  1. Adobe Sign is not working 8/18/17 for sending any documents. We have tried sending from multiple accounts and a variety of different documents. We have tried using the workflows and just the Send button. It gives back this message: Adobe Sign was unable to create your agreement because the document could not be thumbnailed. Please let me know you need more information.

  2. I just installed CS6 Design & Web Premium but Acrobat Pro fails to install - period. I've tried 4 times now with the same failure (see attached screenshot). The website says I have 90 days of "Chat and Phone support" - but the support website is in an infinite loop - you never get a button to "chat" and no phone number is ever offered. How do I get help getting this installed?

  3. I NEED TIMES NEW ROMAN FOR FONT. What is the use of being able to edit your PDF if u have to convert it back to word for font !

  4. I am using Adobe Acrobat on a Surface Pro 2. The scaling is horrible, with dialog boxes too big for the screen and options inaccessible. I gather the height of the Surface Screen is not within your specification. Please can you enhance the dialog boxex so they display fully on the screen. I also use Captivate and this is fine. Dialog boxes display properly.

  5. If I am working for several hours in acrobat dc, the organize feature will show only blank pages... no content. I have to close the program and restart it to view the images. It will work for about 20-30 minutes and then do the same thing. UGH.

    Sorry for such a delayed response on this and for the trouble you were going through.
    I tried using the tool with several files and could not see the issue.
    Can you please try upgrading your Acrobat to the latest version and see if that resolves the issue for you.

    If not, can you please share the file(s) where this happens.
    This would help us in investigating the issue faster.

  6. I have created a PDF file from an Excel Workbook. Each tab in the workbook has a range name that is in the "rows to repeat at top". I have a table of contents that hyperlinks to each of these range names in each worksheet. When the PDF is created, sometimes a worksheet will become 2 pages. The hyperlink shows at the top of both pages (because it is in the "rows to repeat at top"). When I click on the hyperlink in my table of contents, it always goes to the range name in the second page rather than…

  7. 以前のバージョンの場合、必要な文章の一部をドラッグすれば、テキスト化されて利用できました。今は、全体を一度テキスト化してから、コピペする形となり、非常に不便を感じています。現在のやり方が悪いのか、それとも、ソフト的にそのような使い方を想定していないのか。次回のソフト改善の際に、そのような使い方ができるように改良お願いします。

  8. When I use the Google Drive File Picker in Adobe Sign and trying to search, the result is always blank. The same search in Google Drive shows the files I'm looking for.
    macOS 10.12.6 using Chrome Version 60.0.3112.90.
    The problem occurs on different adobe sign accounts and different laptops.

    We apologise for the issue you are facing. We need some more information from you to be able to investigate this further:
    1. Do you see a completely blank file picker dialog? Or you see the file list but search returns 0 results in Google Drive files?
    2. Can you please try quitting all Chrome browser instances (check that no Chrome instance is running in activity monitor) and then re-try?
    3. Do you observe the same on Windows too?

  9. Once someone enters a global signature block in Adobe Sign under Email Settings you need to make sure to not smash all the words together. If someone puts a new line in the signature block preserve that structure, such as:
    Phone
    Email...
    Not PhoneEmail...

  11. I need to be able to create a document where the images we include can not be screenshot and the searched for in google image search (thus enabling the person I am sending the PDF to to go to competitor websites who have the same images as us). So either no screenshot allowed or the ability to change the images we have sufficiently that google image will not find it.

  12. Acrobat Pro DC 2017, Mac running Sierra 10.12.6. Starting with three single-page PDFs created out of Illustrator. Create>Combine files into single PDF, Add open files creates a single page file of the second file added, ignoring the additional two files. If I do not have the files open and use Create>Combine files and navigate to the files in the Finder, nothing happens at all. No error messages, no crash. As always, these commands work fine in Acrobat Pro XI.

    I am sorry for the inconvenience you are facing. Can you elaborate on the issues you are facing with Acrobat DC?

  15. I created a date field, called VersionDate, as a Custom Document Property in Word. The field is displayed in the document footer. When I converted the document to PDF, the date changes from July 25, 2017 to July 24, 2017. I tried converting from Word plugin, Acrobat DC, and the Adobe PDF Services website, and each one sets the date back one day, but the Microsoft plugin also changes the format (from July 25, 2017 to 7/24/2017 (especially annoying since Australia does not use the U.S. date format).

    Hi Gabreille,

    If you open your Word document and go to Print Preview mode (Word→Print, select any printer and check the preview), you can see that the date changes to one day back. Adobe Acrobat has not come into picture till this point. It is the custom date field that is behaving incorrectly in Word.

  17. When we (in my company) sign documents with "fill and sign", we get following instant message; " When you save a form with signature or initials you will no longer be able to edit the existing form fields". This is perfect! BUT; this is not true! Even after the document is saved, others can change anything in the document, and even delete the signature!!!?!! Should be possible to choose if others should be able to sign (as multiple signatures often is needed), or if it should be totally locked for any editing after signing!

  18. I have had the most unimaginably bad customer experience today with you products. I bought a new computer (MacBook) and attempted to load the software I purchased in 2015. For the last 8 hours I (or one of our people here at our company) have been trying to contact you or work through your chat capability or simply follow some instructions (not findable) to complete this simple task. No success. Could you please have someone contact me as soon as possible.

  20. Often I'll have 5-10 documents open at once - they are constantly in use. When I close Acrobat they are all closed. and when I re open Acrobat I need to reopen all the documents. It would be nice if it would veryt simply open all of the files open when it was last closed.
