  1. After a document has been sent for signatures, allow:
    1) changing order of signatories (e.g. a-->b--c changed to a-->c--b)
    2) change of workflow from signatures in order (sequential) to parallel
    3) for certain individuals with equal signing authority, allow delegation by recipient if it has been preconfigured (say by cc: e-mail when setting up a signing request?)

  3. It is not possible to change the by default black color for signature in ADOBE SIGN (see customer service chat attached)

    This is a strong requisite in some countries. If this can not be met we will need to move to other signature software that allows this option.

    I see this option is already available in Adobe Reader Fill and Sign for IOS so PLEASE include this option for ADOBE SIGN since it looks like an easy fix.

    If this is not possible please provide the reason to try to understand the limitation.

  4. "There was an error opening this document.
    This file is already open or in use by another application."
    Seems to be some kind of race - sometimes it opens but usually I get the above error. If I then click on the file in the browser downloads it opens just fine.

    I just spent a couple hours talking to a very helpful support person in India and she was not able to fix the problem. Seems I will have to use a different browser or a different .pdf file viewer.

  5. You can spend an hour in the template designing screen tediously placing everything and when you go to save, it says you are timed out and completely WIPES OUT everything you've been doing. Horrible user experience. Can you implement a timer similar to what bank websites use? Warning that you'll be logged out in 180 seconds or something similar? That way you can save your work and not waste a huge amount of time tediously re-entering everything. OR create some kind of temporary draft similar to MS Word?

  6. The redact tool was updated in Acrobat DC.Now when I go to redact a blueprint and apply the changes, it makes the entire file a little blurry. This never happened before. Anyone else experience this in the new update?

  7. MAJOR DESIGN PROBLEM that should be so much easier. 99% of the time you need to sign and date a document. That should be in one field when setting up a document to sign. The field should also resize to fill a cell. The process of adding each signature field and then adding each date field and then resizing each of those is so NON-user friendly and takes way to much time. Please fix this issue and pleaes contact me so that I can show you first hand how bad this process is.

  9. When converting PDF's to Word files, please do the following.
    1. Have the margin of the page at least 2 cm in from the edge. At the moment, it often puts the left margin 0.5 cm from the edge of the page. This is never how real document are.
    2. Have the minimum font size 8 pt. At the moment, it converts rows of full stops (that people are supposed to write on) to 3.5 pt full stops. Real documents never have 3.5 pt text.
    3. Have tick boxes converted to tick boxes in a standard font like Arial. At…

  10. Hello, I am sure that you see that there are multiple request for " find" and "replace all". I think that this is ridiculous that I have to export the PDF INTO a text file, when you do this it does not generally generate back into the same format, style before editing. I work for an agency and we create over 200k pages in a PDF FORMAT, I need to be able to edit and replace numbers and text without having to convert.
    Saves times. creating in word and text and converting to PDF is not working.

  12. File management issue. Or UI issue.

    No recently opened files appear at all. Not in the Open Recent menu, not after I choose to show all recent files.

    Yes, even in the Home view.

    (And now the UserVoice form is not allowing me to post my report. Perpetual "Server Communications problems! Please try again.") message.)

    Slows me down a bit.

  13. Hello,

    I fully understand, if I click on an a .pdf file Adobe acrobat application will open and runs my task and after that I may close that pdf file and open another PDF file... But I don't know why after running a .bpdx fule which is just for Rebuilding an index windows stays open and does not close and end the application. This causes problem with my scheduled task that I run at midnight as follow:
    1. move and copy some file.
    2. Stop the dropbox after re
    3. run the rebuilding of the indexes
    4. Start the Dropbox.…

  14. I have the Adobe DC that I pay monthly for but it will not allow access to the adobe fill and sign and to contact IT person for access. I am the IT person and have not idea why this stopped working?

  17. As another option for highlighting an area of a PDF to send to another person, I'd like to be able to magnify a section of the PDF, kind of like when you're shopping online and you can hover over something and magnify it. You could offer it as an option to use an oval or a rectangle. Also, I'd like to be able to save it that way and send it out as a PDF to anyone.

  18. F2 used to rename bookmarks. It now opens a help menu - to rename bookmarks you now have to use CTRL+F2 which is barely faster than just using the mouse. This has destroyed my usual workflow, no one asked for it. Change it back.

  19. Since InDesign CC2019 has the ability to import PDF comments for quicker apply of text corrections, it would be of enormous help, to be able to change the comment type in Acrobat.

    Some proof readers e.g. use the markup comment type to change text. But InDesign doesn’t allow the markup comment type to be executed with a simple klick on »Apply«.
    Or they use »delete text« comment type, althought they wanted to change text. But in InDesign »delete text« simply deletes, but doesn’t insert the comment’s text.

    So if I’d be able to change the type of a comment easily,…
