1. Modernize and consolidate the Accessibility tagging features in Acrobat

   Make it easier to use Acrobat's accessibility interface.
   Make a keyboard shortcut to add New Tags or add multiple tags.
   REMOVE "AUTO TAG DOCUMENT" FROM IMMEDIATELY BELOW "NEW TAG." Or at least add a confirmation that you want to Auto Tag.
   Allow us to UNDO Auto Tagging. (Auto tagging sucks, by the way)
   Maybe read and apply all of the feature requests and bug reports that will improve the accessibility features instead of sitting on them for 10+ years?
   Merge the reading order and tag panel so that they're not always glitching each other. Making changes to the reading order will often completely mess up the tags.
   Fix bugs where tagging selections just doesn't work.
   Fix bugs where the program crashes randomly when trying to tag unmarked content.
   Just make everything more user-friendly.

   It isn't hard to understand the concept of tagging for accessibility, but for some reason Acrobat uses the most archaic, convoluted interface and processes to apply those tags. Considering that every government agency out there is rushing to make their PDF documents accessible to comply with Title II of the ADA, you would think more resources might have gone towards making this program (which is considered the standard tool for this type of work) actually useable. If Adobe doesn't do it, someone else will create a program that will.

2. Why change the layout?

   I hate it when you do updates and move or change the set up of toolbars etc. Please give us a choice to keep the old format or change to the new. I hate that the toolbar is no longer at the top. Icons are too small for older people to see. Bad, Bad, Bad. Disappointed in the "updates".

   Although I am given an opportunity to revert to the old version, it does not happen when I close the app and restart without administrator access, which ads another layer with the IT department.

3. Show locked (new June 2023 Acrobat DC)

   The now "old" Acrobat used to show a big lock icon on a locked PDF, above the page display column. VERY useful. Now with the new and "improved" interface, that icon is gone. How about bringing that back, JUST so one can tell at a glance the security status of a PDF. Thanks.

4. Stamp Related - Shortcut

   Add in Stamp (of an actual stamp that been created) shortcut to the tool bar where you can set its default properties (Size etc opacity) for when that instance has been added to a page, and then what happens next ie is it pinned or does it revert. This gives flexibility for handling large number of document or just a small amount. Being able to save a couple of clicks everytime would be a big help and something I think would improve a lot of peoples work flows. Thank you. Gabi

5. display both comments AND pages navigation/preview

   How can I display bith teh comments and pages preview when browsing a pdf now that both options are on the right side? I can only manage to display the pages OR the comment, not bot and this is VERY annoying (changing th interface this much is really disturbing, such a waste of time!!)

7. cannot eliminate an old signature

   cannot eliminate an old signature. I have added two signatures in the old version of adobe reader (which was much easier and intuitive to use, the new one is sht and has a sht interface) and now when clicking on the "X" to remove/eliminate one of the two old signatures nothing happens!

8. Browse for Folder Dialogue in Acrobat Needs Update

   When extracting multiple pages as files, Acrobat presents an old and cumbersome dialogue to select the folder in which to save the extracted files. This dialogue is difficult to navigate through. Why not simply use the standard Windows File Explorer? In addition to being hard to find one's way around, the dialogue always defaults to the top level of the directory, whereas the File Explorer defaults either to the last location used or the location of the source file, and normally, I can choose between these default options. Finally, this dialog provides no opportunity to name the extracted page files before they are saved. This requires the user to go through the tedious process of manually renaming each of those files.
   I haven't found a single other function in any Adobe application that uses this "Browse for folder" dialogue. In Photoshop, for example, when I export several jpeg files from a single PSD file, the app uses the standard File Explorer interface to ask me where to put the resulting files.

9. scroll bar for comments sidebar

   Please restore the scroll bar for the comments sidebar in Acrobat. The scroll bar is now hidden by default, but it's jumpy and hard to access. I now have to use the arrow keys on my keyboard to move up and down within the panel. It's become much harder to use in the redesigned interface.

10. Open folder options.

    The adobe acrobat functions are amazing. I think the user interface needs to be improved. I think there should be a way to set a "default" opening folder. Start screen where it shows RECENT|STARS|SCANS. Also I think you should allow folder creating at higher level. So that you can do something "like" Google Stacks.

12. A "Save as..." button next to the "Save" button in the default toolbar

    Since version 18 the User Interface got better, good work. Just a "save as..." button I'm still waiting for. For me it is the most used action in Acrobat to save downloaded documents from the internet to a folder on my hd. I still have to use the menu for it witch is one click to much every time...

13. Hand tool

    I don't know if this is because I'm relatively new to Acrobat but I'm finding the interface to be quite counter-intuitive. If I want to zoom or pan using the mouse, I have to select the Hand tool, but then select a different tool if I want to move left or right? For some reason the hand tool won't actually move me around the document, which I would have thought was its primary function. Why can't there be a single tool that allows me to zoom in and out, and move around the document at the same time? This would seem to me to be a no-brainer.
    Am I doing something wrong?

15. NVIDIA RTX Desktop Manager

    NVIDIA RTX Desktop Manager options (and many other options) will not properly work on Adobe Acrobat Pro (e.g., Hand tool does not work with NVIDIA RTX Desktop Manager installed and enabled). All other programs on computer work properly with NVIDIA graphics card driver / software options and features. Your attention to fixing this matter will be greatly appreciated! Thank you!

16. Adobe PDF Editing Issues Since Yesterday?

    Hi everyone,

    Has anyone else experienced problems with Adobe PDF editing recently survival race ? Some users are missing the toolbar, while others only see an endless loading wheel when trying to edit PDFs.

    I found that disabling the new Adobe interface temporarily fixes the issue. Has anyone found a more permanent solution?

    Sometimes I cannot even save a edited document.
    Pathetic. If I was not forced to use adobe at work, I would have used some of many available other pdf viewers and editors like I do privately that costs a fraction of your ****!

18. Can't Signin/Signout of Acrobat DC Pro

    This is a bug report, no a feature request or idea. Asking people to clear cookies & cache is a productivity nightmare. I don't even know if that will work. For whatever reason, Adobe logs me out and won't allow me to log back in. It says my subscription has expired when it hasn't; verified in a support chat. I can do so for the Adobe website, but not the interface that opens PDF's nor the cloud for Adobe. Clearing cache & cookies causes me to have to log back into too many websites I do business with or pleasure and is causing too much extra overhead of time. I belong to way too many websites for that to be the only option. Why not clean up whatever is going on that pushes us out of the system? The 'Sign In' button inside the interface does nothing at the moment and I have to operate Offline. The interface says I'm logged in, but when I try to logout, I get the same connectivity error from inside this product. What does this have to do with my browsers? Tech support personnel are reading scripts that tell us to do things that only cause more of a headache and don't solve the problem. I have repaired the installation to no avail. It's still forcing me to use it in Offline mode. FIX THIS!

20. Text Editing Color Palette Color Changes Need To Be Permanent

    When text editing a PDF, and the user changes the color of the text font in the color palette, if the user moves to another word, sentence, or paragraph, even next to or on the same page as the original text edit, the color of the color palette reverts the editor back to "black" text. The user then must open the color palette AGAIN and chose the color wanted for subsequent text editing. If there are hundreds of text edits in the PDF, the user is forced to open the color palette hundreds of times to change the text editing font.

    Make the text editor color palette color change permanent until the user changes the text color again. Similar to highlighting or the pencil tool.
