1. Crashes upon Save after inserting signature

   I am running Acrobat Pro 2020 version 2020.001.30018 (most current version per the software) on OS 11.0.1 Big Sur.

   I have had this problem numerous times with at least 5-6 different forms (for example, self-created from Word, IRS-generated forms, etc.) in the last month. I open a form and complete fields and save it - no problem. Then I insert a signature - no problem. BUT, when I then try to save again (after insertion of signature jpg, always the final step), the Adobe window goes blank and I see the infinite spinning wheel. The only option is to force quit.

   I'm not seeing any other reports of this issue.

2. Show Key Usage on "Sign with a Digital ID" prompt

   Requesting that the Certificate Key Usage be presented on the "Sign with a Digital ID" prompt. Being able to see the key usage would ensure users are picking the certificate with Non-Repudiation in environments where users have two certificates with Digital Signatures.

   Attached is an example of the current prompt and an example of the desired prompt.

3. signature was not on the document even though it was signed

   I sent a document to be signed. When I looked at it afterwards, it didn't look signed. When I tried to amend it, it wouldn't let me because it said it had been signed.

6. Comment display filtering to hide unwanted items could be simpler. Also, a filtering in progress indicator is needed

   A file may have many types of comments, many colors, many authors, etc. If one wants to hide only one variety (e.g., the color red), one has to select all but the red dot and then press the Apply button for the filtered selections.
   This would be simpler if one could select only the red dot and press a new Exclude button/function. Further, Apply and Exclude could be combined to mimic an electrical (ON | OFF) switch.

   For very large files with many comments, filtering consumes a lot of time. For shared files on servers, the time is magnified by the back and forth between the server and the user's pc. It would be useful to have an in progress indication that shows filtering activity or the lack thereof.

7. Get rid of the home page or at lease make it optional in preferances.

   Make it an option in the preferences to have the home page not appear. I believe it is universally hated by most of your users, including me. It's incredibly frustrating.

9. thumbnails do not show on windows explorer despite enabling this option in Adobe Reader Preferences and windows explorer

   PDF thumbnails do not show on windows explorer despite enabling "Enable PDF thumbnail previews in Windows Explorer" and enabling the thumbnail preview on "View" Options in Windows Explorer.

   I really need a fix for this issue.

11. Admin Portal User

    In the Admin Console, please add the date fields of installed and last logged in for each user along with the device type/serial number for all software administered. All of our other online portals offer this the dates and most include the devices.

12. Add ability to search across all open PDFs

    I would like the ability to keyword search all currently open PDFs, regardless of their storage location.

    It is frustrating to have a group of documents in various places and have to repeat the same search for each open document. Multiple clicks and lots of frustration. Would be a HUGE timesaver if the search feature would allow me to just select "search all open PDFs".

13. Customizable Home/Tools page

    I would like to be able to put very specific tools on the home page, such as Bates numbering, Redact, or OCR. Not just the Edit Icon but very specifically an icon that will go straight into Bates. Four clicks are too many when you work in law firm and are using Bates constantly.

    I see now the "Recommended" tools, and I expected those to "learn" which tools I used the most, but I haven't seen that yet.

14. Emails not printing out pdf attachments with Outlook quick print

    Getting the following error message when trying to print out email attachment with quick print in Outlook. PDF's print okay when opening them up individually. Printer is printing out word docs and jpegs. Errors only happening since the latest update.

15. Converting files - Acrobat XI Pro vs Acrobat Pro DC

    Acrobat Pro DC does not convert files as well as Acrobat XI Pro. I was told by support that developing code to convert every font is not possible; however it was possible for XI Pro. I don't want bells & whistles. I just want software that works. Attached are files converted via XI Pro and via Pro DC. Converting as a print file works but it is very inconvenient. I have lots of Word and Excel examples which I can send to someone. I do not want to attach confidential files in this type of forum.

16. Method to identify which user account is used to log into Acrobat

    Hi, we've had some users that mistakenly logged into Acrobat using an account that is not their corporate account. We want to see if there are other users in our firm that are logged into Acrobat using an account other than their corporate account. It would be great if there is there way to identify which user account is currently logged into Acrobat on a particular machine.

17. Merge PDF - Adobe Acrobat Online (web version)

    Hello Adobe,

    I just noticed that you guys have a pretty nice PDF tool online. I use online PDF tools more than my desktop tools as sometimes I am on architecture like ARM that does not have the features I need. I love the export features of the online acrobat.

18. Make Adobe Acrobat Pro available for iPad.

    It would be ideal if you could download an Adobe Acrobat Pro App for the iPad Air or Pro. Especially with the use of Apple's magic Pen, I can just envision how easy it would be to edit, comment, mark up, or sign documents if this integration came to life. I personally work with a lot of PDF documents sent from design firms (i.e. furniture layouts, spec sheets, etc). I would love to have the ability to create block plan layouts, sketch and doodle or add notes to a construction/furniture layout on the iPad air (with the magic pen) through the use of an Adobe Acrobat Pro app. Like why isn't this a thing yet??? Of course I can print the pdf onto a piece of paper and use a pencil to do all of the things listed above, but I just thought something like this would speed up the process and help reduce the amount of plans i have to print out and scan back in. Like let's make this happen. Gooooo Adobe Team! Surely it's not that many lines of code.......;)

19. Saving personal window layouts

    Hi Adobe,

    Mostly I am using Acrobat to check Output. I am total angry because Acrobat doesn't remember my last window setting. I have to always to click 'Print Productions' button and - it is the most boring - I have to always click to smart triangle at left mid to open left sidebar and have to click to open Page thumbnails.

    Acrobat should remember the last state or some setting menu to turn on my favourite window layout..

20. Date format from Adobe Forms not carried into Adobe Sign

    Hi,

    The date format using Adobe Form doesn't get carried forward to Adobe Sign. With the volume I am working with, it is just not possible to manually change dates in the form each time as there are several dates in the form and I have to send a large volume of the forms in one go. I tried using the script "Text1es:signr1:isdate(format=dd/mm/yyyy)" in Prepare form under Custom Calculation Field and it doesnt work. I tried locking the format and it doesnt work either. This is causing so much problem and we are considering to stop using this tool altogether. Is there another way to fix this or am I making an error in the script above?
