1. play video embedded in pdf on mobile device

   I can create a pdf with embedded video and email it, but the video can't be seen or accessed on a mobile device. Most businesses use email that is read on their mobile devices, so an attachment with a small video can't be seen.

3. Must make it available to see who has activated their license and who hasn't

   I am an admin who manages the Adobe Portal for hundreds of licenses at my company. With the new portal, it doesn't allow me as the admin of our portal to see who has activated their license. This is a HUGE issue for us. We used to be able to see who had activated it and who hadn't and if they hadn't, we would remove their license and give it to another user. This is no longer available. Making improvements shouldn't remove options, but add some. This new bug is HUGE for my company. This new portal is going back in technology. You guys must find a way to bring it back.

4. Accessibility for Arabic PDFs

   Although tagging Arabic content shows in Acrobat, however it doesn't display correctly in Tags panel, neither Content panel displays Arabic content properly, nor the Order panel.
   "Read Out Loud" feature pronounce each Arabic character independently which drives a listener mad, I'm afraid.

5. pdf forms exported as flat (non-editable) pdf files

   I have designed forms that my staff complete & then we provide to external sources. I need these to export as a flat file & don't see how that could be accomplished other than export to MS Word & then to a pdf... kinda labor intensive!

6. Browser PDF Hyperlinks with the ability to choose an option to open the link in a new browser window.

   When you open a PDF in a browser, and there are hyperlinks in that PDF, when you click on a hyperlinks, it opens in the same window. Is there a way to force it to open a new window? Is there an option or button that one can click that will allow this to happen?

8. Bug: Redaction incorrectly hides text outside of redacted area

   Redaction hides (but does not remove) text outside of the redacted area in certain cases when:

   • A clipping path is set around the content, leaving the outside clipped away
   • The clipping path uses the even-odd rule
   • The clipping path is set while a non-identity transformation matrix is active
   • Before the visible objects are defined the CTM is restored to the identity matrix by concatenating the inverse CTM (rather than restoring the graphics state)

   Steps to reproduce:
   * Open one of the attached files in Adobe Acrobat Pro DC
   * Use the redaction tool to remove the word "Hello"

   Expected result:
   * A black box where the word "Hello" was, the text is removed.

   Observed result:
   * The word "Hello" is redacted correctly, but the word "World" disappears. "World" can still be selected and copy&pasted, but it is not visible.

   Further investigation shows that the clipping path has been modified such that it no longer encloses the text, which causes it to be clipped off, see pic1.png

   Environment:
   Tested with Adobe Acrobat Pro DC version 2018.009.20050 on Windows Server 2008 R2.

9. Change Highlight color with control click on mac

   It would be great if you could control click the Highlight tool to change the highlighter color and/or highlighted text. I like to use that function to tag different elements in documents and it seems very cumbersome to change colors of the highlight tool so I don't really use it much or I just use one color because you have to go to the color picker (which also disappears if you shrink the window, which I do because I have other non-adobe documents open that I am referencing.)

10. Acrobat taskbar icon uses Photoshop icon

    In Windows 10, Acrobat DC's taskbar and start menu shortcut icons randomly switch to using the Photoshop icon. Acrobat DC is the only program that exhibits this problem. The only cure is to follow one of the methods shown in this 2013 forum post: https://forums.adobe.com/thread/1113673. Please fix this bug, which still exists in 2017!

11. Embedded video in PDF Interactive has borders

    I have a video in MP4, H.264 embedded in an Interactive PDF. Properties are with no border and background white, still before it starts reproducing I see a grey cube in place of the video and as long as it is not in Full Screen mode I have always some kind of border around the video. Even worse, the border changes everytime I open it, sometimes it's above, then beneath, then to the right or to the left. Contacted the support two times already, they can't help. Told me that the senior team would get in contact with me, I am still waiting.

    Bug. I am unable to attach and send pdf documents from Adobe using the default email application (Microsoft Outlook) from my Windows 10 PC even though it is set up in the default applications.

13. comment box in the way

    When typing in a text box ( and im sure others) the various font options popup gets in the way of what I am trying to type. The most frequent place I use text boxes is the top right of a page, which is completely unusable in the updated version of Adobe (which generally sucks in my opinion). This options box cannot be closed while typing in the text box. I have attached a screenshot of what I mean. At the very least this options box needs to be moved or able to be closed while still editing the text box. FIX THIS NOW!!

14. Cropping documents

    I went to crop a PDF to its printer marks and happily pressed the Crop tool in Edit mode. then selected the atre I wanted to crop, then had no idea how to apply the crop....nothing in the interface tells me I'm at the stage where I can now execute the crop. Everything is greyed out and only the Crop icon is available. I had to hit the Enter key to do it. Why is there no way to execute the crop, once the area is selected? Everything is done via the interface until the actual crucial part of the job is reached - to effect the crop, which I guessed at - and is an action I have to carry out on the keyboard - without clues...

15. creating certificate-based digital signature field

    In Acrobat IX I could create a digital signature field where the user, when getting the form and entering their pertinent information, could simply click on the field to digitally sign the form using their certificates from the employee badge. Did this option disappear entirely now? I don't want customers to have to select window, preferences, signatures and draw a rectangle to sign the form. Allow users to set up a block so the customer just needs to click the field and select their stored credential to sign the form. This is a MUST have option.

18. Injection of blank pages for printing

    When printing long documents (books etc.) it would be great to be able to add blank pages, that does not exist in the PDF in order to get a correct double sided print.The size of the blank page could e.g. depend on the page size before the blank.

20. Bug: General preferences > Use Single Key Accelerators To Access Tools: doesn't work

    Both, Acrobat DC and Reader DC ignore the "General preferences > Use Single Key Accelerators To Access Tools" settings.

    Although I checked this option, whenever I open a PDF document, acceleration keys (e.g. "H" or "D" for changing the selection mode) don't work.

    Deselecting and selecting this option in General Preferences temporarily enables this feature, but both programs "forget" this setting the next time one of them is getting launched.

    We tried on our side on the latest build. It is fixed on our side. Please update on the latest build.
    Although the issue faced by you may be because you have not turned off Protected View, Please turn it off and you won’t be facing the issue anymore.
