master document and export compressed (document model)
the current way Acrobat DC handles documents seems broken and confusing , resulting in lost work, overly compressed documents and a disjointed creation and editing process.
if i edit text or an image and then export it then come back edit it again and re-compress it it should not be double compressing the images and deteriorating them with composite compression artifacts ...
forcing the user to declaire a document the master and export the document as a compressed pdf file would correct some of this workflow confusion.

Allow the ability to make comments part of the document
Allow Edit to incorporate all comments into the document, i.e. not comments anymore. Often suggestions stamp or additions become part of the document officially, but can't be made a part of the document in Adobe.

Fix Action Wizard!! It is useless.
Action Wizard is poorly done. You had it right in earlier versions of Acrobat - a user could create an action, such as removing security (and entering the password) by recording it and then use it for batch processing files. Taking that out ruined workflow in this program and has made it tedious and cumbersome.

When copying a Comment using ... Copy Text, and then pasting to a new comment, do not add newline
I have an existing comment, and I use ... Copy Text to copy it.
Then I go to another part of my PDF file, select the text and right click to use "Add Note to Text". In the comment text box, I right click and choose Paste Text (or alternatively, I press CTRL-V to use the default Windows "paste" mechanism).
My new comment ends up with the copied comment text PLUS an extra carriage return (cursor is on a newline). That is NOT what I wanted! Why does it add the extra carriage return? If I am just trying to…

tabs
Hi,
On Windows, suppose if i have 4 tabs open on Acrobat Pro DC, when i navigate my arrow on the Acrobat icon on the task bar, it shows 4 different windows preview of the tabs open. This looks really messy when lots of tabs are open. This also prevents me from doing one click to minimise and one click to maximise window because when i click on the acrobat icon on task bar it shows me preview window of tab and i have to click again. On Chrome or firefox, even if i have 50 tabs open, when i…

Default Bookmark View
There used be a setting where you would create a bookmark and it would capture whatever the view ...... not zoom......view of the page. For example, lets say I am bookmarking a picture on a page and its sort of to the lower middle of the page and small. I used to use the dynamic zoom to this object and bookmark it. The bookmark would not only keep the custom zoom, but the location on the page as well. After the most recent update, this option is no longer default. You have to go bookmark by bookmark and adjust them…

Portfolio folders: cannot drag files into them
The Acrobat Portfolio folders are easy to create, and you can import files into them, but you can't move files that are already in the portfolio into the folders. The Acrobat website says you can, but I have the most recent version of Acrobat Pro and when I try to drag and drop a file into a folder, I get an error: "file not found".

COMMENT note editing / gui functions
Hello. I just submitted the following suggestions to adobe regarding their Comment feature for Adobe Acrobat Pro, and am wondering if I am missing something (i.e., if perhaps any of these features or functions already exist therein), in perhaps some other type of accessible modality, and if so, if you might be able to do an instructional video, as related to how to perform those specified functions (?) - and I thank you, in advance.
Submitted suggestions / dialogue, was as follows:

transparent colour
One of the most common things we do as art directors, design directors and creative directors is to comment on PDF's.
In doing that we have to make boxes or circles to show where we want to make changes.
Almost every PDF editor under the sun has Red Stroke, NO Fill as default for this reason.
In Acrobat I have to click 3 times before I can get to set any object as no fill.
I'm really happy to be able to change fill colour of my rectangle or circle, but at least have one of the colours in the…
