Email confirmations when submitting a web form
When submitting a web form adobe will ask for your email address, sometimes you accidently misspell your email and the form is then lost. Adobe should add a feature where the form publisher can toggle an option to where the form signer has to type in their email twice or confirm their email to avoid this issue.

Allow signers to be removed if they have not yet signed
I understand protecting a document after a signer(s) has completed his/her signature. However, pdf creator should be able to remove a signer(s) should their signature no longer be required (based on the signer not signing the pdf yet). Additionally, this functionality should be doable on desktop software vs forcing user to do it online/cloud.

Combine Files - Closing w/out Saving Alert
On older verisons of Acrobat, when triggering the combine files function, if you exited and closed the app without combining or saving the files it would give you an alert. On DC it does not and ive accidentally closed out of a ton of times where I'm half way through moving files around, combining and then accidentally close it and have to start all over. Should be an easy feature to re-add.

When printing "Multiple", cannot edit margins in Page Setup
Bug: Cannot edit the margins when printing "Multiple" in Acrobat Pro.
- Open a PDF file in Acrobat Pro.
- Select Print>Adobe PDF.
- Select Multiple.
- (Set whatever settings you want, example: Custom 1 by 2.)
- Click Page Setup.
- The Margins are fixed at 1" and they are NOT editable.
Bug: The margins must be editable. There is too much wasted white space.
Refer to the attached screen shot with notations.

Set Transaction Limits for Groups
There are many institutions that want to use AdobeSign, but are wondering how to track the number of transactions purchased by each department. If we were able to set a transaction limit within the group this would be very beneficial. The same idea is already in place for Adobe Stock with the credits.

Remove the Acrobat print dialog
Please make it possible to deselect the Acrobat print dialog and instead use the native print settings only.
It would save a ton of misprints and wasted paper.
All other apps can make it work, so I believe you can too.2 votes -
Add last updated time on delete agreement page
Please add the last updated time to the last updated field on the Privacy page so people can easily identify the date and time of the agreements to delete. It is because it is quite difficult to identify the correct file to delete if users accidentally created the same file name with the same date but different time. Thank you.

Syncronized scroll
Would be great to have native support for syncronized scrolling - so if i have two+ open PDFs, can scroll pages syncronized, i.e. hit Page Down key and both PDFs go down a page, currently have to click in one PDF, page down, then click second PDF and page down - very cumbersome

Dark Mode/Fillable Forms
Not only does Acrobat need a Dark Mode, it needs to be compatible with fillable forms. Bright white screens are ******* the eyes, and it's not fair to our eyeballs to change the fillable forms box to BLACK whenever we change to custom colors to ease the glare from the screen. We can't see what we're typing, We need this feature!

Retain currency formatting when Requesting Signatures
When requesting signatures on a PDF form with currency fields, the currency formatting disappears when the form is sent for signatures. Specifically, I have a requisition form with item costs, shipping, tax, and total amount that are formatted to display the dollar sign and decimal places. Once the requisition is filled out, it is sent for approval signatures using 'Request Signatures'. After specifying the email address to send to and right-clicking the 'Specify where to sign' button, the dollar sign and commas disappear. This is a bug and should be fixed.

How to remove the black village from scanners
If you are scanning a document, with many pages, you do not lower the scanner lid (to speed up scanning), but this causes a black stripe to form at the edges of the text. Now you can select the text and images excluding the black border; If you want to obtain a document with the same format, for example an A5 (without black borders) this is not possible with this program, because if you report it in A5 format, the black border is revised. It should be easy to delete the outside of the selection. Sincerely

OCR should recognize industry standard OCR characters and optical scan/reader codes
Acrobat DC for Mac's OCR continuously mis-recognizes standardized OCR characters such as those on checks and commercial forms. Those characters are designed to be highly readable at high speed and a standard quality scan (let alone a high quality one) should be sufficient for proper recognition by Acrobat.
Similarly, it routinely tries to translate address codes (the string of full and half-height vertical bars used by postal readers to sort mail), even if it does occasionally recognize the entire code as one "word." Fortunately, it usually includes it for review, but it shouldn't be difficult to recognize the standardized format,…

Improve options for user review and correction of OCR
The user review feature of OCR allows limited correction of Acrobat's low-confidence recognition instances. After--or separate from--that process, users should be allowed to correct any recognized text--often, even when using the review feature, words are broken up, making search difficult. Users should be able to combine or split Acrobat's character groupings--to separate or connect those text blocks to match the word / sentence structure for proper searching. Basic Machine Learning (and even decades old OCR) used dictionary matching to help assess the probability of correct interpretation--this also should be able to determine that "correction" is a more likely translation than…
