    Does Adobe have an annual subscription fee versus the monthly subscription fee.
    Please advise.
    With COVID-19, an annual subscription fee would be much easier to manage and thus ensure continuity of the Adobe service - thus avoiding be cut off / disconnected due to lack of a monthly payment.
    From financial circumstance beyound ones control, due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

  2. Adobe Pro DC shutdown everytime I want to send for signature

  3. OCR on/off default setting in Preferences - NOT the current "sticky check box" solution

    I work in prepress and have repeated problems with OCR trying to render scanned images as text when it is not desired. Obviously, there is a checkbox under Edit PDF to disable it for each document, which appears to be "sticky," i.e. Adobe remembers the last setting used, however it would be better able to turn the default behavior on or off in Preferences so OCR can be employed only when it is desired. Using Adobe Pro DC for Windows 2020. Many thanks in advance.

  4. Ability to add pages to an existing PDF without changing the page numbering

    I have an existing PDF that has a TOC and hyperlinks. I want to be able to prepend multiple pages to the document without changing the page numbering of the original document.

  6. Change Fill & Sign feature

    I need help with changing the signature in the Fill & Sign feature. All suggested changes are not working. The minus button in the field is grayed out and you cannot change the signature.

    I have many licensed users that need to update their signature and we are not able to.

    Hi,

    Can you please try the following :

    1. Once you enter the Fill and Sign app, wait for around 10 seconds.
    2. Now try to delete the signature.

    Let me know if that works.

  7. More user friendly Adobe Acrobat printer interface

    To have the similar printing capabilities in other platforms. I often work with large size drawings. I print snipets using an 8.5x11 printer. When I get to the outer margin of the page (left-side mostly) I can't print using CURRENT VIEW at ACTUAL SIZE. This is very frustrating. I have to take a 15-step work around setting print box pages/cropping to get what I need. Only then to try and remember not to SAVE the file and the cropped view.

  8. Adjusting header causes other header/document text to disappear

    Hi there,

    We have an intermittent bug where we have created headers in a document and then later, when we go to adjust that header (say it is in the upper left corner of the document), it causes the information/text to the right of it to just 'disappear'.

  9. Downgrade from Acrobat DC to adobe PDF pack

    I cancelled my monthly Acrobat DC subsription (too expensive and I didn't need many of the cloud features), and down graded to a yearly subscription of adobe PDF pack. Now, whenever I try to open previously created pdf documents I get hijacked with a popup to renew the DC subscription. For awhile I was able to close that and open a previously saved adobe doc by clicking on the adobe DC icon and choosing "default", which I am assuming allowed the pdf pack programs to open. Now I am not even getting that choice. The DC opens to a blank…

  10. Acrobat runs to slow

    I Just upgraded my CC account and now Acrobat runs to slow. When I use my Action Wizards scripts to use on 356 pdfs it would take about 5 minutes. NOW it takes 4.5 hours. Fix the problem now

  11. Set a default order for when combining files

    Rather than re-ordering and re-arranging pdfs within a combined file, I would like to be able to determine the order files are compiled. This can be by file title (alphabetically) or others. Right now when I combine several files into one pdf, they are scrambled out of order and I have to rearrange manually which can be cumbersome for larger compilations.

  12. Bookmark View

    Company updated to 2020 Adobe Acrobat Pro Previous version was 2015. the 2020 version does not have any lines connecting the bookmark structure. It's a lot EASIER to see when the lines are present in the bookmark tree. How can I get the lines in the bookmark tree to appear like in the 2015 Adobe PDF version?

  13. Que os Grupos Adobe Sign acumulem no resultado de relatórios o somatório de todos participantes do grupo, não só a partir da data de criação

    Solicito que o resultado de um relatório que considere Grupos criados no Adobe Sign, acumule os eventos de todos os usuários do grupo desde o primeiro dia em que ele remeteu um documento para assinatura.
    Hoje o resultado de um relatório por grupo, só sumariza os eventos dos usuários a partir da data de criação do grupo.
    Isso gera inconsistências e inviabiliza o gerenciamento de licenças e de utilização por parte dos administradores do ambiente.

  14. Updating Message when sending document for signing

    When sending a document to be signed, the Message used to display as 'Please review and complete this document. Now it just shows as Message and you need to manually add in the message every time a document is sent to be signed. This is when using Adobe Acrobat Cloud.

  15. Automatic Row Centering

    I have to price hundreds of work orders. Centering the columns at the end is a snap, but every row has to be manually adjusted to make them look professional.

    Could there not be an easier / quicker way to have them center between the lines automatically??

  16. I receive an email with a verification code every single time I log in to my desktop.

  17. PDF Plug-in slow down MS 360 Excel when creating pdf files

    I am using the 64bit version of MS Office 365; and I having problem when converting Excel spreadsheet to PDF files, using the Adobe Create Plug-ins from Adobe DC Pro 32bit. The plug-in slow down the process in Excel at first time. When used a second time, the entire process runs faster than first time. This repeat everyday, when converting an Excel to Adobe PDF.

  20. Edit filename of PDF that is saved to Document Cloud

    I am editing a PDF I have saved to Document Cloud. I realize the filename is no longer right, so I want to change it. I only know two ways

    1. open web browser, go to Document Cloud, and rename file
    2. save a new local copy of the PDF named "File B." Then upload File B to Document Cloud and remove File A from the document cloud. Then delete my local copy of File B.

    I would just like to be able to change the filename on the fly (like in Google Docs) Thank you
