  4. Having the All Tools toolbar on the left and everything else at the right is confusing and inefficient. We need the ability to move ALL the toolbars to the top. My arm, mouse and neck are moving all over the page.

  5. Forms slow, freezing, and crashing
    The forms I create are not elaborate and yet Adobe can't seem to handle the fields I've created. It loads incredibly slowly, one field at a time, and then freezes up so I can't use it. I can't even close it because it's totally locked up so I either have to wait several minutes or force close the application. I work in forms all day every day and this is hampering my ability to do my job.

  6. If your modem allows you to connect but not your router, try restarting. Update the firmware if restarting doesn't work, then obtain a new router if that still doesn't work. Installing a different firmware on the router is one thing I've done when I didn't want to spend the money on a new one. Although you'll need to verify, the latest firmware typically include updates or modifications to Linux or other system drivers that improve system stability. However, simply purchase a new router—they're affordable, and the hardware will improve the efficiency of your network.

  11. That functions, and all email clients—aside from Gmail—accept emails.

    I attempted to switch it to one of my personal accounts, and I also attempted to send a test account email from my board (requesting a password reset), but it was unsuccessful.

    I'm reading my spam folder and all of my messages while signed into gmail.com.

    I was notified of this by a new user. I'm not sure why this is occurring.

  13. After the new layout in Adobe Sign, the date format required has become too strict, only accepting dates in the format "14-Jun-2024." This can confuse new (and existing) users since there's no guidance on the expected format—just an error message indicating the format is wrong without further details. I'm experiencing this issue on Adobe Sign through a web browser.

    I use Adobe Sign with clients, so it is a recurring issue that I need to explain often.

  14. As a s/w product marketing manager and dev engr for 25 years, I suggest you remove the annoying question posed to users of Acrobat Reader: "Want to turn your photo into a PDF?" This will likely result in losing business as customers are annoyed with the suggestion. Who on the business side thought this would be a great way to generate more revenue for Adobe?

  15. Add horizontal and vertical text alignment options for the Panel Tool fillable text within the text box. Currently the alignment function only allows for the text box itself to align on the page. The ability to align text within the text box is crucial when the lower half of text is cut off at the bottom of the text box when changing fonts.

  17. As of Thursday 1/4/24, sticky notes vanish as soon as they are entered, and if I type more than word in a highlight pop-up box, the font downsizes from my norm.

  20. I've lost the ability lately to scroll the contents via the mouse scroll wheel of the Fields tab of the Prepare a form part of the program. Scrolling works properly in other tabs and dialog boxes though. I started experiencing it since the latest patch.
