As Acrobat keeps building an inscrutable interface to make all useful features disappear, it is now impossible to email direct from Acrobat.
There used to be an email icon that could be clicked to connect to the default email application so that a PDF could be sent without going through all of the steps of closing Acrobat, opening the mail app, writing a mail, browsing for the file.
With its continuously degraded interface, Acrobat becomes less user friendly and more obscure. Thanks guys. Maybe instead of AI you shoud talk to human beings about the UX and features. Or…

View with icons only for the «all tools» menu
When I use acrobat, I often need to navigate in the menu with all the tools so it is conviennent for me to have this menu open all the time. But the new menu is taking to much space in my screen, I wish I can see (maybe has an option) only the icons. There was a option like this in the previous interface. (picture 1 = the menu that I speak of)

Bug: Comments no longer hav distinct colors
Previously, delete/strikethrough was shown as red, replace was shown as blue, highlight as yellow, etc.
Now suddenly they are all the same red color so it becomes very hard to tell them apart.
(In the attached screenshot you can see comment, highlight, replace, and strikethrough/delete are all the same color).
This was likely a mistake/bug introduced in a recent update. It started happening in both Acrobat Pro and Reader, and makes commenting a lot more confusing.

Include local documentation with the app.
Include documentation with the program. The Help interface only lists a link to the online documentation under "Visit Acrobat help online." This is useless for systems that do not have a network connection to the Internet. The program should include a local copy of the documentation that can be read offline.

Why change the layout?
I hate it when you do updates and move or change the set up of toolbars etc. Please give us a choice to keep the old format or change to the new. I hate that the toolbar is no longer at the top. Icons are too small for older people to see. Bad, Bad, Bad. Disappointed in the "updates".
Although I am given an opportunity to revert to the old version, it does not happen when I close the app and restart without administrator access, which ads another layer with the IT department.

Impossible to quit
Adobe received a request to quit 3 months ago. They just renewed with a free period and now they have taken payment from my card again.
Unflushable and unable to quit. A terrible user interface designed to stop people from quitting.
Illegal to operate like this in the EU.

Show locked (new June 2023 Acrobat DC)
The now "old" Acrobat used to show a big lock icon on a locked PDF, above the page display column. VERY useful. Now with the new and "improved" interface, that icon is gone. How about bringing that back, JUST so one can tell at a glance the security status of a PDF. Thanks.

cannot eliminate an old signature
cannot eliminate an old signature. I have added two signatures in the old version of adobe reader (which was much easier and intuitive to use, the new one is sht and has a sht interface) and now when clicking on the "X" to remove/eliminate one of the two old signatures nothing happens!

No distractions in PDF reader
I was having a stressful day at work where I already felt I was juggling too many obligations. Just to add to that my PDF viewer keeps popping up dialog boxes and other user interface elements to harass me. This includes a huge window which apparently was supposed to harass me into logging in (will the harassment stop or will it intensify?) After that I had to clear three three popups that were telling me about some new feature I don't care about.

scroll bar for comments sidebar
Please restore the scroll bar for the comments sidebar in Acrobat. The scroll bar is now hidden by default, but it's jumpy and hard to access. I now have to use the arrow keys on my keyboard to move up and down within the panel. It's become much harder to use in the redesigned interface.

display both comments AND pages navigation/preview
How can I display bith teh comments and pages preview when browsing a pdf now that both options are on the right side? I can only manage to display the pages OR the comment, not bot and this is VERY annoying (changing th interface this much is really disturbing, such a waste of time!!)

Stamp Related - Shortcut
Add in Stamp (of an actual stamp that been created) shortcut to the tool bar where you can set its default properties (Size etc opacity) for when that instance has been added to a page, and then what happens next ie is it pinned or does it revert. This gives flexibility for handling large number of document or just a small amount. Being able to save a couple of clicks everytime would be a big help and something I think would improve a lot of peoples work flows. Thank you. Gabi

NVIDIA RTX Desktop Manager
NVIDIA RTX Desktop Manager options (and many other options) will not properly work on Adobe Acrobat Pro (e.g., Hand tool does not work with NVIDIA RTX Desktop Manager installed and enabled). All other programs on computer work properly with NVIDIA graphics card driver / software options and features. Your attention to fixing this matter will be greatly appreciated! Thank you!

Open folder options.
The adobe acrobat functions are amazing. I think the user interface needs to be improved. I think there should be a way to set a "default" opening folder. Start screen where it shows RECENT|STARS|SCANS. Also I think you should allow folder creating at higher level. So that you can do something "like" Google Stacks.

Browse for Folder Dialogue in Acrobat Needs Update
When extracting multiple pages as files, Acrobat presents an old and cumbersome dialogue to select the folder in which to save the extracted files. This dialogue is difficult to navigate through. Why not simply use the standard Windows File Explorer? In addition to being hard to find one's way around, the dialogue always defaults to the top level of the directory, whereas the File Explorer defaults either to the last location used or the location of the source file, and normally, I can choose between these default options.
