  1. Page Thumbnails Options Menu

    The new "Add a custom page" menu item has been placed on the Page thumbnails Option menu in the former location of "Extract pages." Even though I am aware of this addition, years of muscle memory from quickly processing PDFs has me continually selecting the wrong menu item. It takes up to a minute for the custom page feature to load, only for me to cancel it, and then try to select the Extract pages choice. A feature to add a page should properly be placed within the Insert pages option. If this were done, it would return the option…

  2. The program randomly closed. I lost ALL my notes. Even my SAVED notes from previous days work.

    I was reviewing an extensive legal document over several days, and making notes as I went. Today as I was typing, the program simply closed. When I opened it up, all my notes were gone. Not just the unsaved ones. ALL of them. Days of work are gone. Definitely looking for alternatives since this one is a waste of my time and resources. Also, this bug entry is obnoxious.

  4. I converted PDF to word using Export option but unable to convert to PDF from word again. OS is Mac.

    Mac - converted PDF to word and did some changes in the file and again converted back to PDF. PDF conversion failed.

  5. dark mode hidden in Accessibility is inconvenient

    Dark mode hidden in Accessibility is inconvenient. To get a proper dark mode, currently I think the only option is to go to 

    Edit menu > Preferences > Accessibility

    And then you have to activate "Replace document colors".

    This is inconvenient in case you need to quickly change switch off settings. Would be nice to have a quick button for this.

  6. Adobe Plugins for 64bit Visio application

    As of today, there is no plugins developed for Microsoft Visio 64 bit.
    This feature will enhance generating the PDFs (e.g. retaining the layers from Visio) which is already provided/developed for 32bit application.

    This will also help in securing the compatibility with office 365 applications.

  7. Combine alternate pages

    It would be very useful if Adobe allowed files to be merged with alternating pages. E.G Odd numbered pages scanned by a single sided scanner saved as file 1. Even numbered pages scanned by same single sided scanner saved as file 2. Combine File 1 with file 2, with alternating pages taken from each file i.e. File1Page1 + File2Page1 + File1Page2 + File2Page2.....

    Dear Adobe Team,

    Kindly add Arabic language in Adobe OCR & Scanning for middle east users. i am requesting from saudi arab. many users requested this feature in last 3-4 years but its not added yet. kindly requesting you to add this feature as soon as possible which is business requirement.

  11. Auto-refresh adobe pdf file log in open Acrobat DC whenever a pdf file is created in another application.

    Having exported a file to pdf from e.g. Safari and I want to work immediately on the pdf from acrobat dc which I already had open I have to close acrobat dc first and reopen it to be able to see the pdf file just exported in the pdf (creative cloud) file log. I would like to see the just exported file as the most recent file in that log without having to close and reopen

  13. Restore Windows Shortcut - Close all open documents

    Windows -> Not available
    macOS -> Command+Option+W

    Currently the ctrl+shift+w shortcut which should close all open windows/tabs says its "not available" but if you press them all your open documents get uploaded to adobe cloud.

    Since i work with confidential documents most of the time this is not the intended action.

    Please restore this windows shortcut to behave like every other application that uses it.

    Even the mac version uses it why is it overridden in windows?

    Request to restore ctrl+shift+w shortcut to behave normally.

  15. Migration path from individual to team account

    I want to upgrade from Adobe Sign to Acrobat DC for Teams, while preserving my existing data.

    More specifically, I want to migrate my existing agreements and signed documents from my individual Adobe Sign account to an Adobe Acrobat DC for Teams account.

    I spoke with a support representative who says there isn't a way to do this. He said I can manually download the signed documents and re-upload them to the new account.     When selecting a file in View mode, sorting the file list by type would help open appropriate files. The type shows as a column, but cannot use to sort.

  17. Adobe Allows Documents to be Saved to Managed iOS Devices although Intune is blocking saving files locally

    Intune Blocks Managed Apps from saving files locally. Although Adobe is a managed App the App still allows to save files locally. There are not settings listed in the following article to block saving locally https://www.adobe.com/devnet-docs/acrobatetk/tools/Mobile/intune.html

  18. Show review status as finished to the originator

    Bug: I have an issue where I am not receiving "finished review" notifications from some reviewers. However I am receiving notifications for comments.

    As a feature request, the originator should be able to track the status of a review. Currently only the reviewer can see the status.

    The status should be available for all reviewers. Ideally on the Share panel.

  19. tracking who opens and reviews online reviews

    Please bring back opened and reviewed timestamps so the initiator can follow up with reviewer. We are working from home and there are some people that absolutely have to review the file.

  20. Would like a way to keep dimensions stagnant in the lower left corner. Instead, I have to hover the cursor to see it.
