Text Box Default
The majority of time I use Adobe Acrobat Pro DC I want my text box properties to be Arial, Blue, Bold and in Italics. Every time I select the Add Text tool I have to re-select these properties, it is very redundant and diminishes my productivity. From what I understand Adobe Acrobat used to allow a default to be set to accomplish this that is no longer available. Please bring it back.

Adobe does not print from quick print anymore
Adobe no longer prints from quick print in Outlook. This is annoying when I have lots of emails to go through and need to print all the attachments.

Text replacements
Mac OS offers the option of using text abbreviations to insert several words or entire sentences (text replacements). For example, "#--" becomes "delete hyphen". Acrobat used to understand and implement these abbreviations. Since the version from December 2023, this no longer works. Please restore the function.

Customer Service in Non-Existent
The customer service is horrible. I spoke to someone with a heavy Indian accent yesterday, which I can only assume tech service is being outsourced there. i called regarding my installation issue and I couldn't understand her most of the time. How about a menu that allows view sizing, like "Fit width", "Fit height", or 100%". The magnifying glasses are klutzy.

Splitting Top Level Bookmarks - Automatically Rename a Bookmark with the same name
The PDF splitting function by Top Level Bookmarked name is largely to main reason we have Acrobat Pro, however annoyingly the splitting fails if you have the same Bookmark name more then once (see image for error message), as understandably it can't save two pdf's with the same file name.
It would be a handy feature if Acrobat Pro could instead of aborting the split request halfway through, it instead adds a consecutive number at the end of the duplicated file name (for example 'Jo Blogs.pdf' / 'Jo Blogs_1.pdf').

Resizing windows on Mac is VERY slow
Since the latest upgrade a few weeks ago (the one that provides AI Assistant which I don't need at all), resizing windows on a MacBook Pro (2019, running MacOS 12.7.3) has become HORRENDOUSLY slow. I work with a lot of documents from different places, and some published stupidly provide an automatic resizing to page size, which is way smaller than my screen. I used action wizard to password protect >10 pdfs.
Currently on adobe, doing this batch/bulk password protect action wizard, it makes me set a password for each of the >10 pdfs.

Put the screen menu options back where they were and add the new features ther.
I am frustrated by the view or placement changes of the menu. It seems the menu items on the top left (save, print, tools, etc.) are now on the right and the items on the right (editing menu) are now on the left side. Adobe Acrobat Closes shortly after opening
I ran into an issue where shortly after opening Adobe Acrobat the program would close with no indication of what was causing it to close. When trying to run Acrobat as Administrator I was shown a "adobelicensingwf_acro.exe" error (See Attached image).
After trying to open the program a few more times I noticed that Acrobat would close about the same time as the profile picture would change from the default account to my account picture (See Attached image). Upgrade System Interface/Page Numbering Too Complicated and Most Other Functions as well
Return to the previous version's interface. Reduce the additional steps added in new version and eliminate the over-complification of simple procedures. I just spent an hour trying to number my pages. I found the functions only after looking up on Google and searching for 20 minutes. But the windows themselves were absolutely NOT intuitive. Acrobat Mobile: Add config controls to disable file location options and to fully remove message to grant permission to Allow File Access.
When using a shared mobile device, we need to limit the visibility of previously accessed files by other users. This could be accomplished by removing access to the "On this device" option within Acrobat mobile.
Secondly if we could remove the system from requesting permission to the "All file access" so that permission couldn't be granted by the user afterward.
To summarize, here are the following requests for configuration options:

Adjust text size in fields so text is legible
Whenever a person is completing Fill & Sign and the document comes back to me, some of the information is cut off. Is there a way to make the field adjust to the text to a legible size? I didn't have this issue before the update. Thanks.
