"Clear all" no longer working in comment filters
Lately, once I have filtered comments (eg, by commenter or by checkmark) I cannot clear those filters unless I 1) check all filter boxes or 2) close and reopen the document. Choosing "Clear all" does nothing but close the filter drop down, and only the filtered comments remain showing.

Option for setting quality or DPI when using Export to Image on PDF Services API
PDF Services API currently has no option to specify the image quality when exporting a PDF to an image. The default resolution is very low quality, and not fit for purpose for enterprise scenarios.
Acrobat itself has the option to specify image quality, and this is a critical feature for the API so that we could leverage this functionality programmatically.

IGNORE DOCUMENT RESIZING PROPERTIES option in Acrobat's settings
What we need is the option to disable this behavior that you described in your post.
<snip>
"The way a PDF file opens, like its zoom level, layout, or whether the window resizes is usually set by the person who creates the file. These settings are saved inside the PDF itself and control how it appears when opened by others."
</snip>We do not care how the creator of the file wanted it to appear when opened.
What we want is for the file to open nicely in our window, behave itself and not to trigger the resize and relocate…

How I Saved Money Using the Southwest Airline Low Fare Calendar
I used the Southwest Airline Low Fare Calendar for a recent trip, and it completely changed how I look for flights. Instead of running endless searches, the calendar showed me the cheapest fares for the entire month in one view. I was planning a trip to Dallas, and by moving my departure from Friday to Thursday, I saved almost $90. That’s money I could spend on the trip itself instead of airfare. It’s so straightforward and doesn’t require much effort. The only thing to watch is that the lowest fares sell out fast, so once you find a deal, book…

Bug opening .pdx files since version 25.1.20756
Bug opening .pdx files since version 25.1.20756
Attempting to open a .pdx file causes Acrobat to open as a process in Task Manager, without opening the Acrobat application itself. Acrobat is then unresponsive, and will not load when the user attempts to open a .pdf or open Acrobat via the Start Menu. The user must end the process in Task Manager before Acrobat will open again.
This issue first appeared in version 25.1.20756 and is still present in version 25.1.20844. The last working version is version 25.1.20531.
Tested using 64-bit version of Adobe Acrobat running on Windows 11 25H2 build…

Allow Acrobat Updates Through Creative Cloud App (or Pop-up Notifications) For Easier Updating
Currently, Acrobat updates don’t show up in the Creative Cloud app like they do for Photoshop or Premiere Pro. You can manually check for updates inside Acrobat, but it doesn’t always show an update, and there’s no popup or alert in either the Acrobat app or CC to notify you when one is available. It's a very annoying experience overall.
It would be much easier if Acrobat updates appeared directly in the Creative Cloud app, so all apps could be updated together and users would get notified. Alternatively, Acrobat could provide its own update notifications within the app, like how…

Best Practices for Exporting CSV Contact Data to VCF Format
There are some best practices you should follow when moving contact data from a CSV file to a VCF (Virtual Contact File) format. This will make sure the process goes smoothly and the data is proper. Here are the steps and advice you should follow-
Why Convert CSV to VCF?
People often store contact information in CSV files, which are just plain text files with rows and columns for each contact's information. VCF, on the other hand, is a more specialized file that is used in many contact management systems, such as email clients and smartphones. If you convert your…

Bug/Javascript editor
critical bug - running Acrobat Pro - Enterprise (Continuous Release) Version 2025.001.20756 on Windows 11
When in Prepare a Form, I am unable to edit the calculated script. I went to preferences and ensured Acrobat JavaScript is enabled, along with menu items, global security policy, debugger and interactive console. Use Acrobat JavaScript Editor is selected.
I am unable to edit existing calculated script from the Properties dialog, and I am unable to make changes in the console.
This has been happening since last week. I was able to close and restart yesterday and get it to work sometimes, but it…

Please add support to use the 'prepare form' tool through the Web Version of Adobe Acrobat.
Please add support to use the 'prepare form' tool through the Web Version of Adobe Acrobat. This would be immensely useful for work/office settings where sharing a computer network slows certain processes related to downloading applications. As a paying customer I would like to access such a tool. Even just a streamlined version that allows minimal edits to checkbox properties in particular would be very convenient. Thank you for considering.

Max font size and line weight for comments are too small
When adding comments (text, lines, arrows, etc.) to pdf pages containing hi-rez pictures, maximum available font size (72 px), line thickness (12 px) are not enough. Comments look too small, too tiny. Please add much bigger margins for comment elements sizes.
