DUPLICATING SIGNATURE ACROSS PAGES
It would be helpful for Adobe to allow duplication of signature fields across multiple pages. It is not uncommon for signatures to be required on multiple pages of a document that will get printed and distributed in parts such as work schedules, engineering drawings, etc. Allowing the signer(s) to be able to sign once and have it carry throughout is handy and available in other pdf programs. I am using Adobe Acrobat DC.

User cannot input Chinese characters
I have attached a demo video for the bug. The test case starts with a setting: In adobe acrobat pro preference, I switched the application language from English to Simplified Chinese.
After that, in a random pdf file, under Fill&Sign tool, if I start to type in Chinese characters, the input isn't successful. Otherwise, if I type in some signs in Chinese, such as a comma or a question mark, input with Chinese afterwards works.
Basically I think the missing function here is that it cannot detect Chinese Font automatically to initiate a Fill&Sign input.
Details please check the video attached. Thank you.I have attached a demo video for the bug. The test case starts with a setting: In adobe acrobat pro preference, I switched the application language from English to Simplified Chinese.

Save MBOX Files to Adobe PDF Format
I suggest you use the CubexSoft MBOX to PDF Converter to export MBOX emails to PDF file format. It is also important that the tool offers several conversion options in one installation. In addition, it allows you to convert MBOX files into PDF with all Windows OS including 11, 10, 8.1, 7, XP, Vista, and so on. All of these MBOX to PDF conversion features allow you to access MBOX files in almost any email conversion program be it Thunderbird, Apple Mail, Eudora Mail, Netscape, etc.

Adobe Reader won't update if the ***** desktop is locked
I don't want programs randomly creating shortcuts on my desktop, so I deleted everything in C:\Users\Public\Desktop and locked that folder (if I want stuff on my desktop I put it in C:\Users<my name>\Desktop).
The problem is that now when Adobe reader tries to update, it says that the update failed because it can't create a shortcut in C:\Users\Public\Desktop. But that's just the point, I don't want it to create a shortcut there. I want it to update anyway, but without creating a shortcut.
If it can't create a desktop shortcut, it should just ignore that and update anyway. Or even better, it shouldn't create a shortcut at all (if I want a shortcut I will create one manually).

Please put an Undo button on the Toolbar
This software feels so obsolete without an Undo button on the Toolbar while you are trying to edit a document. I already see that there are other posts requesting an Undo button on the toolbar. Let's get with it already please, as we are paying for this software and the current process is really too cumbersome to have to click on a menu, click Undo, then Undo again and then confirm to Undo....

Fix to copying selected part of PDF file after edit
The issue is with Adobe Acrobat Pro version of the application. When I open scanned document and I select any part of it, I copy it for instance to an email - it works perfectly fine. Then when I edit the file (I add a word or anything) and I close edit feature I try to copy the part the same way by selecting it, but it just copies the background with no text.
We tried several options with your technician but we agreed to forward this request further so if it is possible to solve the issue and roll out an update so that it gets fixed globally.
Thank you.
Please note this is related to todays remote session with Santhosh who was doing his best to solve the issue and who has also forwarded below details to software development team.

Bug: Can't tag content that was mistakenly tagged as Artifact
I was preflighting a pdf for accessibility, and noticed a few pieces of text that had been mistakenly tagged as Artifact. I selected these in "Content", Right-click and "Remove Artifact". But now I can't tag these at all. They're not to be found in the tag panel or the read order panel, but they're visible and still there in the Content panel -. I think this is a bug. I tried using "Find" but the content was not found.

Bug: Problem when adding signature image in Adobe Acrobat Pro DC v22
We have installed Adobe Acrobat Pro DC on all our user machines.
For the people with a license we let them log in so they can use the Pro features.
For the people without a license we let them use this version as a Reader. This worked out great, but now we found out a bug.
With Adobe Acrobat Pro DC when adding a signature image I go to "E-Sign" > "Fill & Sign Yourself" > "Sign" > "Add Signature" > "Image" > Browse to the image signature (.PNG) > Click OK
And we receive a warning "You do not have access to this feature. Please contact your IT admin for more details." (Mind you that this is a FREE feature). When you click OK, you can still continue and add the signature to the document. But the signature is not being converted to one with a transparant background. See example:
Image1
I went ahead and installed Adobe Acrobat Reader DC and did the same thing. "Sign" > "Fill & Sign" > "Sign yourself" > "Add Signature" > "Image" > Browse to the image signature (.PNG) > Click OK.
Now I (ofcourse) received no warning since this is already the free version, but more importantly, the signature image is correctly converted to a true signature stamp with a transparent background. See example:Image2
This is in my opinion a real bug and should be fixed. The only solution now is to install the Reader version for all our users.. This would be a bummer since Adobe told we could use the Pro without signing in and be able to use the non premium features.

autosave
Need a true Autosave function (NOT AUTORECOVER).
Some pdf's I'm editing need to be saved to their folder every X minutes. I have the so-called "autosave" set up in preferences, but this only works in the event your system crashes or shuts down. I need one that simply saves every so often. Sometimes I make a mistake while editing and in that event, I close the pdf and re-open it to load the last saved version. But I don't always remember to save frequently enough. MS Office has this type of autosave, why not Adobe?1 vote -
Unable to print an editable PDF as a PDF
MAC OS 13.2.1 (22D68)
I have an editable pdf (attached) which can be opened and filled in Adobe Reader, but when I try to print to PDF, it's not working. I added a fake printer by following the instructions in the link below and was able to reach the system dialog for printing, but when I try to save the PDF, Adobe gives an error.

Can't open PDFs in tabs, everything opens in separate windows
I am using Acrobat Pro and do not have the ability to check "Open PDFs in tabs" so everything opens in a separate window. This is VERY frustrating & messy. How can I get them to open in tabs? Can you please add that option back in?!

Confirmation email when sending out shared reviews
I think I used to receive a confirmation email verifying when and with whom I shared a PDF review. It also contained the link to the review. Was this feature removed? Can it be added back? It is very handy to forward to team members that inevitably missed/can't find the email that was sent to them or insist they were never included in the first place.
4 votesHi There,
Could you please let me know if you are talking about "Adobe cloud storage" based review or it is for shared review based on SharePoint/WebDav/Network folder?
It would be helpful if you could share a screen recording issue.
Regards,
Arvind
