  1. Pessoal, ao criar um formulário e habilitar os campos para cada assinante, preciso informar os e-mails, porém, gostaria de deixar o e-mail para ser informado no caso a caso, de forma que possa usar o formulário para vários assinantes distintos e mantendo sempre o mesmo padrão.

    Desta forma, cada assinante é identificado ao abrir o link do formulário, cabendo a ele as ações pré estabelecidas para sua posição dentre os assinantes.

  2. Have to click several places to get the annotation tool I need, old versions were better in that regard. I hate the new interface.

  3. With new UI the color selection palette has become terribly small. It is difficult to select the color from such a small palette. Please make it larger.

  4. Completed an entire document in fill and sign, saved, then switch to the edit feature which blanked out my entire 15 page document that was just filled out except for check marks.

  5. I manually scan receipts (see attached) and every time I run OCR on this receipt, it skews, and the new version of Acrobat Pro doesn't have an "unskew" tool (or at least one I could find). Strangely, after I used Photoshop to redact my name (near the top), the OCR proceeded just fine--so this is the unredacted copy. Fortunately, there's not a lot of personal information.

  6. Bring back the interface where all tools are at the top. In the latest interface various functions are spread out amoung the upper left corner, the top right corner, the bottom left corner, and then some more in the menu bar at the top. Um, who thought this was a good idea?

  7. I have multiple password protected PDFs assembled in a PDF Portfolio. Every time I try to open them, it crashes on the second or third document. This used to work.

  8. How do I recover my old Yahoo account?

    Access the Sign-in Assistant. Click or touch Continue after entering your Facebook or Google ID in the Yahoo ID area. Proceed as instructed to regain access to your account. After logging in successfully, make a new password.

    Yahoo Mail maintains your inbox alive for as long as you use it, but material erased after 12 months or more of inactivity is irreversible. Access + Forwarding: Register for Access + Forwarding, and you won't have to bother about logging in again to maintain the activity of your account.

  9. While splitting PDF files in multiple pdf's as per pages there is no option for Custom range pages, we can only split in single pages or one by one pdf as per our pages. there are two more options like by bookmarking or page size, but that is not really helpful for big data for professional use.
    There should be an option where we can fill our pages range at once and split multiple PDF's in one click just like we do for single PDF's pages; that would be really helpful for professional workers who deals in big data.

  10. Another Idea I'd like to propose is the ability to edit documents or even replace documents, signers, receipiets etc shoudl there be an error in the documents sent. At present we are required to cancel the document and start from scratch, real pain.

    If I wasn't paying for the full adobe suite i'd definitely switch to docusing. You should check what your competitors are doing and copy them if you have to.

  11. I started using adobe sign and it was great to see that I could save templates, however as a real estate agent I need templates for tenancy agreements, which means the documents have to be updated every single time. Previously I used DocuSign and they allow you to replace the template document each time. Adobe doesn't seem to have that feature, which means the templates are useless to me.

    Please can you make changes and allow to update the document in templates each a contract is sent out please. This way at least the signature fields, dates, names etc all…

  12. Seriously...in the middle of working I get slapped with a "new" look on my PDFs! ALL my customized toolbars are gone! No more controls at the top...they are magically and permanently moved to the right side...optional tools on the left.... nothing is where I WANT IT!!! JUST...WHY?!?!?!?!?! Why fix something that wasn't broken? Why not leave it up to the user to have more control of the interface? Why be like Microsoft? By the way, the "disable new acrobat" is useless and only wants me to restart the program only to have some pop up bar show up at the…

  13. This is an enhancement request for the Phone Field in Adobe Sign.

    It would be very useful for the Phone field to have phone format options to pick from that would autofill the symbols into the field. This would take the responsibility off the signer.

    It is also kind of ridiculous that just to have a basic version of this, which still requires the signer to put in the symbols manually, I have to learn how to code it through Regular Expressions. Many people don't have time to learn those just to have a well-formatted phone number. I fully expected…

  14. On the new interface after setting up prefill fields and then going to request signatures. All of those fields set for prefill will be assigned to the recepient instead showing as prefill.

    Prefill fields work correctly on the old interface. On the old interface after requesting signatures the prefill fields show as prefill.

  16. Hi my request is, when sending a document to be signed the recipent receives the email from the company name rather then "Adobe Sign" , customers have a tendency to overlook or have these emails go to their junk because they do not realize they are receiving it from our company

  17. I don't want to have the plus sign "Create a PDF" button in the toolbar. I never use any of the three actions mousing over that button does, and I'm always accidentally mousing over it when I'm trying to move the application around on my screen. I will have to disable new Acrobat because this button messes up my workflow. I hope this can be fixed before the older Acrobat display is discontinued.

  18. Currently, after adding fields, if you notice that someone else missed a signature, you need to start completely over. The document hasn't even been sent. we need to be able to change, delete or add signors up to the point that someone starts signing. Being able to modify an agreement was a huge selling point to me but if I can't modify the basics than what good is it.

  19. When placing my own digital certificate (with visible signature), there are three options:

    1) editing not possible;
    2) edit the form and add further certificates;
    3) add notes, edit the form and add more certificates.

    Unfortunately, the option 2) and 3) do not work properly, so when sending the PDF file that contains my digital signature and asking others to sign this document with their own certificates, the users are not able to proceed.

    As I do need only one PDF file with all digital certificates within that file, is there any suggestion how to allow Acrobat Pro to run…
