The View - New Acrobat experience breaks Edit - Add Text
The New Acrobat Pro experience has broken the Edit - Add Text feature.
In the old experience, if one clicked on the "Edit" icon then all existing objects such as text boxes would be shown and one could edit text inside them. If one clicked on the "Add Text" icon then those existing objects would no longer show their boxes nor be editable so one could position the cursor over such a box and add text which would create a new text box. Would love to see in the VIP Console which users actually activated their subscriptions. It used to be available. Also, usage reports. Crucial in knowing who is using the product.

New update is bad
The new update does not allow custom colours for highlighting, clicked on one of their default colours and lost my original highlight colour forever... thanks Adobe

Provision Automated Cloud Data Migration Tool for Acrobat DC Pro users
If you switch from an Adobe ID to Federated ID to leverage Azure SSO, Acrobat DC Pro users will lose access to their files in the Adobe Cloud. There is an automated too for Creative Cloud users to automatically migrate the data, but not for Acrobat DC Pro users. This limitation is a huge issue for enterprises that want to migrate to using Single Sign-On.

Split Pages Output Options Bug
Ever since the update my work computer got for Adobe Acrobat - splitting invoices has been even more time consuming. There's this new bug where every time I change my output options it doesn't save and defaults to "the same folder selected at start." This happens every time. I have to repeat this process a second time for the location to save. Also whenever I close output options window, the "Split" window should not close after I make my selection. This was not an issue in the previous version of Adobe I had.

Bug with appending emails in new update
We convert our emails to pdf directly from outlook and append these files with later emails. This creates portfolios that used to list emails. The new update organizes these emails by sender and inbox. However, there is not option to navigate around this organization. I can open the emails for a given sender, but cannot then navigate back.

Put the screen menu options back where they were and add the new features ther.
I am frustrated by the view or placement changes of the menu. It seems the menu items on the top left (save, print, tools, etc.) are now on the right and the items on the right (editing menu) are now on the left side. Automatically I go to the left to get something and find it has been moved and have to look on the right, I am searching back and forth all day, very frustrating. I like the new editing features, but just leave the menus where they were and where we are used to it being. Your new…

When combining files in Acrobat there is a new pop-up ”Confirm Security”. I am combining multiple pages, it take too much time to check all
Please remove this step or add a box to check all items in bulk. It takes too much time and is annoying when working with a 20+ pages document

Mouse Scroll wheel - press for panning
When working in CAD / DTP programs in Windows, almost all use scroll wheel also as panning tool (hand) when wheel is pressed down. As page manipulation is one of basic actions when viewing maps, plans etc. in Acrobat, it is very annoying that Acrobat acts differently as other programs.

Witam, po każdy otwarciu pdf wyskakuje okienko wszystkie narzędzia i za każdym razem trzeba je zamykać by był lepszy widok na dokument. Opcja preferencje=>dokumenty=>zapamiętaj bieżący stan panelu narzędzi nie działa mimo że w starszych wersjach działała be problemu.

HIDE THE 'All tools' PANE!
With the latest version of Adobe Acrobat the setting that previously worked to disable the Tools Pane on startup no longer works. This was obviously not added to regression testing procedures. I could not even take a screenshot of the Adobe Acrobat Reader version AS IT DISAPPEARS THE MOMENT I SELECT THE Microsoft Snipping tool!!! So ... via my smartphone camera, it's Continuous Release | Version 2023.003.20284 | 64-bit. I am using Windows 10 with latest updates.

Fill & Sign only works with side panel open
Similar to the bug labeled 'fill and sign', but I have more details to share:
1) The old Fill & Sign icon was in a side panel on the right. The Fill & Sign icon could be selected and should the side panel be collapsed, the Fill capability would still work.
2) Now the ability to collapse the side panel and still use Fill capability is no longer an option. For the current Fill & Sign to work the new side panel must remain open.

UI
I genuinely am not enjoying the new UI on Adobe. It is clunky, time-consuming, not intuitive, and really quite difficult to navigate. I know it's new, but I've been using it for weeks now and really am struggling with it.
