no recovery and no warning, despite having persisted for days.

    Impact
    This can easily cause major data loss, especially for long-term work (legal, academic, professional) !!!!
    The persistence of edits over time creates a false sense of safety.

20. Adobe accepting Word track changes

    After an update, the Adobe Plug-in is now accepting all track changes in Word when it converts the document. I need track changes to be shown. Is there a fix for this? Everything I have read previously doesn't work
