  1. Comments have very tiny text when selected

    Have to copy text from Acrobat pdf comments constantly. It is impossible to read when the comment box is open (clicked to copy text). Why does it have to change size from the open comment column when clicked? Please fix this, makes jobs take twice as long as they need to.

  2. Document reverts to unedited version when I share via Outlook even after saving.

    Spent hours on a document, saved it, emailed it and the recipient received the unedited document, I’ve been using Adobe products Acrobat Pro, Pro DC for years, at home on my personal account and at workand haven’t run into this issue with outlook before last week (that I’m aware of). Twice now this has occurred in the last week, I have to save as an optimized file for changes to stick... help!! Has anyone else experienced this???

    Acrobat Pro DC using Outlook 365 at my office is where and how this happened.

  3. Whenever I try to open a PDF I get this message, "Your application install seems to be damaged, Please reinstall the application." MAC 10.13

    Every time I try to open a PDF I get this message, "Your application install seems to be damaged, Please reinstall the application."

    MAC OS 10.13.6
    Acrobat 18.011.20058

    This began with an OS system update a couple months ago. No PDFs will open in Acrobat, only in Preview.

  4. the indexed searching is not working anymore in newer acrobat versions...it worked in older versions..why is that...

    the indexed searching is not working anymore in newer acrobat versions...it worked in older versions..why is that?..it embeds , it saves....but the search is just ordinary......I used to get results of word searches within milliseconds in the previous versions with indexed searching...(OS-Mac)

  5. Change colors in Compare Mode

    In previous versions of Acrobat (CC2015 era) you could adjust the Color Legend when running the Compare tool.

    This feature is now missing from current iterations of Acrobat.

    Not everyone is a PC literate. hanks to Acrobat's recent push it has severely handicapped my ability to use at least 4 devices. These are older 4-8year pcs. Thanks to Acrobat in unison with M/S and others are responsible

  7. Feature request: keep originals unaltered & Change file name FILL & SIGN

    Using the iOS app Adobe Fill & Sign it is impossible to change the name of the file. I hate that my original is forever ruined because you don’t ask me how I want to save the newly filled out file. Please fix app to ALLOW file name change & KEEP ORIGINALS UNALTERED.

  8. Redaction Should be Allowed even when "Changing the Documents" is "Not Allowed".

    Hello there.

    The Redact feature need to work with all kind of files, even the ones where in the document security settings "Changing the Documents" is "Not Allowed" or with the files where "Document Assembly" is "Not Allowed".

    Think of this application in litigation, where we have to redact privilege and PII before sending it out to the opposing counsel.

  11. BUG: Acrobat PDFMaker 17 for Word: ignores "conversion settings" choice - fully documented

    There seems to be a bug in "Acrobat PDFMaker 17 for Word" (which does not exist in "Acrobat PDFMaker 17 for PowerPoint). The chosen "Conversion Settings" doesn't work when working in Word as shown in the attached file (and I also show that things work properly when working in PowerPoint).

    I found that copying my *.joboptions file to:
    C:\Program Files (x86)\Adobe\Acrobat 2017\Acrobat\Settings\Standard.joboptions" was a workaround, but obviously there is a bug that needs to be fixed.

  12. selection does not work anymore

    When selecting text or illustrations, ACROBAT DC (v 2019.012) does not highlight anymore, instead the selected object is pixelated in seeming random colors. this makes it impossible to recognize selected text (depending on foreground/background contrast).
    particularly an issue when searching PDF and the highlights can not be seen.
    tried re-installing etc. with no success

  15. Adobe Forms: "From" field missing enclosing quotes on Export to CSV

    When distributing an Adobe Form, I check the box, "Collect name and email address." The user submits the form, but includes commas in the Name box. The data goes into the Adobe response file just fine. But when exporting to csv, the "From" column doesn't include enclosing quotes. So the columns get shifted.

    Acrobat stopped working in Catilina Beta 3. Cannot find path. Pitstop 2019 installed. Wont uninstall and reinstall same error.

  17. What can I do so that I don't have to sign in all the time? I see nothing below in the ideas that offers a solution.

    Please make it so we don't have to sign in to Adobe Acrobat Pro DC so frequently. Our agency paid for this account so it should be readily available to us.

  19. Portfolio View

    We were able to switch between different views in a portfolio through the options available in menu bar in Acrobat XI

    Acrobat Pro 2017 does not offer that shortcut. (atleast I have not been able to find it)
    Now the long procedure requires me to go View>Portfolio>Details/Layout

    whereas

    Acrobat XI has those buttons right on top by the name (1) Layout and (2) Files

    Is there anyway to have this feature enabled? or can Adobe include it in its next update

  20. New Send for Review Feature

    The new Send for Review option opens a window that blocks the PDF that I am attempting to send. When I select the send with outlook option, the window does not minimize or disappears. I need to be able to read my PDF to write a reference in my email which i am unable to do with this new feature. I will be contacting my IT department to see if i can use an earlier version so i can see the document i am attempting to send via outlook.

    Can we correct the window to not obstruct the PDF?
