Enhance read aloud function
@adobe, may I suggest R&D in your read aloud function. This function is truly painful to use. I’ve converted my doc into Word to use read aloud. Assign a command+key shortcut for cropping pages (not an accelerator key)
A one-key accelerator key (C) exists, but in order to use it, one must activate the whole set, which leads to accidentally starting lots of processes by touching a key by mistake (or by typing a seach term into the Find window too quickly. Acrobat used to have Command+Shift+C for this purpose, but it is not included in the latest version.

read aloud rewind
Read Aloud: My favorite would be that READ ALOUD CONTROLS for PLAY/PREVIOUS/NEXT/PAUSE/SPEED present in a bar to limit having to go through the menus, annoying. Menu options, there is no previous or forward options, so only restarting the reader? So, now I am looking on google for control functions basically for rewind/fast-forward/pause. limited menu functionality on rewind/fast-forward but not finding control function keys to get around that yet, also annoying. place audio/speed keys in an easily accessible bar on the screen of the document, not embedded in menus only, and not only via control keys, please. One time edit on multiple text fields / other fields Properties
I would like to request for multiple fields edits in one go.
I use InDesign to create digital forms. After exporting the work, I opened the PDF in Acrobat. In my example, I have 4 rows of Date of Birth. I usually edit the DoB to custom dd/mm/yyyy. Acrobat as it is today, only allows me to edit the field one cell at a time which in my case I have to edit 4 times. Imagine if I have a table with 20 date of birth cells. That's 20 edits!!
I would like the ability to select all 4 cells…

save as
I only have the option to save. Where's the save as? There's no 'file' drop down menu. I only see Home and Tools. And underneath this there's a save button, but I want a save as button.

Invoices to be emailed automatically to business
To have an option where invoice were automatically sent on the monthly billing cycles would be a huge advantage.
I think it is needed as this is what almost every other company offers.
It would save a lot of accounting hassle for many companies.
Not having this ability has lead to our company looking at alternative options for our business and not staying with adobe and recommending to others that they look elsewhere.
It is something that seems to have been requested multiple times.
Can this please be addressed.

Issue with copy-paste option in multiple languages
With the new version of Acrobat, the copy-paste process between a PDF document and other text field, doesn't work properly. The special characters (i.e. French accents like é è à) don't show up anymore when we copy-paste without formatting. I spent three hours with the technical support and they finally said: "this is normal with the new version". The copy-paste process works like this now"...

How to disable "Export PDF" option in "Adobe Acrobat Pro DC"
• We have password protected PDF file and it is still allowing users to export into word file.
- When we open that file in "Adobe Reader" and try to export the pdf in word, system is showing an error saying that "The file cannot be converted because it is password protected"
- However, the same file when we open it in "Adobe Acrobat Pro DC", it is allowing the same file to exported in word file.
• Our customer wants to prevent their legal pdf documents from being exported in any other file.

Edit default text (color, font, size) for Measure Tool
The measurement tool lacks any ability to change the text font, size, and color for measurement labels, the default is not sufficient especially because it tends to glitch and turn from an Ariel type font to a very spaced out Courier font which is not convenient for measuring small distances, the perimeter and area measure tool should also enable text callouts.

Acrobat - Option to change the cursor into laser pointer for presentations
I build most of my presentation decks in Illustrator and export to PDF for Acrobat. It would be useful to have my cursor act like a red-dot laser pointer for presentations.
Now that so many meetings are remote (Zoom) it would be nice to have more robust presentation features.
PowerPoint has this feature, but I hate PowerPoint.

Set Defaults For Output Options When Splittings PDFs
Each and every time I split a PDF, I must manually set the folder I want the files to save to. I should be able to set the folder path one time and Acrobat will default to that same folder next time I split a PDF. This goes for all the settings whenever splitting a PDF. It would save me time if Acrobat remembered what options I used last when splitting a file. Digital Signature Problems
I've been using digital signatures in Adobe Acrobat for YEARS. Just got a new PC for work and digital signatures are not working properly or consistently. Documents that need signatures always need two. The second person (no matter who it is) always has problems and the experience changes each time. Sometimes, the certification toolbar won't come up. Audit Log
As the CTO of a growing business, we have many users asking for access to Acrobat Pro, Adobe Premiere, Creative Cloud, etc.
Our monthly recurring costs with Adobe are getting up there and I would like to know which of my users are actively using their assigned license..

Make Template Text Editable in Adobe Sign
Using templates is an extreme time saver. However, you should be able to edit the template text before sending for signature. Adding things like pertinent dates and names to documents is essential.
If this feature were available, I'd be able to use 20 templates opposed to the current 5 that don't need to be edited first.7 votes -
stop requesting user date of birth for business accounts
You do not need to collect individual user dates of birth for business accounts. (Not enterprise) the admin for the business can confirm that the users are of a certain age.

Completely Useless Software for Editing
This software is completely useless for editing pdfs. It glitches on all my computers and makes the worker frustrated and rightfully think that Adobe should do a much better job than they have in this context. Video not working on Acrobat DC
Tools for Rich Media work fine for development when we add a video. It fails when we try to view the video added on Acrobat DC for Windows.
Acrobat Reader can play the video fine on both the PC and Mac
Acrobat DC Pro on the Mac version # 2021.005.20048 can create and play the video correctly.
