Acrobat Reader DC fails w/certain PDF files that open w/ another PDF reader application
Windows 10 Pro [22H2; OS Build 19045.6216]
Google Chrome [Version 139.0.7258.139 64 bit]
Adobe Acrobat Reader DC (64-bit) [25.001.20630] - This is my preferred and default application for opening PDF filesBank Payment History data (source data) is available to me on a webpage and when I use the Google Chrome print function with "Microsoft Print to PDF" to create PDF files of this source data and then open those PDF files with Adobe Acrobat Reader DC, the program locks up (Not Responding), yet when I open those same PDF files with a randomly chosen third party PDF reader application there is no issue.
Additional information:
If I use the same source data webpage and create a second set of PDF files this time using Google Chrome print function with "Save as PDF" then both Adobe Acrobat Reader DC and the randomly chosen third party PDF reader application work with no issue.
Therefore, this approach is my current workaround.
However, in general, I prefer the output from "Microsoft Print to PDF" and because this is the option that I normally use, I would like to go back to using that option as soon as I can once again use Adobe Acrobat Reader DC to open all of my PDF files.Windows 10 Pro [22H2; OS Build 19045.6216]

Too many popups
Please. You guys gotta stop with the popups. Adobe used to be pro tools, and now every time I have to open Acrobat there are 3 different popups or blinking things saying to try something A.I. or try a useless new tool. Please.

Clicking on PDF tab forces Mission Control Space to change
In a MacOS (Sequoia 15.6.1) environment with multiple Spaces (desktops), if the Acrobat (2025.001.20756) window with multiple tabs is opened and dragged to a new Desktop using the Mission Control Spaces desktop view, clicking on each pdf tab other than the first one will force switch the Spaces desktop back to the original desktop it was opened on.
The Acrobat window will stay put on the desktop it was dragged to, and each Acrobat tab that is clicked on for the first time will prompt this force switch. After that, they behave normally.

How can I convert TGZ files to PDF format?
Hello,
I am working with a collection of TGZ files and need to convert them into PDF format for easier viewing and sharing. I have tried a few methods, but so far, none of them seem to give me the desired results.
Can anyone suggest an effective way to convert TGZ files into PDFs? Preferably, I would like a solution that is simple, reliable, and supports batch conversion. Any help or tools you could recommend would be highly appreciated!
Thanks in advance!

Request: Upgrade Acrobat OCR Engine to AI-based Model
The current OCR engine in Adobe Acrobat is outdated and often fails to recognize text accurately, especially with complex layouts or low-quality scans.
Please consider integrating a modern AI-based OCR engine, similar to Google Cloud Vision or ABBYY FineReader, to significantly improve recognition accuracy and multi-language support. The advancement of AI-based OCR is especially critical for users in non-English regions or those working with complex scripts. The current engine’s accuracy drops significantly for non-alphabetic languages, which directly impacts both operational efficiency and fairness.
Many users would greatly benefit from more robust, AI-powered text extraction.3 votes -
Which NSF converter gave you the smoothest migration experience?
I need to move my old Lotus Notes NSF files into Outlook PST. I’ve tried a couple of tools, but I keep running into issues like missing attachments and broken folder structure. Some converters are also too slow with large files. I just want a smooth migration without data loss. Can anyone share which NSF converter worked best for you?

Remove or move the "Try PDF Spaces" botton to a less annoying place
You have added a button called "Try PDF spaces" exactly where the All Tools button was and forced the All Tools button to the right. Presumably this is to force clicks as folks who have memorized where the buttons they actually want to use are located and may click without looking. Get rid of it or move it to a less annoying place that doesn't disrupt workflows please. We already pay for your program - don't force us to navigate to things you want to promote. If it was actually good you wouldn't have to place it in the way to attempt engagement.

Add keyboard shortcuts to output preview functions
It would be great to be able to toggle through color separations from the output preview using keyboard shortcuts (that could also be hotkeyed to other input devices like Elgato Streamdeck or Logitech MX) but currently the only command that has a shortcut from the output preview is opening and closing the output preview itself. Please Fix This.

Signature changes are worse
You tried to simplify the process, but when there are more than 1 signor, the number of steps to send out the contract have gotten significantly worse. Please bring back the prior version.

simplicity
am a paying customer of Adobe Acrobat, and I am writing to express my frustration with the complexity of the tool. I believe that Adobe Acrobat should provide a straightforward and user-friendly interface that allows users to perform simple tasks, such as creating a PDF from multiple images and saving it to a computer, without unnecessary complications.
It feels like Adobe has had decades to refine this product, yet the process remains overly complicated and unintuitive. I don’t understand why it has to be so hard to perform basic tasks. I don’t need an AI assistant in this tool—I need a simple, clear interface that lets me do what I need to do without delays or confusion.
I am using Adobe Acrobat specifically because I need a secure tool to handle personal documents, and I have paid for this product expecting it to meet my needs. I urge the development team to prioritize simplicity and ease of use in future updates. Please make it easier for users to accomplish basic tasks without having to navigate through complex menus or features.
Additionally, I am frustrated that even submitting feedback to Adobe is unnecessarily complicated. I was directed to a third-party platform where I was required to create an account, log in, and search for the right page, only to find that there was no clear option to submit feedback. This process should be simplified so that users can easily provide feedback without jumping through hoops.
I would appreciate it if you could provide a direct contact email or a simpler way to send feedback to the development team. As a paying customer, I believe it’s important to have a straightforward way to communicate my concerns.
Thank you for considering my feedback.

Inconvenient popups when opening the app
When I open up Adobe Acrobat, I get spammed with numerous popup windows that immediately show up when I start the app. The activity I was going to do gets interrupted, and I get mad, and all of a sudden I'm sending this feedback to Adobe, before even finishing said activity I was in the midst of completing.
Please do not show many popus at the start showing any X Y Z feature. Maybe WAIT a little, have the popup appear a little later, when I am already using the app.
