1. Adobe Sign--Multiple Bugs

   I haven't been able to send a PDF for signature for going on four hours. Now, I'm receiving the following error (internal server) screen, which doesn't disppear even after I've hit "OK." This follows errors in which Pro DC asked me if I was connected to the Internet (I was) and also asked me to sign out and sign back in again--I tried this, and Pro DC wouldn't actually allow me to sign out. Then, upon restart, it asked for several minutes to install some update before returning to the aforementioned errors--i.e., Adobe Sign is a complete mess for me at the moment.

2. Internal server error

   Every time I try to prepare a PDF for signature I am receiving this error. I am paying for a service and have time-sensitive documents that need signatures.

3. Conversion to Word Documents Could Easily Be A Lot Better

   When converting PDF's to Word files, please do the following.
   1. Have the margin of the page at least 2 cm in from the edge. At the moment, it often puts the left margin 0.5 cm from the edge of the page. This is never how real document are.
   2. Have the minimum font size 8 pt. At the moment, it converts rows of full stops (that people are supposed to write on) to 3.5 pt full stops. Real documents never have 3.5 pt text.
   3. Have tick boxes converted to tick boxes in a standard font like Arial. At the moment, they are converted to Windings. When I type, say, 2614<Alt> X, I don't get a modified box but gibberish. People never type in Windings.
   4. Turn off the feature where numbered lists update the numbers of the list automatically. At the moment, if I modify a list, the numbers become different from the original document.
   5. Restrain from having lots of sections. They make modifying the document, and simplifying the formatting, very difficult.
   7. Keep doing it better than Word does it!

4. FIND AND REPLACE MULTIPLE WORDS IN DIFFERENT PAGES

   Hello, I am sure that you see that there are multiple request for " find" and "replace all". I think that this is ridiculous that I have to export the PDF INTO a text file, when you do this it does not generally generate back into the same format, style before editing. I work for an agency and we create over 200k pages in a PDF FORMAT, I need to be able to edit and replace numbers and text without having to convert.
   Saves times. creating in word and text and converting to PDF is not working.

5. check marks (edit buttons are too large)

   when you add check marks the edit function pops up that allows you to change the size or delete, but it's so large that it gets in the way. So if you're trying to add a lot of check marks sometimes the pop up interferes with the areas you need to mark.

10. After issuing a Rebuild index adobe Acrobat does not close and stay open

    Hello,

    I fully understand, if I click on an a .pdf file Adobe acrobat application will open and runs my task and after that I may close that pdf file and open another PDF file... But I don't know why after running a .bpdx fule which is just for Rebuilding an index windows stays open and does not close and end the application. This causes problem with my scheduled task that I run at midnight as follow:
    1. move and copy some file.
    2. Stop the dropbox after re
    3. run the rebuilding of the indexes
    4. Start the Dropbox.
    this scheduled task fails each time because step number 3 does not end and my dropbox does not start.
    We are having more than 30,000 pdf files that we have to rebuild index for all of them each night at the middle of the night. because running it may take a while 2-3 hours. We need to do that because the built indexes will be propagated to 5-6 desktop, due to failure of scheduled task that does not start the dropbox, next morning we have to start the dropbox manually which slows everybody down till all the indexes are propagated to all the computers.

    Either stop/end/exit Adobe.exe after the Rebuilding of the index and close the Adobe Acrobat application or allow and add a parameter like /Exit, /End /Stop that application can be stopped.

    I am running a command like this:
    C:\Dropbox\Processed\ZCats\PriAuth.pdx /rebuild
    That causes problem and keeps the Adobe.exe stays open with a dialog windows and me next stop does not start.

11. Not able to access the adobe fill and sign says contact IT person thats me

    I have the Adobe DC that I pay monthly for but it will not allow access to the adobe fill and sign and to contact IT person for access. I am the IT person and have not idea why this stopped working?

12. Bug - difficulty with integration of Brother Printer/Scanner interface with Acrobat for scanning.

    Using iMac running Catalina OS, latest update and Brother MFCL3770CDW. When I create a document from scanner in Acrobat, the scan command triggers the Mac scanner interface. While black & white scanning works fine, there is a consistent error message when attempting to scan in color. The message is that the color profile chosen is not supported. Since I cannot choose the color profile, I am not sure what to do about this. It is a major headache.

14. make Acrobat Pro compatible with IBM Notes version 10

    Adobe Acrobat has been compatible with the major business application like MS Outlook or Lotus/IBM Notes since a long time.

    With the version 10 of IBM Notes (that was October 2018) Adobe Acrobat 2017 is no longer compatible with this email suite.

    The PDFMaker Addin did a great job in creating PDFs from Mail.
    Unlike just "printing to PDF" the right border has not been cut when the text was too long and the PDFMaker did include all attachments from the mail into the final PDF.

    So the Adobe Acrobat was a perfect companion for documenting approvals and other buisiness related mails that need to be stored as evidences.

    THIS FUNCTIONALITY IS BROKEN WITH IBM NOTES 10.

    Please get in contact with HCL and work on an updated PDFMaker Addin for IBM Notes 10.

    I do work for IBM and from the 360.000 employees more than 100.000 people work with IBM Notes. And we have several thousend licenses of Adobe products - so: please re-enable IBM Notes for the use with PDFMaker.

    Access to Google drive is enabled via ADC--great! But please add shared drive access as is possible with DropBox to allow collaboration not just work flow signatures.

18. Comments in Dropbox Paper don't get saved to Acrobat PDF as comments along with the rest of the Paper document

    I'm collaborating on an article with a colleague in Dropbox Paper, but when I save the document to PDF, the Paper comments are not included in the PDF file. Co-editing in Paper is easier in Paper than Acrobat, so I would like to continue using Paper. However, losing the comments in the PDF file is an issue.

19. Add support for the Data URL scheme

    Currently, embedded links which use the Data URL schema are blocked by Adobe Acrobat even when adjusting security settings. Adobe Acrobat doesn't need to support reading these links as they're simply opened in a browser, but we need Acrobat to stop blocking these links. I've attached an example PDF with an embedded data url.

20. Magnify to highlight

    As another option for highlighting an area of a PDF to send to another person, I'd like to be able to magnify a section of the PDF, kind of like when you're shopping online and you can hover over something and magnify it. You could offer it as an option to use an oval or a rectangle. Also, I'd like to be able to save it that way and send it out as a PDF to anyone.
