  1. There should simply be an option when you click to sign form to add a digital signature. That was a feature that existed before, but now it's much more difficult to create digital signature boxes.

  2. Most of what I use Acrobat Pro for is processing vendor invoices. Several thousand per year. I need to place comments on them and then email them to another location. It would be a big time saver for me if there was a shortcut key to open the email option. Thanks, Barry

  3. 2) Steps to reproduce the problem:

Being logged into the business account of OfficeDepot.com for the company I work for, and needing to create a PDF of a shopping list of one of my coworkers I will start by:

    a) Either right clicking on the web page or clicking on the 3 vertical dots in the top right corner of the Chrome web browser.
    b) I then locate and click on the "print" option.
    c) When the print window comes up, I change it from a physical printer to Adobe PDF to "print" (create) a PDF of the web page…

  7. Unable to remove the Trial by any means. Unable to use Adobe for pdf now. No suggestion works and I will start looking for alternative software if it continues. My file shredder am worried it will remove 5 years of pdf Invoices. Never again will I try anything suggested by Adobe.
The Trial version did not do as it suggested so Merry Christmas, hijacked by Adobe

Apologies that we could not meet your requirements. If you could be more specific as to what you were trying and where you faced issues, it would be helpful and perhaps we could resolve the scenario for you.

However, if you want to remove Acrobat Trial, simply uninstall Adobe Acrobat software. After that if you open a PDF file, it will ask which software should take ownership of PDF files.

  8. Revise so saved PDF files opens 100% instead of huge views like 137% Maybe there could be a option in settings for this feature.

  9. Compare Files shows a very nice, side-by-side, comparison with markups showing where the changes are at. I would like to print exactly what I'm seeing there (page content and markups) but when I try to print it wants to print a summary page as page 1, and/or, a very busy looking page with labels on the side pointing to changes within the page. I could print the screen, but that's not ideal.

Also, it would be nice to automatically compare pages by page label. For example, I have a 200 page document, and somebody provides me with an 8 page…

  10. I get a "limit reached" message when installing DC on home PC. The "limit reached" message says my email has been used to activate the software on 2 computers.

I'm signed into DC on my office PC and nowhere else that I can tell.

I’m signed into Adobe Scan app on my phone but I don’t have DC installed on my phone.

  12. I have a merged PDF document to which I added multiple bookmarks.

When I run advanced optimization as I usually do, it removed half of my bookmarks.

    This has never happened before.

This is a task that I perform every other month and has worked fine for years.

We are running Windows 7, and have an Adobe CC team account.

    1. Can we set Acrobat so it doesn't go to full screen size every time it starts?
    2. Would love to set default to show new documents to fill page width, rather than full size!

    Hi,

Thanks for bringing this issue to our notice. Your valuable feedback helps us improving our product. We are actively working on improving the performance and launch time for Adobe Acrobat and Adobe Acrobat Reader and we take your feedback. I would also like to know from you whether you see the longer launch times when you open application first time after system reboot (called cold launch) , or when you subsequently quit and open application (warm launch). You should see warm launches should not take a whole lot of time.

    Thanks,
    Karan

  16. In many recent builds of Windows 10 with the CC version of Acrobat DC, If a pdf file is opened used and closed, the folder containing the file cannot be deleted even after the pdf file itself has been deleted. The cuase for this is that an Adobe logging process "LogTransport2.exe" holds an open file handle on the containing folder, and the folder cannot be deleted until the LogTransport2 process has been killed. This is a bug and should be fixed immediately.

Closing this for now until we have further info on the request.
    Can revisit later

  18. The document is being tagged, perhaps properly, but it is impossible to tell using the TURO tool when showing structure types. In the Tags pane, headings are shown as H1, H2, etc in the actual tags, but whether the TURO tool is on when the Order or Tags panel is active, these show up as text (P).

I've never seen this problem before and suspect it has to do with a recent update/release.

    Hi,
I have shared your concerns to the Engineering team. We don’t have immediate plan for this but we have kept this in their radar and you may see it fixed in future releases.

    Thanks
    Rachit

    1. Open file, insert page, choose pdf file to add.
    2. Win10, adobe CC
    3. Merge two pdf files together
    4. program crash
