  1. I need it on Linux - Kubuntu

    I need your full suite of products, specially those related to pdf, (reader, editor, etc.), for work on Linux, kubuntu or Debian.
    I know of there are many companies of the lack of these tools jeopardize the switch of the work stations to Linux, for the daily office task.

  2. AI TOOL IS MESSING ME UP

    More template tools like an UNDO function, match the radio button sizes so we don't have to do that manually, a grid view and ruler!!!!

  4. Would like to export "Saved Settings" in Watermark & Header/Footer Tools to another computer

    I have a number of Watermark and Header/Footer "Saved Settings" on one Mac (desktop) that I would like to export from it and import into another Mac (laptop). These include page number specs for different page sizes. It would be a great time saver if, once those were saved in one computer, they could be exported into another without entering in the specs from scratch.

  7. Merge PDF - Adobe Acrobat Online (web version)

    Hello Adobe,

    I just noticed that you guys have a pretty nice PDF tool online. I use online PDF tools more than my desktop tools as sometimes I am on architecture like ARM that does not have the features I need. I love the export features of the online acrobat.

  8. Allow distributed form to not auto open comment list

    There should be a setting when creating a form in Acrobat Pro such that when a user opens it in Acrobat Reader and they click on the comment icon, that the comment list pane on the right side of the document does not automatically open up. This is confusing for some users. They should be able to open it up manually, but it should be possible to set it to not auto-open that pane.

  9. the new layout is not helpful

    Please revert back to the old layout. Trying to add comments is just painful. I used to be able to quickly select the tools to delete, change and replace, add comments and highlight with ease.

    Now everything requires an extra step which is just slowing the process. And now it looks like I can no longer cross text out (without replacing). Please revert back. It was the perfect tool before. Now it's just awkward and cumbersome and it's leaving me so frustrated.

  10. please improve the pen sensitivity

    i use the pen from the comment tools to write notes, but it is difficult to write with it because it is not smooth, making the writing process very slow

  11. No Longer Able to Keep Tool Selected

    You are not able to keep a tool selected any longer. If you use it once, then it reverts back to the cursor. Stamps, highlighter, comments, all of them. This had been a feature in Acrobat since I can remember and all of a sudden they removed it. WHY? Bring it back. There are several other people on here complaining of the same thing but if they don't respond, they say the issue is resolved. It is not in any way "resolved". Please bring back asap.

  12. Home Tab interface

    In the Home tab there should be the following main tools listed:
    - Open (Document)
    - Create PDF
    - Combine files

    Those are what we use the most.

    My Home is showing Organize Pages, Fill & Sign, and Protect.I don't use those.

    Or, you can add the tools bar to the Home so I don't have to switch to the tools tab.

  13. What Tools Are You Using to Automate Attendance for Hybrid Teams?

    Managing attendance has become a growing challenge for us as we shift to a hybrid work model. Traditional attendance systems are no longer effective, especially with people working remotely, on-site, or in the field. We're exploring Attendance Tracking Software that can handle this level of flexibility and scale.

  15. Remove e-signature ad in tool menu

    Why is there an ad for e-signatures in the tool menu. It's embarrassing that I'm being advertised to in a $200/year program. It is also breaking the UI by forcing a scroll bar in the tool menu when there was none before the ad.

  16. Shared Review via Document Cloud

    When my team uses the updated Shared Review, they do not have access to all of the commenting tools as they did prior to the update.

    The REPLACE TEXT, INSERT TEXT etc. are vital to our review process. Not having these tools available prevents us from updating the InDesign layout using the new PDF COMMENTS feature.

    So, to sum it up, we were excited about updates that are not working because they were not fully deployed with the features we need.

  17. Toolbar Issue

    Allow all users to choose how they use toolbars, so they can set it up to however they work. This means allowing them to turn it on or off. If on, allow users to dock it to whatever part of the screen they want it on, top, bottom, left or right. And finally, allow them to expand the toolbar to be able to read the names OR have just the icons themselves. The new version isn't that bad, the users just need to know where the tools are, so they can use them. So my final suggestion is to have…

  18. Frustrating Experience

    Was there a reason for putting everything along all three sides and making it difficult to find the "settings" option? At least when everything was along the top and tools on one side, it was easy to use and I could find everything I needed quickly. This new format is frustrating.

  19. Fix the FIX tool for Artifacting

    When you have elements with no alt-text you get accessibility errors when running the checker. However, if you right click on the error and choose "fix" and walk through the items and mark them as decorative, instead of actually making them an artifact it simply changes the tag to "Artifact" which is not a valid tag and creates other errors. You then have to go in and properly designate the objects as Artifacts properly for the other errors to go away. VERY Frustrating. Come on Adobe Acrobat!

    This is a repeatable condition and needs to be fixed immediately please!

    Hi,
    Thank you for contacting us. I have raised the issue with the engineering team. We have kept it our radar and will be fixing it in the near future.

    Meanwhile I would suggest you to use Reading Order tool to mark the Figure as Artifact for fixing the issue.

    Please update to the latest version of Acrobat Pro DC to experience new features.

  20. Need to be able to drag and drop pages from the Page Thumbnails pane to email.

    Need to be able to drag Page Thumbnails to email. We can drag themto the desktop then to email but its an extra step Foxit doesnt require us to do.
