  1. pop-up

    Before the update, I used to be able to post and close my text-selection pop-up by clicking on an image in the document. Now I have to hit both "Post" and "X" to do this. As I post tens to hundreds of text-selection pop-ups in a given document, this has added unnecessary steps and tons of tedium to my task.

    Please either restore the default post-and-save-by-clicking-on-image (or another part of the document) feature, or please add a post-and-save hotkey, because this is inefficient.

  2. Looks like Garbage, Painful to Use

    Your new interface is complete garbage. I have been using this software for years, and while I have been able to adapt to a lot of changes, you swapping the location of the bookmarks and tools is completely unwarranted and terrible. This is literally painful to look at. Who ever thought this was a good idea should go live in computer purgatory with that stupid Microsoft paperclip.

  6. Printing in greyscale doesnt work

    Printing in grayscale (black and white) has not worked for many months now. If you want to print a document or graphic product, you can select “print in grayscale”, but this does nothing. You are therefore forced to activate black and white printing via the extended interface under Properties -> MyTab -> Select color -> Grayscale. I reported this bug to Adobe months ago, but so far nothing has happened. This bug also only occurs in the Pro version, which is a pity as you pay a lot of money for the products.   7. PUT THE TOOLS BACK THE WAY THEY WERE.

    Put the ******* toolbars back. Move the Left sidebar BACK onto the right side. Put the right sidebar BACK onto the left.

    Stop ******* with things that aren't broken. It makes me hate your products more than I already do. Knock it off, and stop breaking **** that doesn't need to break just so you can keep your miserable jobs.

  9. CHANGE THE USER INTERFACE BACK TO PREVIOUS VERSION

    I detest this radical change in your user interface for Acrobat. You have destroyed a good product that I use dozens of time a day. There is zero benefit for me from the messed up interface and all manner of difficulty.

  10. Check for Accessiblity ignores RowSpan/ColSpan tags in Attribute Classes

    Some tagged PDF tables have RowSpan/ColSpan for data cells (<TD> tags) defined in Attribute Classes. While these correctly appear in the tag properties under attribute classes, the "Check for Accessibility" feature ignores it.

    To reproduce the issue, have a table with a cell spanning multiple rows or columns. Have the correct RowSpan/ColSpan tag under an attribute class instead of a direct attribute object. Run "Check for accessibility."

    A small PDF showing this problem is attached. In particular the data cell in the second row with entry "1/2(2T+1)" is correctly tagged as spanning two rows with an attribute class.

    AI Assistant - Request remaining issue.

    1) Clicking the button "Subscribe now", uses a trial request (If I have 5, next to click the button I have 4).
    2) You must offer higher number of trial requests. Currently, you are not allowing to evaluate all features. Now I have only 1 request!!

  17. Can't Find First/Last Page Buttons

    Where are those buttons hiding now? There should be buttons to take you to the first or last page of a document. Previously you had to turn them on, but I can't find where to turn them on now with this awful UI. Someone mentioned finding a way to put it back to the old UI, how is that done?

  20. Snapshot tool

    Make the snap shot camera tool available again. I always need to make clear images out of PDFs for our web page. By removing the Snapshot tool there is NO WAY TO MAKE SHARP IMAGES THAT MEET OUR REQUIREMENTS! Put the Snapshot tool back or tell me where the _____ it is hiding in the latest versions of Acrobat.
