1. Straight line highlighting / cursor changes randomly

   Dear god. This is insane. The cursor in Reader changes itself from a bar to a circle to a bar to a cross to a circle to a bar to a cross to a circle. Completely randomly. I'm trying to work in a text document to highlight text. It's a series of professional documents that are just rows of text. Your product is completely unable to cope. I have no idea how these kinds of things get released onto the market. I know about the Ctrl key but seriously.

2. Killing Acrobat with "updates"

   Why do you insist on killing the ease with which users can access options in Acrobat with your new feature "updates"

   I used to be able to hit the mail icon in the top and attach to a mail file in an instant, now you've upgraded this "feature" by making it an expanding sidebar and burying the email option in drop-downs.

   Stop thinking you are improving Adobe products when clearly you are not.

   This is pathetic.

   Adobe Acrobat and Reader official update (19.021.20049) containing the fix for this issue is now available. This update will be automatically pushed to all existing installations of Acrobat and Reader. You may also manually trigger the update early by opening the application and going to Help > Check for Updates.

3. Form data doesn't print from Acrobat Forms (AcroForm)

   Printing a filled-in PDF Form (AcroForm, not XFA) is unreliable.

   File / Print does not work reliably, regardless of which printer is selected (even PDF Virtual Printer) or the options for comments, etc.

   The problem is sporadic.

   Several of our clients have had this happen, and there are frequent posts on the Adobe Forums for this problem.

   Our testing results:

   -- None of the form data prints, but the form skeleton does.

   -- Some random form field data prints, but not all of it. Different field data will print each time the form is printed.

   -- Certain types of form field data will print, like all of the checkboxes but none of the other fields.

   -- Or everything prints as expected (but this is the most rare scenario).

   -- Seems to happen once we add the <Form> tags to the PDF, when we turn a PDF into an AcroForm.

   -- Also happens if it’s a PDF from InDesign which already has the <Form> tags built into the PDF when it’s made.

   The only solution at this time is to print to a graphic.

   But this is not a viable solution, especially with government and institutional forms (like the sample forum post today. A W-9 form is required by IRS by all employees and contractors).

4. Reopen a closed file that ended abrubtly - put a button or option ot end

   I frequently combine files - invoices to timesheets. I end the file abruptly ON PURPOSE! The next invoice I open I get a popup if I want to reopen the file I just closed. NO I DO NOT WANT TO DO THAT. Repeat that by 50 files or so and it gets plain annoying. Please add a button "DO NOT SHOW ME THIS POPUP AGAIN" or something to that extent. Thanks.

5. Highlighting

   Hello. I regularly use Adobe Acrobat Reader DC for reading PDFs for school. With some kinds, I can just highlight the text normally, and that works great. Congratulations and great job! However, sometimes my professors simply photocopy pages from a book, and I have to draw on highlights. Does that make sense? Now, here's the issue. Sometimes, when I draw it in a straight enough line, it automatically makes it straight. That's nice, HOWEVER, sometimes it doesn't follow the line of the text and doesn't match up with the way the text is on the page. I've attached a sample screenshot for reference. This is very frustrating. I think you should improve it in your next version. Again, though, thanks for your work and great job.

7. "insufficient data for an image" can't even Print

   i download PDF notes from online institution for a regular basis. i got this error few months earlier which was like 1 in a 100 PDF files.i could not able to see the diagram in the file as well as couldn't print that either. i ignored but now i see it again even after getting the latest update available. i searched for a online solution but i think you never had solved this problem. do you know the funny think ,Chrome, Microsoft edge even a simple program can load that PDF file successfully but you..what a pity!!! i am posting every possible data to help you so that i can get help. please solve this issue.

   i give online test and they let me download a copy of that paper and in which my Email id is watermarked so that i can share it anywhere else.

8. Newest Acrobat CC does not auto open .pdf file created in Illustrator CC on PC

   When I create a .pdf from Illustrator, a dialog box opens saying the file cannot be found. It used to auto open the .pdf after creating it. It does create the file (.pdf) but does not auto open it.

9. This is a one big -*** program that installs very long. I would require a lite version. Optional options could be installed as plugins.

   Please create a lite version. This program is so heavy with all the unnecessary tools. I just need to edit a PDF and it's been an hour I am downloading and installing it.

10. adding blank option to dropdown

    Ive created a form with about 20 drop down fields as most of these fields wont be used at the same time. When trying to send through adobesign, it restricts me from moving forward because I have "blanks or spaces entered." If there was a null or blank option that would leave the boxes empty vs. having to have the fields/dropdowns all say "please select if applicable," this would give it a much cleaner look

11. is it possible for an administrator to Admin Console to trace who's adding and removing licenses to users?

    There are 9 administrators in our enterprise using the Adobe Admin Console, any of them can just Removed license from a user then Assign it to other user. Is there a way we can track those removal of licenses? Who's removing which license from who's user....

12. Enable ability to save PDFs in Adobe Scan to One Drive

    Many corporations use One Drive in conjunction with Acrobat and Adobe Scan - currently to move an Adobe Scan PDF to One Drive, a user first saves to their default Adobe document cloud account, and then has to download to their computer, and then re-save to One Drive, which is not a bit user/ customer friendly

13. Pin page

    Idea in short: pin the page you are interested in to the left side of your screen while continuing to work with the rest of your document.

    As a finance professional, while working with pdf documents, I have to print them out in order to be able to compare some numbers on two different pages or from two different documents. While it is possible to open two documents and compare the pages you are interested in (although the process of arranging two documents on one screen is not as smooth as I wish it be), comparing numbers in one document on pages for example 1 and 5 is hard without printing. I believe that an option to pin the page you are interested in (with it’s automatic placement to the left side of the screen at half-screen size) with the possibility of working through the other parts of the documents, will significantly decrease the need of printing out and will reduce the use of paper.
    2 versions:

    1) Working with two documents: open two documents in this “pinned way” and both documents will be automatically sized to the ½ of the screen. Pin the page on one of the documents while continuing to work with the second.

    2) Working with one document: Open the document. Pin the page and it will be automatically sized to the ½ of the screen (left of right side) while you can continue to work with the rest of the document.

    Idea in short: pin the page you are interested in to the left side of your screen while continuing to work with the rest of your document.

14. Sharing files with non CC users is annoying. They cannot see the files in a list view. They cannot 'download All'.

    I propose there is a 'Download All' button and various ways to view the files online ie. List View. Because currently, file names are cut off and you cannot see the complete title.

15. auto re-size / re-adjusting bounding box | Problem

    Re-Sizing of bounding boxes is becoming problematic, using Acrobat DC. whenever I save and reopen the editable PDF the bounding boxes for text boxes gets merged with bounding boxes of other text boxes or they get split into multiple. this has been very irritating. if you can provide a fix, I would love to continue my subscription and promote Acrobat DC whenever I get a chance.

    as of now, i've taken this subscription besides PDFFiller, if I continue to have this problem, I may have to cancel this and move back, I hope I will not have to do that and you will provide a fix ASAP

18. Transient Bookmarks

    i want some transient bookmarks that doesn't get saved after i close the pdf

    or another bookmark panel

    When reading a study material, i often have to go back and forth between pages / chapters to reread an idea the go back to the page i was in

    it becomes a hassle to look for the same spot i was reading

    ofcourse i can bookmark the page i was in but i don't want to mess with the original bookmark or the pdf

19. Checkmark Symbol needed for Dropdown form

    Recent changes at work require a dropdown list that includes the option to select a "Checkmark", ie Wingdings Unicode 252 or similar. I have been unable to add a checkmark to my Options > Item List. Cut/paste results in a different symbol than desired.
    
    Is this option already available for Acrobat Pro DC, (if so, how?), or is this a new request?
