dark theme for viewing a pdf
acrobat should have themes for viewing a pdf like all the other pdf readers. I have Xodo for windows 10 and reading a pdf on it is much preferred then acrobat. I can select dark mode and it turns the background of the pages to dark and I can read at night without eye strain.
2 votesHi,
You should change the setting and reopen the document. I tried the same on few files and this is working fine.
Moreover, we have taken you request for this and kept it in our radar. We’ll implement it in our future releases. Thanks

Acrobat Reader DC will not install on MacBook Pro OS Mojave 10.14.6
Installer stalls at about 66% during "running package scripts."
I tried running acrobat cleaner but it reported no acrobat products installed (which should be the case). I don't have any other Adobe products on this late 2013 computer.

Save Pop-up Box when closing PDFs - Annoying
Any time I open a PDF and then merely print the document, I cannot simply close the PDF once printed. I get a pop-up box asking if I want to 'save changes to xxxxx.pdf before closing.' This is quite annoying when I have multiple documents open and have to click No for each PDF I have just printed.
This pop-up is a relatively new 'feature' so it must have been activated by a recent update.
I aks that you please fix this issue.

Adobe Acrobat Incorrectly Keeps Asking to Sign Out
Acrobat under creative cloud keeps asking me to sign-in and then shows me the form to sign out of other devices. (See Screenshot).
I am running Acrobat Pro on a machine called JeffDesk3. It doesn't seem to understand that JeffDesk3 on the licensing database is the same one I am running Acrobat on (this device).
When I run Acrobat it will show the sign out of screen listing this device, JeffDesk4 and JeffDesk3. Since I am running on JeffDesk3 it should not be doing this.
I can sign out of JeffDesk3, it will then move the license to JeffDesk3, but in a month it will ask again. This has happened many times.

Hello, the audio is not working
I am writing a book for my students of Spanish. I have recorded my voice in several audios to help them with the pronunciation; however, they can not listen to them; because, when they receive the pdf and click on the window, the audio does not work. Can you help me solve the problem?

Comments are slipping when opening a single comment
If I double-click on a comment it rises in the height (because of the post-button). Sometimes it rises also without double clicking, just on one click! If I click on the next comment the comment before shrinks and the current comment rises. So the complete list AND the current comment slips up. So if I have al list of 1000 comments and copy every comment-text to paste it in InDesign, my eyes and my brain gets tired of the constant comment-slipping. It's also hard to orientate if I switch between InDesign and Acrobat. Especially if the comment panels just shows half of the amount of comments compare to Acrobat X. That means I have to scroll additional much more than before. And after a scroll I have to orientate again.
Please make the single comment the same size no matter if the comment is closed or opened (to post a comment or copy the comment-text).

Keyboard shortcut for "Fit one full page to window" button
There should be a keyboard shortcut for the "Fit one full page to window" button. I use this button every time I open a PDF (usually because the document settings are set to one-page continuous, my application settings are already set to one page).

use compare report and send it for shared review with old and new file side-by-side view
I have 2 pdfs, version 1 and version 2. Using compare pdf, I can able to view the changes made and save the compare report and see side-by-side.
But, when I send the compare report for shared review, but the reviewers can see only the new file with comments and can not see side-by-side on browser.
Enable side-by-side view for shared review through browser. So the reviewers can easily identify the changes from version 1 to version 2 and it is easy for them to review

Send for Review- No option for check boxes and Filtering does not work!
Removing the checkmarks is a problem across the board, but I am specifically irritated that it is not an option at all if you share for review in the cloud. My only option for keeping track of edits I have done is to "resolve" each comment. Also, if I filter by unresolved comments, it does not automatically filter live as I am working. So as I resolve a comment, it stays in the comment pane until I go back up, remove my filter, and then add the filter again.

copy and paste
Two Ideas:
# when copying text callouts, along with other items, the text callouts should stay in the exact same position as they were copied - they currently shift when pastedthe layering when copying and pasting should stay the same so you don't have to cut and paste items to make sure they are layered correctly

The accessibility reader tool is incomprehensible
I tried to have adobe acrobat read a pdf for me today. I wanted to rest my eyes and listen to the document instead of reading it. I was unpleasantly surprised to find out that the 'reader' spoke in such an incomprehensible way, to the point that I could not understand 90% of what it was saying. I have to think that the technology to provide something better is out there. The 'reader' didn't follow the cadence of normal speech. It didn't know how to pronounce most of the words. I'd be one happy customer if the reader could be updated. Thanks :)

HORRIBLE, JUST HORRIBLE
Dear Adobe... for over 20 years I have used Adobe products and with one or two tiny exceptions in the early years, and absolutely loved them all. Photoshop, Design, Creative Suite, Premier Pro you name it I've probably bought it and in many cases bought literally dozens of copies for numerous functions and colleagues too many to mention (see my old Adobe account). One of these which I have used almost daily for years was Adobe Acrobat Pro. I still have 11.0.23 running on an old laptop and it runs like a dream. Full of features and stable as mile thick concrete. Love it. Not so Adobe Acrobat Pro in the Cloud... what a disaster. The user interface is 1999 and the performance not far off that date too.. buggy, crashes, slow and while it looks at first glance as though its feature reach, its nothing on my licence product 11.0.23… wow what a horrible horrible experience. I will hang on to my old laptop if only to remember how good Adobe Acrobat Pro once was, back in the day! :-(

Crushed text
I am using files save in .pdf form. When I use Acrobat DC to edit, I frequently get text that becomes crushed, as attached. Possibly to unusual names or words. If I cut and retype the section. I get character on character!
Please explain. How do I correct, please

SERIOUSLY? How about being able to turn off 2-sided printing on MacOS Mojave?
How about a conspicuously placed box to check "1-sided or 2-sided." Adobe Acrobat is the only application that automatically prints 2-sided docs on my MacBook Pro running macOS Mojave. Come on, people. It's 2019. I'm not asking for much.
