  3. I just installed CS6 Design & Web Premium but Acrobat Pro fails to install - period. I've tried 4 times now with the same failure (see attached screenshot). The website says I have 90 days of "Chat and Phone support" - but the support website is in an infinite loop - you never get a button to "chat" and no phone number is ever offered. How do I get help getting this installed?

    I am sorry for the inconvenience you are facing. Can you elaborate on the issues you are facing with Acrobat DC?

  5. Acrobat DC came pre-installed on my new computer at Christmas. I don't need to use it very often. However, when I do, my firewall software goes ballistic with requests from Acrobat for access to programs and resources I consider it has absolutely no business with. I am constantly denying requests. I have recently downloaded and I'm currently testing another PDF reader. Acrobat has become intolerable. Thanks, but no thanks. Sean

  7. I have had the most unimaginably bad customer experience today with you products. I bought a new computer (MacBook) and attempted to load the software I purchased in 2015. For the last 8 hours I (or one of our people here at our company) have been trying to contact you or work through your chat capability or simply follow some instructions (not findable) to complete this simple task. No success. Could you please have someone contact me as soon as possible.

  8. I am running Windows 10 and the Adobe Acrobat Pro DC was installed on my machine as an Update by Microsoft. I uninstalled it in error. Regardless, why would I have to buy Pro after the 7 day trial, when it was installed Free by Microsoft as part of Windows 10 update?

  9. I have changed my name a few months ago. When my account was created I went by a different name. I have updated my account to show my new name. It seems like every .pdf I open shows a different name. Sometimes it shows my old name and sometimes my new name. I have tried signing completely out and back in, same issue. It happens randomly. Steps to re-produce the issue is to just open a .pdf file. Environment - Windows 10, domain joined computer.

  11. I have using a registered Adobe Acrobat Pro XI. Lately I have upgraded by operating system to Windows 10. The registered Adobe Acrobat Pro XI always stop working and reported error.

  12. Your customer support chat is IMPOSSIBLE to find, sends me in endless useless circles, and redirects me to useless forum articles having nothing to do with my situation. I actually had to trick your system about my situation to get to support chat. My company pays handsomely for this software, which includes chat support, and should not have to waste time as such. We have over 150 licenses with ya'll and you left us hung out to dry. This is not acceptable customer service. Correct immediately.

  13. I am offered to try Adobe Acrobat Pro DC for 7 days. When I click the try-it-free button in the Adobe letter sent to me, then accept an installation, I find that I have no days left to try! See pictures.

  14. Please make it possible to Roam the User's login from PC to PC in a networked environment. My users sometimes move from desk to desk so it is frustrating to have the users login/logout every time they go to a new PC. We would like them to be able to log in once and then be auto-logged into every other machine they sign on to with their networked login (roaming profile).

  15. I was using a different program as the default program to open documents but I don't like it so I want to go back to Adobe but I can't figure out how to change it, it doesn't give me the option to make it the default program even though I deleted the other program, now it defaults to Preview.

  18. When using JavaScript flattenPages use of the named parameters does not work. Using this.flattenPages(0, 5) will flatten pages 1 through 6 of an 8 page document but this.flattenPages({nStart: 0, nEnd: 6}) flattens all pages.

    Acrobat Pro subscription 2017.009,2044, Windows 10 Home 64 bit.

  19. Acrobat DC Pro does not recognize NVIDIA high-end Workstation GPU on Optimus- enabled Dell mobile workstations. EVERY other software does, just not Adobe's. Please Fix!

    We use many of these systems for Engineering and purchase many Adobe Acrobat pro for Workstations. Looking for other options due to Adobe's poor GPU performance.
