Editing Adobe Sign Documents Before anyone signs in Workflows. You need to allow people to edit email addresses, documents, etc before anyone signs just like you do in the Send tab but for Workflows.10 votes
Thanks for the explanation on the problem. We will take a look at it and keep you posted.
I would like to delete multiple old signed agreements at one time from my adobe sign account. Right now, I can only delete one at a time. This is labor intensive. I would like to delete multiple at once. Thank you.2 votes
Hi I'm having continual issues with using the Redact and Combine tools. Whenever I use these tools and attempt to save the document, I get the wheel of death and have to force close Adobe. When I go to where I saved the document, I get an error message saying "There was an error opening this document. The file is damaged and could not be repaired."1 vote
Several of our clients who use Adobe Acrobat Pro DC have complained of issues printing PDF's. After troubleshooting the issue we found the cause to be the Enhanced Security option located in Security (Enhanced) in the Preferences. If this option is enabled, disabling it allows our staff to print. We even came to a point where we had to enable it and then disable it to fix printing. This issue seems to have started several weeks ago.

It would be nice if the pen/pencil tool in the comment tool set didn't auto-smooth a fraction of a second after the pen stroke. I fill out some PDF forms on a regular basis which are then emailed. I love maintaining a paperless workflow but a lot of my writing is in small-ish print (approx 10-12pt) at moderately high zoom levels and I find at that scale that if I'm not very careful about stroke speed and technique, the smoothing feature modifies character shapes in bizarre ways. Periods (".") and the dots on i's and j's don't take unless I draw them as a little scribble. I would love to be able to write naturally with fluid strokes that render the way I draw them. This seems to be a very commonly desired feature so I wouldn't be surprised if it's been requested before (I searched and only found one request, which I voted for). A prime example of how I think the inking experience should be can be found in Microsoft OneNote. Pressure-sensitive variability in strokes would be a huge perk as well, bringing the experience even closer to traditional pen-and-paper performance.
Also, the eraser is buggy in that it takes several attempts to completely erase something I've written; first, second, and third attempts frequently leave little artifacts of the strokes which seems like very odd behavior. It should delete all ink (partial strokes) under the eraser stroke, or at very least delete every stroke (entire strokes) touched by the eraser stroke. I'm using a Microsoft Surface Pro (1st gen) with a subscription to Acrobat DC (version 2017.012.20098); considering the proliferation of these kind of devices I know a lot of people would appreciate these improvements.

The "Find" Pop-up on the right-upper corner obstructs document viewing and it's very annoying. Whenever I need to see what's behind that pop-up, I need to esc to close the pop-up and Cmd+F again to commence with search.
I'm using the Mac OS version of Acrobat DC.8 votes
How do I highlight test in Reading Mode or Full Screen mode? As far as I see, the highlighting tool (and probably many other tools) switch off in these screen modes and even the pin button does not change this.2 votes
The option to clear all the fields on a form has been removed. I have a form that I re-use for various jobs, and now I must manually clear all of the fields in the form in order to fill it out afresh. The deletion of this feature irritates me mightily.12 votes
We would like to know, how were you using “clear all fields” option? Was it a button or a menu item?
Reader cannot “Edit/Modify” PDF and hence “Reset Form” is not available in Reader. As long as you didn’t save the form (as you mentioned), you can use the following command in Acrobat Reader: File > Revert.
“Clear Form/Reset Form” can only be added via Acrobat. You can ask the author of the form to add a button using Form Fields Properties > Actions > Reset Forms.
And, if you are the author, you can clear it from Tools > Prepare Forms > More Options > Clear Form.
I hope this resolves your issue. If not, please share details for more information.
when adding a simple text comment, there is no functionality of right justifying the text (or anything other than left justify for that matter). It would be great to be able to do that, much like one can if one uses a text box comment.2 votes
Acrobat DC doesn't remember settings of action "Create PDF file from scanner", in Output: i have to manually select "Multiple files" instead of the default "One File",
and when saving files at the end of the scan, i have each time to change the default acrobat directory.5 votes
Thanks for reporting your concern. This is the designed behavior as of now.
We will look into this and inform you if fixed.
I use iCloud Drive for file sharing and iCloud Drive is not listed as an option of connected cloud storage.20 votes
Open a PDF document with Arabic content.
This PDF was generated from InDesign CC2017. Arabic fonts used is a good True Type and OpenType fonts. Macintosh 10.11.2 / Acrobat DC Build: 15.23.20056.213124
When exporting to MS Office format, we expect to have a decent conversion as we see with PDFs that has English content.
I opened resulted Word document in MS. Word on Windows, Text Edit on Mac, Apple Preview. The result varies, but generally Arabic text doesn't convert properly, most words scrambled and fragmented.
Add option to disable auto email of sent documents. It is annoying to get 100's of unecessary emails if you don't need notification of sent docs..9 votes
In previous versions of Acrobat, it was a LOT easier to see which comment on a page was selected. There sue to be marching ants. Now, there is just a thin blue line that doesn't march. Please bring back the marching ants so it's easier to see what is selected. Our eyes aren't getting any younger!8 votes
Whenever I use "File → Save as Other → Reader Extended PDF → Enable More Tools (Includes form fill-in & save)" to save my form. The form in the resulting file cannot be edited. Why? This effectively causes me to have to maintain three copies of my PDF forms: One with no form controls, one converted to a form, and one with More Tools enabled.1 vote
When creating a signature for example drawning your own. Would be great if you could add a feature to save the exactly same signature across your devices. Because you want the signature that you draw look the same.5 votes

I would like to be able to adjust the leading for multi-scroll fillable type. I often have to adjust my art in InDesign so that the type matches the lines on forms.3 votes
When adding text, the new text is sometimes behind boxes and cannot be moved forward as in indesign.1 vote
Select the text box, right click and select Arrange → Bring to Front.
Let us know if that works.
