  1. Exporting JPG Not Consistent

    Exporting a multi-page document to JPG produces a first page having a larger dimensions and higher resolution than the pages 2 through n. All JPG pages should have the same properties.

  2. Labels No Longer Works in Version 14.7

    After updating to Premier Pro version 14.7 (Windows OS 10 Pro) labelling clips no longer works. Only in “Freeform View” do the label colors show, not in “List View.” Had to downgrade to version 14.5 to get labeling function to return. FYI, most editors use the labeling function to organize clips.

  3. Translator inside

    Please incorporate a language translator into your application, similar to the many web browsers have, it would be a really useful and beneficial application for all users. Thanks and regards.

  4. Ability to have a pen or circle annotation tool locked open for a user to mark something in an Acrobat file.

    I have a PDF with the image of the human body that I would like tossed to my clients that they can circle with the oval or draw annotation tool to indicate where on their body they are experiencing pain. They should not have to know how to open the commenting tool and find the oval or drawing function. I want it to be in place ready for them to use.

  7. BUG : EXC_CRASH (SIGABRT)

    When opening attached pdf file using Acrobat DC Pro on Mac, I encounter this error. Note that the file opens correctly in acrobat reader on the same computer.
    Expected result : file opens correctly in Acrobat DC Pro.

  8. Buttons on Acrobat Pro DC Start Disappearing

    I use Adobe Acrobat Pro DC a lot for my job, the fill and sign option, for about 5 - 6 hours a day. At least 2 times a day, randomly, I will try to access the fill and sign toolbar and as I scroll over the buttons, they just start disappearing. Luckily I have memorized the ones I need and can still save, shut the program down and reopen it. But, seriously....should I really even need to do that?

    Hi,

    Thanks for sharing your feedback. is it possible for you to share a snapshot of the toolbar? Also does this happens with every PDF file?

  9. Comment Function - text shows <100% transparent

    Text entered using the Commenting feature shows up with some level of transparency less than 100% - I would guess it is 50-60% transparent. And I can't adjust it to show 100%. in order to get 100% black or colored text, I need to use the Editing feature.

  11. Dialog box opens on the wrong screen

    When trying to customize the Quick Tools toolbar, the dialog box opened on a different monitor than the application. I didn't realize that and force quit the application because it looked like it froze. Only after reopening did I realize what was happening.
    It would be nice if it consistently opened in the same monitor the application is open in. I tried this with the display maximized and not maximized and it didn't make a difference.

  12. Problems with update

    The fill and sign will not longer work ever since there was a new update. I updated the software thinking that was causing the problem. It is not. The fill and sign feature will not complete - the system just says it is 70% complete. This used to be a great feature to obtain signatures this way and we've had a monthly software subscription for just this. However, given recent issues I will be looking for other solutions to obtain remote signatures on documents.

  14. i want to cancel my sub without paying

    i want to cancel my sub because it was made by mistake and i already lost 36 euros due to this and now you are telling me that if i want to unsubscribe i need to pay 92 euros are you kidding me? i already lost my christmas money due to this

  15. Document Language translation and conversion

    Acrobat DC doesn't have the language translation and conversion of document as required language.
    Ex: German document to be translated English/any other language . Presently translation is done by online source or scan/edit text by google translate.
    Better if Acrobat built this option for both translate and conversion pdf document for language.

  16. My created Document's are not permitting me to add recipients or the domain is being blocked from view.

  17. Authentication - Continual Signout

    Consistently having a problem with Acrobat. Randomly I will be signed out and the program will close. Sometimes it will ask if I want to save before I close, but only some times.

    I sign back in, and within a minute or two I am signed out again.
