1. option to use the sent date instead of received date when converting to PDF from outlook

   Currently the Adobe Acrobat add-on for Microsoft Outlook leverages the "received date" to timestamp the messages. It would be nice to have the option to use the "sent date" of the message instead for the timestamp. There are instances during email migrations where the top level received date header gets updated to the new mail system it got migrated to. When that happens, the received date changes on the message in Outlook. When organizations are providing PDFs for public records requests or legal requests, the queries in the ediscovery tools search by the "Sent" date of the message. Generally with emails traveling fairly instantaneously, the discrepancy in date/time is negligible. But in instances of these messages when they are migrated to a new email system, the discrepancy can by significant and the date used in the "convert to pdf" now becomes "inaccurate".

2. Please add a simple function to change all pages in a pdf to letter, legal, or other standardized sizes.

   If I want to CROP a page, I can do so by simply right-clicking the page under "Organize Pages." Resizing the pages should be just as simple; it should not require a visit to pre-flight or other hoop-jumping.

3. Please make RESTORING deleted Document Cloud data possible

   We would like to have the possibility, just like with OneDrive 4 Business, to restore deleted files for a User or by a User if deleted in the Document Cloud.

   At this moment, as soon as the file is deleted in the document cloud there is no turning back.

   It would be great if there would be such a feature enabled like lets say save deleted data for 30 days in a trashcan were users can restore it if deleted by accident.

4. Create multiple pdfs crashes

   Acrobat Pro DC latest version on Windows 10 (latest). after creating about 20 pdfs it catches out simply closing acrobat. Have same problem on multiple PCs. Has been happening for 6 months or so. Before that I could create 100s without a problem.

   Thanks for sharing the steps. We are aware of a similar issue with OneDrive files and are working on fixing it.
   Can you check if you can convert Office files kept in OneDrive by right-click menu and the PDF gets created. Does the Office app remain open or does it get closed?

5. having output preview tool open with large documents causes Acrobat to stop working

   Anytime I have a document with a higher number of pages open and "output preview" tool open at the same time, all of Acrobat becomes unresponsive and you have the spinning pinwheel. Can the output preview tool be limited to checking on the visible page, so I don't have to wait 30+ seconds between every action for the tool to re-process the whole document?

6. Need sign in/log in option in adobe reader touch for windows 10 so that i can sync files to cloud and simultaneously read in mobile

   I installed adobe reader touch in my windows 10 laptop, i am unable to login to my account,there is no option for log in.
   I need to access a PDF (with notes)made in one device that can be continued in another device, for which i need to log in to adobe so that both my devices are connected.

7. Acrobat should give you the ability to create a trapped PDF file.

   It seems the only way to send out a trapped PDF file is to embed traps or to use In-Rip trapping. Adobe obviously has the trapping technology why not let the end user trap filed to their specs. and let them save a PDF file. I send out trapped pdf files all the time that were trapped in Prinergy to printers and publications that require the pdf files be trapped. This isn't an option in the Adobe workflow and I'm not sure why.

8. Adobe ID Sign In required to open a PDF

   This is a bug report.

   After a recent, involuntary update that occurred without my knowledge, I can no longer open PDFs with Adobe Acrobat DC (a product that is not listed in the product dropdown for bug reporting, by the way).

   When I try to open a PDF file, it appears briefly and then a popup window overtakes it and requires me to sign in with an Adobe ID (which I do not have and do not wish to have).

   There is no option to surpass the sign in and closing the window also closes the document I tried to open.

   I am running Windows 10 Home Version 1903 Build 18362.295 on a dell laptop.

   Of course I can't access the version of Acrobat DC because I can't get past the Sign In request page.

   I don't know why this happened, nor how to correct it. But the only advice I can find online is to completely uninstall Acrobat DC, which I'm going to do.

10. Add Page Number Column in Combine Files workflow.

    We have a functionality till Acrobat DC October 2018 release which shows the page number when combining the PDF files on Page thumbnail. This feature was enhanced in such a way that now the users have to rollover the mouse to the document to see the number of pages. It would be great if we can have a separate column which shows the page numbers in such a way we can have both complete view of the document in Page thumbnail and the page number as well without rolling over the mouse cursor to PDF.

11. Auto OCR

    The Image pdf get started OCR mode automatically when we pick the Text tool (T) in the Acrobat DC, this OCR should be impact the original scanned pages, sometimes we unable to find out it had OCR when it is in the fit page view, because it is seems like as image.

12. Cannot edit file as a form due to security settings

    Have spent about 8 hours remediated a form to make it accessible and now my final version (I have saved 14 versions during editing) will suddenly not allow me to edit the form fields or even enter the "Prepare form" tool. When I open this doc, I immediately get a message that "cannot reflow this page because it contains interactive annotations. I hit OK and then I try to enter form editing and get the "Cannot edit file as a form due to security settings". I didn't set any security limitations and when I try to open/edit security, it grayed out (but set to security method: no security") so I don't know what's going on.

    This is AWFUL. Way worse than using Word. I wish Adobe would put as much effort into Acrobat Pro accessibility remediation UX as they do with Photoshop, etc.

13. Remove required field red box once criteria is satisfied

    There is javascript for this but you have to enter it individually for each field and it doesnt work for radio buttons. Please add this as a standard feature. The red boxes are confusing and misleading if a form has been properly filled in.

14. Anonymous review

    Anonymous review (especially commenting) of PDF documents is an absolutely essential feature for academics. We are required to do anonymous peer reviews of manuscripts submitted for publication on a regular basis. This used to be simple, but is now impossible, unless one wishes to change each comment on a one-by-one basis. If you don't restore this basic functionality, you risk losing a huge group of users.

18. adobe pro 2017 not opening pdfs on macos mojave 10.14.6

    When I click on any PDF it will not open. I have tried multiple documents. Adobe software is up to date.

19. PDF to Word Conversion

    The pdf to word conversion is not much superior compared to other sites such as ilovepdf.com. There are various spelling errors in conversion from pdf to doc (Mac User). Please improve this aspect. The OCR is also poor (take a cue from apps such as pen to print).
