Checkmark Symbol needed for Dropdown form
Recent changes at work require a dropdown list that includes the option to select a "Checkmark", ie Wingdings Unicode 252 or similar. I have been unable to add a checkmark to my Options > Item List. Cut/paste results in a different symbol than desired.
Is this option already available for Acrobat Pro DC, (if so, how?), or is this a new request?

Possible Bug: Adobe Sign fails if using quotes (") anywhere within message body.
If you use quotes (“) anywhere in the message body, Adobe Sign will fail at 60% with this error when you click on the “Specify Where To Sign” button or “More Options” link.
It had no problem with the ($) and the (/) characters.

Adobe Sign Update
Add the following:
1. The time in addition to date stamp by the signature
2. The name of program should be on each page as a header or footer, not only on the document history page. The state of Georgia now has their own background check form and requires these features in order for the form to be electronically signed.

Dual highlighting
After selecting text a highlighter/comment bar appears above the selection. this is awesome
Please add a function to highlight in yellow or red as these are the two most used colors. Adding a custom color option would be helpful.
Currently, switching the color is very cumbersome and interferes with focus on the document being reviewed.

Right Click make current properties default, not permanent
Used to be when a text box was selected and the right click option "make current properties default" was chosen, that set the properties to all new text boxes permanently. Now I can chose this option, then change the text in a different text box and then next new text box that is created no longer has the default settings, it has the properties of the text box that was changed. Why have this option if it doesn't do what it says? This used to work in versions prior to Acrobat Pro DC 2019.012.20035. My idea, make it work like…

Share/Review feature queue
When routing multiple documents in the share/review feature with multiple people it is somewhat difficult to track the status of all documents that you originated or are reviewing. A single queue to list all documents originated or being reviewed by you that would allow you to designate status: routing, final approval (whatever designation needed). Have the queue shift things to the appropriate status when they are approved. Might even be able to change status in the queue. They can still be available if needed but would not be in the routing/proofing portion of the queue any longer. It would also…

Keyboard shortcut for "Go to next sticky note"
We need a keyboard shortcut for "go to the next sticky note." This would prevent my having to scroll through the comments pane if I have a lot of callouts and text boxes (in addition to sticky notes).
Sorting the comments doesn't work; I need to be able to see the text boxes and callouts as I'm reviewing the sticky notes.

Fill & Sign Won't Save File
After I fill in and sign the document, it won't save. The circle just spins forever until I eventually give up. Now I have to physically print the document and then scan it in, very frustrating and costing me time.
3 votesHi,
Thanks for writing to us. In order to better understand the issue can you please provide the following details:
1. Version of your Acrobat.
2. Are you observing the continuous circle on the save dialog or somewhere else? It will be great if you can share a screenshot.Regards,

Save 'List layers for visible pages'
Our large organization needs layered PDFs to view and filter AutoCAD layers, since we will no longer be able to make native AutoCAD files available in an AutoCAD viewer.
Layered PDFs seem to have the limitation of not being able to save the option of 'List Layers for Visible Pages'.
In our case, users need to be able to rely on a clean set of layers used for each page, not the confusing list of all layers in the document. We have many multi-paged PDFs that we planned to use to view and filter layers, and the accumulation of layers…

use compare report and send it for shared review with old and new file side-by-side view
I have 2 pdfs, version 1 and version 2. Using compare pdf, I can able to view the changes made and save the compare report and see side-by-side.
But, when I send the compare report for shared review, but the reviewers can see only the new file with comments and can not see side-by-side on browser.
Enable side-by-side view for shared review through browser. So the reviewers can easily identify the changes from version 1 to version 2 and it is easy for them to review.

Export to Word should retain OCR corrections
This is an OCR and Export issue. Because DC's OCR is not as good as it was in Pro, I get tons of errors that I correct. The correction is great unless the OCR grabs half a letter. However, if I export the OCR's pdf to Word, DC OCR's the pdf again and does not retain the corrections and will export with the same errors. That is crazy.

Lost time
After working on one document for about 3 hours, Adobe decided to crash. When I reopened Adobe, it prompted me to recover the file, great, except the file it recovered was blank... This has happened several times. Is it too much to ask for an auto save feature, or some kind of crash protection? I have literally just wasted 3 hours of my time.

cannot type text into text box
When I create a text box and then have to move it, no amount of single or double clicking will let me type text in the box. You can see in the attached movie that the cursor appears briefly, but then it disappears.
The only way to deal with it is to delete the box, recreate it, and hope that it will let you type text this time.
(The problem with that **** trash can has been covered separately.)
I work on books and have to make these text boxes hundreds of times a day. The added time it takes…

Option to receive copy of final signed document
Add option of "Receive copy of final document?" for each signer, in case particular signer(s) do not need/want a copy or notification that the document was signed by all parties later in the signature chain.
