  3. Hello, could you review the modalitée for sending a Pdf by mail, it should have the mail is directly open the mail software. And also when I have a Pdf of several pages and I want to send that certain page by mail, before I used the function to extract and I send directly the extraction by mail. Now after extraction if I want to send it I have to register it, is it possible to make sure not to have to register before sending.

  4. When trying to merge two files that are each fillable forms, instead of being two separate pages, the second form prepopulates with information from the first form page. So there is no way to merge two forms.

  5. When selecting edits in the Comments panel with the new 2019 Acrobat Pro DC, the background of an active comment is in a light gray screen. My previous versions of Acrobat Pro displayed selected comments in a light color, which made them easier to read and locate when working on a document that has hundreds/thousands of comments. This should be added as a global preference option in the Comments panel.

    In the latest update of Acrobat DC, we have modernize the commenting experience and at the same time, made it very clean and intuitive to use.
    As part of this update, we have changed the background color of the active comment as dark grey color to differentiate from other comments.
    On hovering other comments, the background color of the comment changes to light grey to bring the comment in focus.

    However we will consider your suggestion for future updates.

  7. Low internet connections compromise the efficient use of applications. Can you allow a connection to CC each time we open applications to approve our user licenses and then log off to work offline? I'm experiencing fixed bugs between InDesign and Acrobat DC 2019 when exporting to PDF from InDesign and abnormal work delays in InDesign. Uninstalling applications and reinstalling them as suggested by your customer service does not change the problem. This suggestion is a waste of time.

  9. The new "Send for Review" feature is fantastic! But it would be EVEN BETTER if it included all the features (Such as "insert text" and "replace text" the stamps feature, and even inserting an audio recording, for some examples. Not

    We have added this in our backlog, will let you know once we implement it it future.

  10. The Action Wizards that are custom setup can no longer save to a pre-specified folder.

    Previously action would save to a designated folder when "Save to Local Folder" was the option.

    It no longer saves at all even though the operation is checked.

    What should happen is it should be saved in the folder specified as previously.

    I'm running MacOS 10.14 and using Acrobat 20080 on a MacBook Pro.

    For saving the file to a particular folder you can click on File menu > save as.
    The popup opens up now select ‘choose a different folder..’
    Now you can save your file to your desired location.

  11. The Acrobat Firefox (and most likely Chrome, etc.) plugin's settings dialog for page size isn't localized for metric support and only displays units in inches and not millimetres. Please fix this ASAP. We are not all American.

  12. having 3 steps to complete a comment is now REALLY frustrating. when it was just a check box on the comment it was alot smarter and quicker. not sure why this was hidden in a menu 2 layers down.
    Suggest putting it back on the actual comment.

  13. Editing PDF images completely removes large image mask features and just moves it to random place. Cannot resize or move because it's larger than the document page, and anytime I try to move, it doesn't because it's trying to align to some arbitrary spot.

    Can you please details the issue you are facing.
    Can you share with us the acrobat version and the operating system you are using
    also can you share with us some sample PDFs with which you are facing this issue.

  15. I mostly use the Edit or Prepare Form tools. While I'm updating my document, Acrobat crashes at random times. There is nothing consistent, it just seems to be more finicky after the most recent update. After it crashes, I reopen it and the customized toolbar on the right has reverted back to the default tools. This is very inconvenient and happens several times a day while editing or preparing a document. Is this a known issue and is there a fix for this?

  16. Bug Report. 10/14/18 Windows 10 update 1803 broke the ability to assign adobe as the default app for .tif files. I can assign any other offered app (paint, sketch, photo). I had to do a system restore to revert back to temporarily correct this issue.

  17. This concerns the window for the Creative Cloud user interface. It always resets to some Adobe service that is being promoted such as Adobe Stock. This is annoying. Every time I start my computer I have to reset, first to Applications, and then again to installed applications. There appears to be no preference that will override this. I know this is very very minor, but after hundreds of repetitions of this experience, I just had to let you know how irritating it is.

  18. A recent update made the circles in the corners of lines drawn with the pencil tool or small stamps applied absolutely HUGE, obscuring the line/stamp itself as well as the text below it.

    This makes it near impossible to properly position a line/stamp and also to see what the heck it is when you select it in the comments pane.

    I work in publishing, and we need to be able to precisely place proofreading marks and be able to read them so we can see what to do with the source text file.

  19. Recently noticed someone had used my workstation and opened all my bank records on my "Recent" list.

    I am trying to clear the list but can't figure out how? It appears to have disappeared with updates, or moved to somewhere I can't find.
