  1. This update is completely not user friendly! I use this platform almost daily for signature requests. Often times I need to send multiple documents at once. If this continues where I have to either spend time saving the documents together or sending multiple emails for each documents then I will have our firm switch to a more user friendly platform. Adobe has been a great resource in the last few years as laws have allowed us to get e signatures. I cant, however, continue to use them if they are actively updating this program to be less helpful.   2. Application Error
    The instruction at 0x0000000066BC0560 referenced memory at 0x0000000066BC0560. The memory could not be written.

    Click on OK to terminate the program

    This happens after opening a PDF in Adobe Acrobat (Continuous Release Version 2024.002.20991 | 64-bit).

    This error is received after opening a PDF in Acrobat. I have run the add/remove programs > Modify > repair program and am still getting the error. I tried to run a repair on Adobe Creative Cloud Desktop app, but it only has the remove option. Checking for updates reports that everything is up to date.

  3. QuickBooks Desktop has sparked an unprecedented revolution in the accounting industry by boosting financial productivity and efficiency. However, the program has suffered from peculiar technical issues which cause hindrance in the seamless functioning of the program. While some of the errors pertain to the company files, others occur when users try to install or update QuickBooks.

    One such error is QuickBooks Error 557. This error is experienced when there is an insufficient disc space on the system.

  5. I have a document opened, and would like to add a bookmark. I have the bookmark panel open and I have the left pull down icon f"Options", another icon labelled "Find Current Bookmark", but its grayed out, (no bookmarks yet). What am I missing?

  6. had to reinstall Acrobat DC and now a plug in that we use, all the icons in the menu are displayed as broken image icons. uninstalled both and reinstalled still no difference. Plug in is fine on 2023.003.20215 64bit, but on the 2023.003.20244 is where the issue is.

  9. The country list in the form for creating a Digital ID is outdated. For example, "Yugoslavia," a country that has not existed for over 30 years, is still listed. Additionally, several current countries are missing from the list. Please update the country list to reflect the current geopolitical landscape.

  10. The way the tools lay out in Acrobat 11 are very easy for page replacements. Because the documents we work with are lengthy and complex, I'd like to see Replace tool much easier to work with.

    I want to see simultaneously:
    * Bookmarks or Thumbnails
    * The PDF pages (current document)
    * the Replace tool icon ready to use

    In the current product (Acrobat Std DC 2019.021.20056) has an icon for Replace that is hard to find, and when clicked, you are forced into a visual layout that is rather difficult.

  11. Recent update changes the process as described in https://helpx.adobe.com/ca/document-cloud/help/create-template.html which used to allow individual PDF/doc uploads and shuffling to create templates (such as for updating contracts). New Template only allows a single doc to be uploaded which is, frankly, stupid.

    What's the point of using e-Sign over services like DocuSign which allow templating for multiple files now?

  12. Why take away the option of a permanent menu bar at the TOP of the screen. (Folks would REALLY like it if they had the choice of enabling / disabling a permanent MENU bar over a drop down list...)

    Yes, the drop down list is good for some, but many of us DESPISE it!!!! We want the permanent menu bar.
    The newest UI is not the greatest and a good number of us want tool bar option on the far RIGHT anyway...

  15. There used to be a great feature where you could click a box to "keep tool selected" so you keep using the same tool, over and over again without clicking on the Icon again and again and again. It was especially useful when reviewing a large document where you wanted to highlight several passages or for adding text, etc.

  16. Why is it so difficult now to extract pages from a PDF? You used to be able to open thumbnails, click on a page, hold down on the shift key and arrow down to grab the pages you need to extract. With the update you now have to open thumbnails, click on the 1st page you want about 50 times before a little box pops up and then you have to click another 50 times to get that box to check and then to grab additional pages it's an exercise in futility. Why did you have to "update"…

  17. I have works opened, and don't want to restart computer because Acrobat wants me to do that. Why I am forced?
    Because after every update Acrobat can't save any new file I opened.
    So after EVERY ipdate I can't use Acrobat till restarting my PC.
    Why is that?

  18. I understand that you don't support beta OS versions, but it crashes with a document open whenever I do anything. Print, Save, Edit, etc. Also true in Reader. Reported to Apple, also. This will need to be fixed soon or your customer service people will be very unhappy.

  19. We need the fill and sign app for the tablets that run like laptops (Microsoft surface pro 6 is what my company is upgrading me to)- heck even doing to sign app on a desktop would be nice! The fill in features we've had to go and manually put in to save my employees time for onboarding are useless in the "desktop fill and sign" is ****.

  20. I takes over 30 Seconds to open a simple PDF. It makes me feel like we are back in the 80's.
    I can't belive that no one on your side is testing this stuff properly. Uninstalled and reinstalled the whole thing. Nothing but frustrations.
