We use many of these systems for Engineering and purchase many Adobe Acrobat pro for Workstations. Looking for other options due to Adobe's poor GPU performance.

  4. Please make a toolbar or something that allows for a one touch colour change for Highlighting.
Its is time consuming to have to go into properties and set as default everytime i decide to change highlight colour.
As a student I need to be able to have a variety of colours available for highlighting in order to have organized notetaking

  6. When I use the Google Drive File Picker in Adobe Sign and trying to search, the result is always blank. The same search in Google Drive shows the files I'm looking for.
macOS 10.12.6 using Chrome Version 60.0.3112.90.
The problem occurs on different adobe sign accounts and different laptops.

We apologise for the issue you are facing. We need some more information from you to be able to investigate this further:
    1. Do you see a completely blank file picker dialog? Or you see the file list but search returns 0 results in Google Drive files?
    2. Can you please try quitting all Chrome browser instances (check that no Chrome instance is running in activity monitor) and then re-try?
    3. Do you observe the same on Windows too?

    Thanks,
    -amboo

  7. Allow senders of Send & Track personal invitations to create a closing signature block or a letterhead that includes the senders contact info (such as sender's name, company name, street address, phone and fax numbers, e-mail address, website address) within the e-mail. It's time-consuming to type the same info every time I send the invitations.

We apologise for the issue you are facing. We are however not able to reproduce it.

Can you please try the following steps and let us know your results:
    1. On Desktop, sign out from Reader/Acrobat
    2. On Mobile, sign in with your Adobe id, create a signature/initials and wait for sometime (for signature to sync). Try to sign a simple PDF document
    3. On Desktop, launch Reader/Acrobat, sign in now, open a PDF and go to Fill &Sign app. Open a simple PDF and try to add signature/initials now. Do you still not see the signature created on mobile? Please let us know

    Thanks

  10. Steps to Reproduce:
    1. open acrobat DC
    2. create a PDF from file.
    3. save file
    4. check the original file to see if it has retained it's format and is properly openable.

    Environment:
    OS: Windows 10
    CPU: Intel i5 6600k @4.3GHz
    RAM: 16gb(2x8gb) G-skill Trident-z @3000MHz
    Motherboard: Gigabyte G1 gaming 5

    Acrobat Version: 2015.023.20070

    Expected result:
Doing this should bring up a new save dialogue, or the save-as dialogue technically. Then once it is saved it should switch to that file.

    Observed Result:
Doing this overwrote the original file w/o providing a save dialogue.

  11. I have a user that needs Adobe Acrobat XI Standard and Adobe Acrobat Reader DC installed on the same machine. I am using the latest version of Reader DC (15.023.20070) and Acrobat XI Standard (11.0.19). Reader DC is already installed on the machine. When I install Acrobat XI, it immediately crashes with an APPCRASH on Acrobat.exe with a StackHash_0a9e fault module. Reader continues to function as intended. Is there anyway to get this working?

  12. The description on invoices Adobe Acrobat Pro DC is complete gobble-de-gook!

The description on our invoices currently says:
    65222762 APAP,ALL,MLP,DRI01,MAU,001,N/A,1 YR
    EAME
    Line Tax Rate: 10 %

    It should say something like:
Adobe Acrobat Pro DC monthly subscription fee

I'm not the only one who would like this changed. A Google search reveals plenty of other people who would like this changed too.

    1. Bug When Converting Font to Outlines
    2. Open PDF and run Convert Fonts to Outlines under Print Production then Preflight
    3. macOS 10.12.5
    4. Fonts should be converted to outlines
    5. Fonts are not converted when opening PDF in Illustrator

PDF files from InDesign do not seem to be affected. It looks like only PDFs created from Illustrator do not convert fonts to outlines.

  14. Acrobat DC on an iMac with 4k retina display with a second monitor attached.
When I try to bring a panel, such as the Pan & Zoom panel, onto the second monitor, first of all, it doesn't show up on the second panel. I moved it off the first monitor and the part that should show up on the 2nd monitor doesn't show up.

When I move the pane fully onto the 2nd monitor, instantly Adobe Acrobat DC crashes.

  15. Acrobat DC came pre-installed on my new computer at Christmas. I don't need to use it very often. However, when I do, my firewall software goes ballistic with requests from Acrobat for access to programs and resources I consider it has absolutely no business with. I am constantly denying requests. I have recently downloaded and I'm currently testing another PDF reader. Acrobat has become intolerable. Thanks, but no thanks. Sean

  17. To bookmark text, drag to select it. The selected text becomes the label of the new bookmark ONLY if you use the mouse—using the keyboard shortcut Ctrl-B creates a bookmark with a blank name.

    Please fix!

  18. Adobe Acrobat Pro for Mac CRASHES and cannot find moved or renamed PDF files, or files with highlighted text (yellow fluorescent marker)

These issues have been around forever. I reported this on 15th September2011:
