  2. I need my clients to sign a document in 5 different signature boxes and to be legally acceptable, they have to be taken separately so that they dont appear to be the same and a copy of each other.
    At the moment its only possible if I send 5 Mails and then my client can sign the first box, finish the document and then send it. Afterwards he gets another mail with the request to fill out box 2/5 and so on and so forth. This should be possible to change in the settings so that one can do 5…

  4. In a Sharepoint document library the signature status shall be indicated in the Share Point meta data. It should be visible how many of the requested signers have already signed the document and the signed status. That means all signer signed the document. Plus the signature date. It would be great if the link to the signed PDF document would be available as well in the document library.

  7. Select text and right click to choose 'search the internet'.

    MSword and all other text apps allow this functionality but still not in adobe.

  8. Even when Pdf is closed, moving a pdf from one folder to another folder cannot be done. The user needs to restart their computer in order to move the pdf from one folder to another. Changing directories is impossible because Adobe synchronizer is running in the background. Please fix this.

  11. When creating a new text box, there is the option of highlighting the text, right clicking and choosing Create Link. However, this option disappears when highlighting text later on, even text that was created by the author. Please add this option to all highlighted text that is right clicked.

  14. Please make it easier to find settings so I can uncheck save as portfolio. The portfolio view of a combined document makes it less easy for my customers to see what I sent. This is creating relationship issues & costing time.

  15. For the Desktop verison for Adobe Acrobat Pro DC, I believe a nice add-on feature would be a setting for the document if the user wants to set a reminder for that specific document. For example, If a employee's medical card is renewed and expires Jan 1, 2023, I want to be able to open the document in Adobe Acrobat Pro and set a date/time for a reminder for that document. the reminder settings should also include when the reminder should alert the user to that document that needs attention. so 2-3 weeks before Jan 1, 2023.   20. Can you please have the ability to unmerge check boxes that are copy and pasted on a form. At the moment this then means if someone checks box 1, box 2 will also be checked by default. Rather than having to put a unique identifier in, it would be handy if there was a way to say I am doing multiple check boxes apply a new code to each unless specified.
