  1. Cannot replace a partial word. Have Find - whole word unchecked. As soon as I add something to Replace, Whole word checks and goes gray. This was marked as Resolved but it is not.

  2. A tool for single click conversion of 2-column text to ingle column text would make the read out loud more useful. Have I missed such a tool? Does such a tool already exist? MS word read out loud evidently suffers from the same problem.

  3. The ability to view a summary of all comments while working in Adobe Document cloud. Also the ability/option to hide "resolved" comments. We can mark comments as resolved, but they stay in the list, making things very cluttered. If I could turn on an option that would automatically hide (but not delete) comments once I've marked them as resolved, that would help tremendously as we go through proofreading comments.

  5. When I save over an old file (with the same name) and open it, it reverts to the previous saved version. Looks fine with all the changes done in the Preview, but the moment I open the file it is still the old version. Fine if we rename file or quite Acrobat and open fresh. So this looks like some sort of caching bug?

  6. I have customized the Quick Tools bar, but it only appears to the right of the other tools in one ribbon, therefore there isn't enough room for all of the custom tools to appear all the time. I am constantly having to hit the three dots to get to my most frequently used toold. I don't appear to have a way to move my quick toolbar below the other one, or to the right of the screen.

Also, I thought there was a way to customize which tools I saw to the right of the document window. I remember dragging…

  7. The installation of Acrobat Pro DC on Mac using the Creative Cloud desktop app fails with error code 101 (see attached screenshot).

Looking at the attached install.log file in /Library/logs/Adobe/Installers I see that ASUInstaller exits with error code 183.
    This is the installation summary:

  8. When working with the Measurement Tool in Acrobat DC Pro. It should be possible to enter a measurement on a page when the scale is set. Rather than just stretching the line.

For instance, if I wanted to see how far 22.22" is on a .125"=12" Scale.

Currently the only way to find this measurement, is to stretch the measurement line. If Adobe would allow me to enter the 22.22", and then have the program measure that out, it would be an excellent resource.

  9. Allow the setting of maximum font size for a field when creating a fillable form. This will prevent huge text in a field if there is a small amount of text but would still allow text to reduce in size automatically to fit within the field if needed.

  10. Running Acrobat DC and Mac 10.13.4. It's been crashing for years on various machines and Mac OSs. Seems to crash the most while opening multiple pdfs one after another while using the output preview window and the convert colors window. Hope you guys can fix this issue!

  11. Previous versions of Acrobat were capable of linking to a specific page in another file (document). DC10 apparently does not have that capability.

  13. just like docusign, add a duplicate feature in case a document needs corrections or needs just a minor change once it has already been sent.

I have a template but a customer asked me to change his name, in this case I had to cancel and create a new sign document from the template, nothing else changed, just the name.... there should be some way to be able to correct and/or duplicate rather thn having to re-type the whole thing.

  15. Your Website offers no easy way to contact customer support. Then when I found the number with a Google search, it took me 45 minutes and the demand of a supervisor to CANCEL a subscription. THEN even though the charge is pending, there is a 7 to 10 DAY HOLD on MY money. This is VERY unprofessional and NOT a good way to do business. I can assure you that I will never pay for an adobe product again.

  19. Adobe does not allow users, even users at organizations with MANY CREATIVE CLOUD LICENSES USED DAILY, to add custom fonts to Creative Cloud.

I want to add Respective 2.0 font to a user's machine for use in document creation. She is unable to do so. Truly unacceptable that adding fonts requires Adobe to keep a pre-approved online font repository.

In old Adobe, it was possible to customize our legend colors when we compared forms. This allowed us to put more visible colors since we find that the current colors are very pale. Adobe is our main working tool and it would really help us to have this functionality, as in the past.
