  1. This new thing you have where you require users to sign into your software EVERY DAY sometimes multiple times a day is buggy and annoying. If I try to print to PDF from Excel and I don't have the Adobe Acrobat open on my desktop and signed into my account, it won't print the PDF until I sign in. Additionally if I have a legacy PDF, and I'm not logged in when I try to print it, it often times corrupts the file and I have to create a new PDF. I'm not sure who thought it was a good…

  2. (Enterprise) Need an alert on or from the Adobe portal, when the number of users mismatches the quota number in each of the Adobe groups. the mismatch would indicate that a user was added or removed.

  3. After updating to windows 10 pro, my acrobat won't recognize my scanner. I was using windows 10 home. Once I upgraded, I reinstalled acrobat DC and haven't been able to get the scan function to work.

  4. As of February 2021, when typing text into a field with font size set to Auto, the text does not show to the signer as having autosized itself. It appears as the same size, but if there is more text than will fit in the space of the field, an ellipsis appears at the end and the text shows as cut off. It does appear autosized correctly when the final document is created (after all parties have signed). But users consistently report back a problem when they see that the text appears that it will be cut off in the…

  5. After updating Mac os to Big Sur, the program does not print documents by page source. When printing a mixed-size document Adobe is only printing by the Legal size and not printing the document in its original format. Print by PDF page source is checked and Adobe worked until the update.

  6. Okay, first of all, due to COVID, e-signatures have become increasingly important.

You need to make this feature exceptionally robust within both the desktop program and the web portal. It is utterly, utterly underwhelming as of Q4 2020.

There is currently no way to create or manage document templates directly within the desktop app. You have got to be kidding me. You folks need to wake up over there.

Secondly, creating and managing said templates via web browser is extraordinarily cumbersome, and your instructions on how to do this are outdated as the web interface looks noticeably different and with…

  7. I have works opened, and don't want to restart computer because Acrobat wants me to do that. Why I am forced?
Because after every update Acrobat can't save any new file I opened.
So after EVERY ipdate I can't use Acrobat till restarting my PC.
    Why is that?

  8. The included images are screen shots of 2 PDFs we are working with.
Both are in the same format with different data & overall structure remains the same.
“Aa” doc was converted as in the same format & structure of the PDF itself,
but “B” doc was converted with incorrect sequence of data lines.
To be precise ,in “B” doc the row after “issue date”, With “Buyer: xxxxxxx Vendor:tttttt Manufac**** Agent:****”
Came below the Line:02 row box, after the conversion of doc from pdf to excel.

“Aa-Converted” and “B-convereted” are the converted excel files of Aa & B correspondingly.
    Also…

  10. Acrobat Pro DC 2020 is taking a long time to render page elements. Mac Preview shows the pages fast, but Acrobat takes about a minute to show all page elements. Screen shot comparison (body copy pixelated for security):

  12. While in Adobe forms, I can set a field to Auto detect font size, and the font size reduces in the file. When I take that same file and send it to be signed, the document loses this functionality, and the Auto Detect no longer works - it automatically goes to scroll text, and you cannot see the full text. A support agent worked with me and this went to Tier II support, and they said my only option was to enlarge the box, or allow it to scroll. This bug truly needs to be fixed. A field function should…

  14. We're using Adobe Acrobat Pro for our PDF edition and it's awesome. We also use Salesforce, we're looking for a way to manipulate PDF inside Salesforce like we do in the Adobe Acrobat. In the moment we have to take the PDF from Salesforce, download it, edit it, and the upload it again, it will be awesome if we could just modify the PDF inside Salesforce (It will save us a lot of time)

  16. I just spent a lot of time with support in order to print a document that I had signed with Adobe Sign. I understand that Windows has this ability but I have a Mac. Thank you.

  17. I see you changed to red icons recently, WOW is all I can say. I have a lot of .pdf files saved on my desktop and it looks like fireworks going off.

I liked the black better. much easier on the eyes. Thanks for your consideration

  18. I was able to create (using 3rd party tool) an icon on my desktop (Win 10) that would let me scan basic "letter, single-sided, auto-color, etc". It would do all the steps and the exit step would prompt for name and folder to save the file. YOU'VE TAKEN AWAY ALL OF THE <ctrl> SEQUENCES SO THIS CAN NO LONGER BE DONE. Plus the scan screen opens to the last settings SO THEY ALWAYS HAVE TO BE REVIEWED because occasionally I need to scan legal or double-sided, etc. Plus the stupid 2017 opens the last file and tries to append to…

  19. When user scroll up and down pages, thumb nail page in the left hand pane is not that much recognizable. I think system will be better showing thick solid line surrounded around the thumbnail page even user scroll the page without magnifying it. Hope this will make sense to you guys. It is simply dotted line surrounded, which is not recognizable.
