Improve Colour Picker in Comments Section
Why oh why? Why Acrobat are you relying on Apple Colour Picker?
Adobe makes some of the advanced Graphics editing software in the world.
Please improve the colour picker for Acrobat. Just add the Photoshop or Indesign or Illustrator or..... Aftereffects...... or maybe even premiere colour picker to acrobat.
Right now on a mac I get forced to open the apple rectangle properties box, that then forces me to open an apple colour picker dialog box.
And I can't just hit enter to close it I actually have to go click on the tiny little Apple picker X to close…

don't install unwanted software on my machine. don't use misleading error messages as sales tactics. I no longer trust you.
I guess that's a feature request. I asked support how to send a complaint and your support agent sent me here.
If something isn't covered in my plan, just say that. Don't tell me to contact customer service because of an error so they can try to upsell me. That is ridiculous and shady and a waste of my time.
and ABSOLUTELY DO NOT install McAffee products on my machine without my consent! Bundled in the installer, gross.
I am cancelling my subscription because these business strategies are invasive and unethical. I will use open source products instead. Please do…

Bug report: unable to reassign signature field
On https://acrobat.adobe.com/link/signatures, I attempted to reassign an email incorrectly sent to [name]@[address].com, which should have been sent to [name]@[address].co, but I was unable to do so. I believe the data validation for URLs or at least TLDs is matching partial strings, rather than exact matches, causing this behavior.
Steps to reproduce:
Assign document to email of format [name]@[address].com
Send for signature
Click 'Replace recipient' and enter email of format [name]@[address].co
Click ConfirmEnvironment:
Mac OS 12.0.1, Chrome 99.0.4844.51Expected result:
The document signature fields are reassigned to the correct email address.Instead got:

Ability to make changes to Approver type
Sometimes when setting up the recipients an error is made in Approver type and if you back out to the first entry screen you cannot change the approver type, you have to start the whole form again. This is frustrating if there are multiple signers.

Create PDF from multiple PDF files
When I create a binder Pdf from different pdf files, I cannot save the binder. It remains just stuck on the save window and nothing happens. How can this be solved? There are sites which only allow uploading of a single file, thus you need to be able to combine more files into one. Thanks for your prompt support.

Interactive button does not load destination page correctly
In an interactive PDF created from InDesign, interactive buttons do not load the destination page correctly when the PDF is viewed using the newest version of Acrobat or Acrobat Reader on a Mac.
Steps to reproduce the issue:
1)Create a 2 page document in InDesign
2)Fill the second page with placeholder text
3)Create a bookmark for the second page
4)Create a button on the first page
5)Set the button event to On Click
6)Set the button action to Go To Destination
7)Set the destination to the bookmark you created in step 3

Sent times differ in email header between Outlook and Acrobat
When saving as pdf from Outlook, the sent time on the email in question (in Outlook) sometimes does not agree with the sent time shown in the pdf (in Acrobat). The current file I'm looking at differs by 1 minute - which may not seem like much, but may matter in legal cases.

Left-click in PDF image disables rotate-clockwise shortcut
Adobe Acrobat Pro DC (64-bit) Ver. 2021.011.20039 on Win 10 Enterprise 1909
When opening a PDF image, the shortcut to rotate the page clockwise (Ctrl-Shift +) stops functioning after left-clicking the image with the Select tool. Rotate counter-clockwise shortcut has no issues, only rotate clockwise.
Right-clicking the image appears to restore functionality to the rotate clockwise shortcut.

insert new page form
I would like to suggest a feature where a customer can select a "Add New" button.
this feature will then insert information based on what the creator has selected.
E.g. New Page (Page will be hidden from view until this option is selected)I currently have an order form where customers specify how they want their product to be fitted using a diagram with reference points and numbers. However with jobs requiring multiple items, I am currently having to send them multiple documents for each product. rather than have the option to add a second page to form where they…

Audit Log
As the CTO of a growing business, we have many users asking for access to Acrobat Pro, Adobe Premiere, Creative Cloud, etc.
Our monthly recurring costs with Adobe are getting up there and I would like to know which of my users are actively using their assigned license..
Users tend to ask for access to an application but NEVER contact IT to let you know they no longer need it. An audit log of active licenses would allow me to see who is using what products. I know this information exists since the license is validated when the app is…6 votes -

When printing "Multiple", cannot edit margins in Page Setup
Bug: Cannot edit the margins when printing "Multiple" in Acrobat Pro.
- Open a PDF file in Acrobat Pro.
- Select Print>Adobe PDF.
- Select Multiple.
- (Set whatever settings you want, example: Custom 1 by 2.)
- Click Page Setup.
- The Margins are fixed at 1" and they are NOT editable.
Bug: The margins must be editable. There is too much wasted white space.
Refer to the attached screen shot with notations.

Better Video support overall
Better video support, either from a Vimeo, YouTube etc link or embedded file. Functionality seems too be broken apart from Publish Online.
Videos 'stick' in place when moving to next page and bars are shown rather than video sit on screen.

Request to revert back the color of icon from black to red for Acrobat Standard DC
Please revert back the icon color of Acrobat Standard DC to red or any other color but black. The black color has poor visibility and not eye friendly.
Request to take it on priory basis if possible as its slow down working speed as we loose the visibility of the icon on taskbar

Thank you for the feedback. The icon has been reverted to Red icons in Feb release of Acrobat and Reader.
Thanks,

Allow Custom Creation of the "Open in Adobe Document Cloud" Links in SharePoint Online
With Adobe Cloud Integration, we are able to one click to edit and save changes to PDFs directly back to SharePoint libraries. However, there is no way for us to programmatically create these links. This means that I can't create a hyperlink in any SharePoint provider hosted add-ins, and users are forced to click multiple times in order to make changes to to PDFs that are stored in SharePoint libraries. Further worsening the problem, if the user opens the PDF in the Adobe browser extension it saves a copy to their Adobe Document cloud instead of back to the SharePoint…
