   Who at Adobe thought that it would be a good idea to have a floating toolbar that the user cannot dock, cannot flip horizontally, and, critically, cannot choose to hide? It blocks readable document content and is very annoying.

4. How have you managed to make what should be such a simple program so bloated, slow and annoying.

   Why does it always default to THREE almost never used menus opening every single time I open the app? Literally every single time I want to just look at a PDF I have to close three distracting and/or pointless menus of features we never use but you're presumably trying to ram down our throats?

   Why does it default to 'fit to width' view, even when you're viewing a portrait format file on a widescreen high resolution screen? Can someone give adobe the message it isn't 1998 anymore? Take a wild guess at what someone is trying to do when they open a portrait PDF with font size 20 on a widescreen HD screen...

   Why are features, menus and toolbars seemingly scattered around at random in SIX zones? I literally could have designed a better UI in highschool and this is the best Adobe can come up with?

   And don't get me started on the usual ramming AI down our throats.

5. Arreglar este error: “Este sistema no ofrece voz en Español”

   Since Acrobat 2024, on macOS (I'm currently using Tahoe), it no longer recognizes Spanish voices. I have Acrobat set to Spanish and a Spanish reading voice installed on my system. Before Acrobat Pro 2024 or 2025, this was ok for reading in Spanish, but now it says there's no voice on the system, which isn't true; it simply doesn't recognize it and reads in English. Shame on you, Adobe; this affects accessibility for people. Please fix this.

6. Add color to custom pallet replaces previously added color

   When changing color of text, line, highlight, etc. and adding a new user color to custom pallet, the newly added color replaces previously added color. So you only one custom color and the rest of the square color slots are filled with black colors.

   When clicking on a hyperlink to access a non-Public document on Amazon AWS S3, the document will not open ONLY when the Adobe Acrobat Extension is enabled. When the extension is disabled the document will open.

9. Get rid of AI Assistant Summaries for Creative Writing

   Have a button to completely turn off AI assistant - especially for creative writing. I write and teach poetry and flash fiction, and when students sent me a number of their poems, or when I work on my chapbook of poetry, it infuriates me every time to see the stupid message saying that it's a long document and asking if I want a summary. I DO NOT WANT A SUMMARY OF A COLLECTION OF POETRY. Nor do I want a summary of any of my creative writing materials that I open in Acrobat every day.

10. I had a PDF that looked like a spreadsheet. I asked AI to add all the copays for 2023 and 2024. It kept leaving out numbers.

    Why can't it add a simply column of numbers without leaving out a bunch of them? And why can't it just generate all the numbers in that column into a copy bod that I can copy into Excel?

    Simply allow me to actually highlight the text I drag my mouse over. Stop telling me what you think I really want highlighted and just let me highlight what I, the person paying for this program and "dumber than AI" want highlighted on my file.

13. Improve scan/converting to editable document -- identify lines and boxes

    I scan documents using a copier/printer/scanner. Often, I am scanning forms that include underlined spaces for someone's signature, or text that is surrounded by a box. When I use Adobe Pro "edit" to convert them from images to editable text, the conversion never recognizes the lines as discrete objects. Instead, they are lumped with the background as one large, page-sized image. This means I can't delete the nearly-white background without losing signature and other blank, lined spaces or boxes around text.

    Please improve the Scan and Edit features so that they recognize the difference between lines that are part of the text and background images/dust/etc. Thank you.

14. Enough with the popup menus!

    Adobe PLEASE! Stop the menu popups everytime we click on an element when editing PDFs! Let us do that if we need to by right click. It disturbs our workflow especially when resizing an image it blocks the corners when resizing. Put all menus on the side by default, don't float it, don't make it appear when clicked. It is annoying like a popup ad. If you like those, we don't. So just make it optional and can be checked in the settings or preferences.

    Again, please don't make a menu popup when clicking an element in PDF editing mode. Remove all floating menus by default as they are blocking the work area. Put all menus docked on the sides or top or bottom of the application.

16. Error al visualizar el texto en PDF

    Buen día,
    El inconveniente es que al momento de transformar un documento de word a PDF. Cuando abro el archivo de PDF en adobe no permite visualizar el texto no reconoce ninguna de las letras por lo que lo muestra con pequeños cuadros continuos como muestro en la imagen. Probé con otro programa para abrir PDF como lo es Xodo y abre perfectamente, lo que me hace entender que el problema esta en Adobe. Agradezco una posible solución.

17. Please make my life easier

    1. I would like to be able to prepopulate the Layout and Magnification options under Initial View in Document Properties and also the language in the Advanced tab.
    2. I use to be able to see the file size for my recent documents on the home page...I can't anymore. Sad face.
    3. When I OCR, sometimes images are rotated. I would like for there to be an option where the images are left alone after the OCR.
    4. Scrolling among the languages for the OCR is challenging.

It is feasible to export email from Thunderbird on any Windows OS (Windows 7, 8, 11, etc.) edition. It also gives demo facility so users can convert 25 Thunderbird files for free of cost. The independent nature of this app enables to export email data from Thunderbird without Thunderbird. Also this app makes it permissible to convert Thunderbird based items like EML, MBOX, etc.
